Had a issue with the hood release cable that they were able to fix quickly. Very courteous and efficient

Windshield wiper on my Titan stoped working, passenger side, after a snow fall. I drove my truck here to have it looked at without an appointment. They pulled me in right away and fixed it within minutes. When I asked what I owed they said your good to go. Great service!

They have a terrific service dept. HOWEVER THEIR NEW CAR SSLES PEOPLE HAVE PRESSURED ME TO BUY A NEWER CAR....ONE WIMAN SAID SHE WAS MY CONCIERGE SERVICE.SERVICE DEPT SAID NOT TRUE..HATE LIARS.

Poor customer service. Questionable vehicle service.I purchased my Nissan in 2010, and much of the initial routine maintenance and oil changes were performed at Boucher Nissan, Id say 2011 through 2014. No complaints.In October 2018, I brought the vehicle in for a recall relating to the front suspension. There was confusion with the shuttle driver, he failed to pick me up at the appointed time- Fine.In August 2019, I was informed by an outside mechanic performing an inspection that components of my front suspension were improperly secured when new parts were installed. Boucher Nissan is the only company that has serviced my vehicles suspension. I setup a 9am appointment with Boucher days in advance, and when I arrive Im told there will be a 45 minute wait. Okay, not ideal, but fine.I left after an hour. I dont know if their mechanics performed a poor installation, evidence seems to suggest that, and Im no longer interested in finding out.

Had my vehicle washed. Service and workers personable.
