The initial service was wonderful. Very helpful and quick to get the order in and delivered. Unfortunately there was no information given verbally or written about the return policy. They accepted a return and refuse to refund the cost for the materials. $700 worth of materials. Going on 9 months with little to no response regarding the matter after I agreed to wait for the refund until the busy season when they would be able to sell the material.Do not recommend using this company unless you are 100% certain of the items you need.
