Its been 8 weeks now, (2 months) and no meat yet....he hasnt called me yet at all to let me know details...Ive had to call him several times and every time is give me another week or so and this morning he said its kinda lost in the mix, but give me another week .....I definitely wont be paying full price, and I definitely will go to another processor next hunting season!...sure hope I can eventually eat my venison :(

Took my deer here this year and Took almost 3 months to get back and tons of silver skin, poor final product . Sausage was decent butchering was terrible. Won’t be back

I took my deer here last year out of desperation because I got it near the end of the season and no one else was available anymore. Im sure glad I found it because the hot sticks and garlic summer sausage are amazing! This is my new place to go!

Very reasonable prices to have my trim meat processed into sausage, hot sticks, and ground. I highly recommend the garlic summer sausage and hot sticks - very tasty!
