Reflections in Glass has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The technician that quoted the job was professional and helpful. The price was reasonable compared to other similar products. The scheduler that called was friendly and accommodating. And the 2 technicians that installed the shower door were professional, clean, and punctual. I received email reminders about the appointment ahead of time and texts with a estimated time of arrival so I knew when the techs would be at my house for installation. I will definitely use them for future jobs.

Professional, on-time, polite and complete. Exactly what was needed. I appreciate their follow through - we were scheduled for final installation at the end of the day on a Friday. An earlier project went long, but they still responsibly came and finished up at nearly 7pm!

Best place to get glass cut or installed. I was having trouble getting 2 pieces of glass cut for my kitchen cabinet doors. They cut them the same day and even siliconed them in for me at no charge. I cant say enough about Robin and the customer service. I would highly recommend this glass place to everyone. When I remodel my bathroom I will go back and have them install and make my shower doors.

Job not done right the first time (at least they came back and did whatever) guy came and did the consult and measurements then another guy had to come to do the measurements again a week later. When I pay top tier pricing I expect great work not pencil marks everywhere under the silicone!! #disappointed

The R.I. G. professionals came out and did all the measuring, making sure the top rail was installed high enough so my husband (63) would not have to duck under it. What they didnt consider, was he has to turn sideways to get into the shower, the opening is only 22 wide. I have been waiting for a solution since March 2019. After two no show appointments the owners son came out to look. Still nothing has been resolved. Material seems to be good quality. The door stop was installed crooked as well. I cannot recommend this company due to their poor customer service, poor customer satisfaction, and very non-professional guidance to assist with solutions or options. I feel that the shower door really was not as custom-made as R.I.G. lets on.

This is one of the worst people to work with.1. They gave me an appointment for the installation & did not show up.2. After waiting couple of weeks for the installation & when they came to install, the shower door dimensions were incorrect.3. Now, for my bathtub, the frame is fixed without the shower doors.4. When asked about the delay/mistake they made on the measurements, they talk back very rude & cancelled my order/installation.5. I was about to sell my home & put the home in the market. It is now delayed because of these people.Very rude & no integrity. Doesnt care about the customers needs.I would recommend not to use this company for their services.I want to give zero star. But, it doesnt let you post., unless you select at least one star.
