I had such a great experience getting my iPhone repaired by Alex. After getting the run around from Apple and them not taking my concerns about my phone seriously, our experience with Alex was a breath of fresh air. He was very professional, kind, and honest. He took the time to listen to my concerns and examined my phone thoroughly which I greatly appreciated. It only took him 40 minutes to get my phone working again and meanwhile I got to walk around downtown and explore the shops. His prices were very reasonable as well. I checked around on having my Samsung Note 5 repaired and I couldnt find anyone to reasonably and quickly do the repair until calling Alex. I spoke with him and dropped the phone off 30 minutes later. After an hour the phone was repaired and for a fair price. I highly recommend him and will be back if I need another phone repair.

Buyer beware. Dishonest. 1. I volunteer to give cancer patients rides to their hospital appointments. I called my 1/29/20 ride patient on 1/28/20 to confirm the ride and provide herwith my cell phone number. My 2016 LG phone went dead after this call so I took it to Go Fix who told me it couldnt be repaired.2. I had to get a phone for my ride patient and he sold me a used iphone 7 which he said was a 2018 model. He said I could return it within 90 days if there were issues.3. I drove to Florida on 2/4/20 for a 2 week vacation and encountered several issues with the phone.a. I had several problems with Apple carplay taking me to the wrong place and giving me incorrect directions.b. Occasionally when I tried to open some apps on the home page it would open a completely different app.c. I received a warning notification on the phone about battery problems.d. I received occasional error message cannot send message - mms error when texting a couple friends.4. After returning from Florida I took the phone to Go Fix on 2/25/20 and he told me there was no problem with the battery and I should take it in to an Apple Store for the mms error message because he couldnt fix that.5. Before I could get to Apple there were 2 days where the battery level went down to 1% and 4% after I charged it to 100% each morning.6. I took the phone to the Apple Store on 2/28/20. They plugged it in to their diagnostic software and was told:a. The phone was a 2016 model and not a 2018 model.b. Their batteries were generally good for 500 charges and this phones battery had been charged over 1300 times and was bad and should be replaced.c. This phone had been in for repairs 3 times at Best Buy.d. They were unable to fix the mms error message unless I left it with them and paid for the repair.7. I purchased a new iphone on 3/3/20.8. I returned the iphone 7 to Go Fix on 3/10/20 and he refused to give me a credit.

Go here for your phone repairs. Best prices in the area and best service too. Friendly, fair, honest. Anywhere else I would have paid $120+ total for a cracked screen repair. Here, he quoted $80 total, and rather than force a new part on me, he used the working parts from two broken phones to make one working phone. Diagnosed the correct problems in both phones. $35 charged for a job well done. Highly recommended. Will come here again if need be and you should too.

The owner fixed my phone. I ran into multiple problems after he fixed my phone. First, he broke my home button after he fixed my screen and my screen also had a huge air bubble in the center of the screen. I had to return to his store to get my home button fixed as well as the air bubble in the center of the screen. He blamed the condition my phone was in for him having to do the extra work even though I sent him pictures prior to bringing it to the store and he was well informed about the condition of my phone. Two weeks later, my LCD isnt responsive anymore. He kept suggesting that I mustve done something to it such as dropping it or putting too much pressure on it. I havent dropped my phone ever since I got it from him, and I also dont sleep with my phone. He advised against repairing LCD when I first came in saying only the glass screen needed fixing. Now, hes offering me prices to fix the LCD as well. He also disabled the finger print recognition feature on my phone without my approval. I did in fact tell him that I dont use it often, but I never gave him permission to disable it. His prices may be cheap BUT you get what you pay for. Ive spent more time and money running back and fourth to his store, than if I had just gone to a professional store. Just go to a professional! Dont waste your precious time and money!

I came in with my apple maps not working and the worker fixed the issue by replacing a part in the phone really fast. He also noticed my camera had a crack in it and fixed that as well. He gave me a free glass screen protector as well. He did this all for a great price and very fast! I will be coming back for any phone needs

Poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I went to get my phone replaced and he didnt inform me until he was finished with my phone and I paid him that he only had a black and white back face. My phone was originally rose gold why would I want a different color than the original color my phone came with. He did say he would replace it with the correct one for free however when he called me and told me when to come, I came and the shop wasnt even open I sat outside of the shop for a whole hour. No one came and he refuse to answer the phone now. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!

Alex did an excellent job repairing my shattered phone screen from when I dropped it in the municipal ramp. He was able to do it in 15 minutes and even put a tempered glass screen cover on free of charge. He also recommended a much sturdier phone case for me. Don’t bother going to your cell phone carrier’s stores where they will try to sell you a brand new phone or upsell you on products and services - support local businesses like Alex’s! I’ll be recommending him to friends and family that need their phones fixed.

Alex did a wonderful job replacing the cracked LCD screen in my Samsung Galaxy Tab E. Prices are reasonable, service is fast (he did the repair in about an hour and a half.)

I stopped at multiple repair shops before i came to this shop and this was the first one to solve my problem! The guy working the store was extremely nice. People are not there when the store says they are open the first time I had to call and wait an extra half an hour for him to show up then the next time I showed up he didnt pick up his phone at all and had to leave without giving my phone repaired even though I prepaid

My son dropped his newer IPhone 6s and shattered the screen. He lived with it for a few months and then the battery wouldnt hold a charge for more than an hour. I wasnt about to pay $600-$700 for a new phone and brought it here based on the positive reviews I saw. I will definitely recommend bringing phones here. The phone was completely repaired in a half hour and the guy gave me $20 off the battery for having both parts fixed. I love the fact that the repair comes with a 90 day warranty. If I continue to be clumsy/have awful luck, I will 200% be coming here again. The owner fixed my ~very~ cracked screen in under 15 minutes and tested it out to make sure all was well with the insides of my phone. I know for a fact that if there was something he didn’t have on hand he would have ordered it ASAP and make sure to make the phone like new again.

My daughter had a shattered screen on her iphone 6, which was hard to read, but phone still worked fine. I did not get insurance for the phone, so instead of buying a new phone, decided to get the screen fixed. After reading all the positive reviews decided to go here. Ive been in here a whole bunch with my friend getting her boyfriends phone fixed the guy who always helps us is supper nice. And it dosent take him that long to fix phones so thats a very good thing. He also makes and fixes them to look brand new. Hes really good and he recommends if I ever break my phone to go there also hes really cheap depending on whats broken on your phone.Hes so helpful and his work is amazing if anybody ever breaks your phone I would go here to get it fixed.

Replaced the screen of my Samsung Galaxy S5 within a very short time. New screen perfectly matches with my expectations and my phone resumed working just fine. Doesnt seem to damage or lost any of the parts while changing the screen which is I believe an occasionally found skill in phone repairers. Strongly recommended.

I had a really good experience with this company the gentleman who fixes the phones there is very nice and has very good prices we had a really good conversation which is always nice to keep you busy while your waiting. I went there because my phone screen was popping off and I was worried that my phone screen would stop working soon if I didnt take care of it (also had problems with the battery) 5 minutes after he looked into the phone he realized my battery was 1-2 months away from either exploding on me or randomly dying on me and I wouldnt have had ever guessed that was the whole problem!! He was very quick about getting that hazard out of my phone and replaced it with a new battery! I will recommend him to anyone I know I need of a screen fix/new battery and a nice conversation on the side for free :)!

Please avoid buying phones from this place. I bought an iPhone 19 days ago from this store. The phone was reported stolen after 19 days. I contacted the store to come to a possible solution since they sold a device that was stolen. The only solution they gave me was to buy the device back at a significantly lower price than what I paid. I feel a store should be held to a higher standard and want to make things right. Avoid at all cost.

So my iPhone 6 Plus had a little disagreement with my concrete driveway, and, go figure, the driveway won. Luckily, my new friend Alex provided fast, friendly, professional service, and the phone is now as good as new. The repair took only about 10 minutes. The only drawbacks: the phone originally had a black bezel, but he didnt have any of those in stock, so we went with white; and, being a large display, it was pricey!The bottom line... if the phone ever decides to get into another altercation with the driveway, well be back to downtown Waukesha for a repair. (I sure hope that never happens, though!)Edit, June 2017: So Ive become a serial customer here because (among other reasons) Im generally a klutz, and I tend to drop stuff regularly. The most recent phone drop happened while I was on vacation in Pennsylvania. I called Alex to ask him to order an iPhone 7 Plus screen (with a black bezel). The good news was he had one in stock, but the bad news was he was going on vacation. My phone fell out of my pocket today and slid across the driveway. The glass didnt Crack but the screen was black with flashing colors. I have insurance and could have had a new phone delivered in a day for a high price. Instead I chose to try waukesha cellphone repair and I am glad I did! They had my phone fixed in a half hour and for a much better price than it would have been using my insurance. They also helped me pick out a phone case that would be a little more protective next time. (I drop my phones a lot) I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends!

This place is the worst place I have been to I have a new phone edge in nice condition only with a small crack on the screen this guy said he would fix it for 109.00 dollars he never told me he was going to put a screen from a used phone which it was in a worse condition than I had. He tried to make me pay for a phone which the parts were in really bad condition. I only wanted him to fix my glass screen on my phone he ended up changing my entire phone accept my memory board. He has a really bad attitude so I told him I would call the police he said go head. so I did he tried to return my parts which he broke in the process of fixinh my phone screen my phone carrier is sprint and now I have a old phone case that says US Cellular thus case has scratches, dents, permanent marker, LCD screen is damaged in the corner, and the phone is now responding very slow. Now I am worse off then I was when I walked in. I do not recommend this place!
