Theyre always running sales, the staff ate nice, and the coupons are great! Clean and pleasant store with ample parking and lots of other stores nearby. I only wish they carried more of the items they have online.

The employees here are fabulous. Helping find specific items and even suggesting products based on my preferences. Also, when B&BW has a sale you can still use additional discount coupons received in the mail. I always leave happy and smelling great (from all the testers!)

Wonderful place, kind of wish you werent bombarded the second you walked in. Disappointed by the lilac scent but thats hardly the stores fault.

Must I say I was happy & please with my purchase & the lady’s was pleasant & welcoming! Clean & we’ll organize as well smell soo good in there! And wit few coupons gotten in mail Enticed me even more to stop in!

Fun place to go and sample all of the different scents! Their products are seldom on clearance, but you can usually find good deals after holidays and a few times a year.

A fairly new store, cheerful, clean and well stocked with a large variety of soaps, lotions, fresheners and candles to make you, your home and bath smell nice. A great place to pick up a gift for that person who loves their bath or shower, some prepackaged items available or build your own. The friendly staff was welcoming and very helpful .

This store is a real way for women to pamper themselves, even when youre on a budget! I received a gift card a few years ago. I had a great time spending it! The staff is very helpful and friendly. So many delicious products to sample and choose from. And if you sign up, youll receive great coupon deals by mail!My only concern is this. Im disabled and use a rollator for shopping. It would be helpful to have automatic doors. Also small shopping carts for those who have trouble walking and carrying products and dont have a rollator to help them. Also, the curb is not disability-friendly. I had to lift my wheels up to the sidewalk.But overall, Bath & Body Works is a delightful experience!

Store is small ... Prices are high in my opinion. I was looking for one of my favorite colognes. Found it only to find out the scent has been changed

Love this place ! Prices are a little high but I think that you get what you pay for and they have quality products. I use the body wash, lotions, air freshners, candles and more. And Ive never been disappointed.
