During my web search for a new mattress, I found many good options. The challenge for me is purchasing blindly without laying on it first. Most online sites offer the sleep for ‘x’ days with full return, but I would rather test, purchase and not have to deal with a return. I visited Verlo’s and appreciated the store lay out and no pressure store rep. He was professional, knowledgeable, and provided valuable insight. I was out of the store within 15 minutes. Delivery was amazing, guys were in time and efficient. The mattress is exactly what I expected. To sum up, great value in comparison to online shopping and most importantly, they’re local!

I have owned a Verlo mattress for over 20 years. My biggest complaint was when the bed started sagging within the warranty period their metric for whether it would be covered was, quite frankly, BS. Dont offer that long a warranty if youre going to weasel out of it. When I explained what happened to the salesperson he kind of started arguing with me. Not a great way to make a sale. To be fair I was also less than impressed with the feel of the mattresses, but their attitude pretty much removed them from consideration.

This was our sixth mattress purchase from Verlo Waukesha. Obviously we are very pleased with the value for our dollar. The product is high quality and made locally which is a real bonus. The staff has always been informative and very courteous, no pressure. I would recommend to anyone in search of a better nights sleep.

We were there labor day, looking to upgrade my daughters bed from a twin to full. Went to 4 places and Verlo Waukesha was the first stop. Told them our budget and was shown 3 options. Friendly and fast, no pressure to buy whatsoever. Of all the places and mattresses my daughter tried out, she said Verlo was the best. Came back and purchased. We had the option of taking home the one in stock or waiting a few days while they build a new one for us. We chose to take home same day. Shopping around for a mattress is tiring but Verlo was easy and quick. Would highly recommend.

Sales person was very friendly. Explained all the different mattresses. No pressure to buy. Mattresses made on site. This is my second mattress I bought there and my daughter bought hers there too. Great quality and comfort.

The team at Verlo was a pleasure to work with and the quality of our v5 plush mattress we found to be better than similarly priced mattresses at other stores. I failed to mention that our bedroom was in the converted attic of our house, the staircase ended up being too narrow to fit the queen size box spring up. They came back with a split box spring two days later and didnt charge for the delivery. Thank you to everyone at Verlo we will be recommending you to all our friends and family.

Their customer care is great, and the bed adjustment option is huge! Takes a lot of pressure off of having to find the perfect mattress right away, since most stores exchange policies are complete headaches. Honest business and the salesman did not need to embellish the product, it sells itself!

Selection for twin beds is weak and prices are high

Worst customer service. Pretty sure they didn’t even know about the products they were selling and how to take care of them. On top of that we were pretty much ignored most of our visit

Very impressed with the level of service from Verlo! The sales process was easy and informative... plus incredibly friendly! During delivery today, I had just gotten 2 of my kiddos down for a nap when the phone rang... the delivery crew was very sensitive of this and put extra effort in to not waking them! Needed a twin mattress ASAP. Steve at the Waukesha store not only got me exactly what I needed, the shipping was free, he found me an excellent price on a better quality mattress than I thought I could afford and its being delivered same day for free. All this he was able to do over the phone. Im a fan!

Walked in with every intention of buying a mattress today, but the employee didnt even step out from behind the desk and just barked prices at us when we asked. Sat there and didnt say a word while we were looking, didnt bring trial pillows or anything. Seemed very disinterested in his job.

Poor customer service. very very rude delivery personnel. the two boys complained to my wife and made her feel very uncomfortable by herself with them. when I called the manager who I spoke with did not seem to care, and was almost trying to get me off the phone. I will never go back, there are plenty more places to find a mattress.
