I want to go on record here (rarely do) to say that the A.T. Brown review is completely false. He does this to a lot of garages. Simply look at his other reviews. All terrible/ all garages. I am guessing he must be trying to run his own. If he resorts to such slander here, imagine what he must try and get away with if he works on cars.

Took my truck to 2 other shops and got it misdiagnosed and not repaired. It was at kaestner for 2 hours and it was repaired and has not given me any problems since.A+++ service

I took my Truck to this place over a week ago it took them more than 4days just call me back and tell me something I already told them. Prior to bring my truck in On top of that they’re unprofessional don’t call you about your car but lie and say they did. I’ll never go back here again

Dont do this often but I had a large starter rebuilt here for my diesel case tractor. Stopped working after a couple years brought it back to have them look at it and they claim its full of moisture and water from not using it enough and wouldnt warranty it. Funny thing is the one that was on the tractor Pryer to owning it for 15 years lasted the first 13 years of owning it and using it for the same amount of land. So basically my point is how come moisture it getting in it if its supposed be sealed tight? Someone doesnt know what theyre doing. Unbelievable. Poor customer service never come here again use to bring all my equipment here but I think Ill go elsewhere.

Took our car here after several failed attempts (inc the dealer) to fix an intermittent electrical problem. Kaestner figured it out in less than 2hrs. We traveled 45mins to find them and it was definitely worth the drive. They were friendly and seemed like a really competent bunch of people. I was anticipating this problem costing me $1000s to fix and it ended up being such a minuscule charge due to them having the right tools for the job I wish I found this company earlier!
