I took my car to the collision center to replace the drivers side mirror. Though the repair seems to have been done well, the customer service was not good. I expected the repair to be done in 2-3 days based on the estimate and from what the service adviser told me. At the end of day 3, I had not received any calls. So I called for an update. That is when I was informed that the repair had been delayed another day. No call on day 4, so I called again for an update and was told that there was another issue that would delay the repair another day. During that call, I was told that the service adviser would give me a call the next day when the car was ready to pick up. The next day (day 5) I received no call. On the morning of day 6, I called and was told that it was ready. I suspect that it had actually been finished the previous day, but no one bothered to call.
I was in for body repair. I went in for an estimate and was so impressed by RC, I made appointment to get the car fix the next day. RC got me in right away and kept me up to date.Could not ask for a better person. He’s very thorough, professional, and over all a great guy to get to know. I feel like I can’t rave enough about RC and Boucher Collision. I’d give a solid 11 out of 10. That’s how great my experience was!
Huge mistake bringing my vehicle to their collision center. I was rear ended and their shop was near by and since it was a big dealer I thought I’d be taken care of but I was not. Dropped my car off and four weeks later they say it’s done. Come to pick it up and the rear end doesn’t line up corrected (tail lights, trunk lid and bumper). Exhaust tips are also still bent and not sitting correctly. Zach said he’d take care of it but a week later I come back and although it was a little better, it still looked off. Body panel gaps were so big I could fit my fingers inside. Zach said he’d take another look and a week later leaves me a voicemail saying “the car still has body panel gaps but this is the best it’s going to get). He also stated they took the car apart but that was a lie. I reviewed my dash cam and the app I have connected to the car and they touched the rear and for a total of 8 minutes the same day I complained and waited a week before telling me they were done. Attempted to speak to the service manager who was unprofessional and immediately became defensive saying “all cars have body panel gaps that don’t line up”. I forwarded the voicemail to my insurance company who then had me send the car to a different shop. That shop kept my car for a week and not only corrected the bad repairs done to my car but found other work needed that was put down in the estimate by Boucher but was not completed. Complete joke of a body shop. Attached are photos of the tail lights not lining up AFTER the they said it was the best it’s going to get.
Boucher Auto Body did a great job on our 2018 Ford Expedition. The communication up front was great. They worked with our insurance company directly which was very convenient. It took longer than planned and the communication wasnt the greatest when it came to needing extra time. They have an automated system that was sending us email alerts and the vehicle was suppose to be ready to pick up on a Thursday. It wasnt actually ready until the following Tuesday. We had to rent a car since they had it for twice as long as planned, but overall it wasnt that big of a deal. Just would have been nice if they communicated that to us instead of us calling every day wondering what was going on. When we picked up the car it looked great. It almost looked like they detailed it. We were very impressed with that level of service. We also coordinated an oil change and a new windshield installation while it was there. Overall we were very happy and would use them again.
I cannot say enough good things about the service at the Boucher collision center! My experience started after I was rear ended two weeks after buying my new car. The repairs took awhile from back ordered parts and detail work that needed to be done, but they were great at always keeping me up to date! I primarily worked with Candace, but have worked with Kyle and Michael B. and had the same excellent experience. I felt like I could call whenever I had a question, and they didnt mind talking to me. They explained everything in a way I could understand and always made me feel taken care of. I have brought my car in a couple more times since then for recall work and a small dent repair, and both times, I got amazing service. I will continue to bring my car here without any hesitation. Thank you to the whole Boucher team, especially Candace and Kyle for always taking care of me!
I dropped my car off at the collision center and got my car repainted and they missed a whole section of my car. I am not happy how they treated me after I dropped my car off at this dealer. I Will never return here and I don’t recommend anyone else to go here for any reason.
I knew I could trust Boucher Chevrolets Collision and Paint Repair shop to do an awesome job after my vehicle was involved in a rear-end collision. They provided detailed documentation and kept me updated every step of they way until I was back to pick up my Cruze, good as new (and cleaned inside and out upon arrival). Ask for Brad or Candace--wonderful people to work with and their team at Boucher is one you can trust.
