I had an Awesome Experience building and purchasing my Bronco Sport from Griffin Ford! My sales person, Corey B was helpful the whole time it was being built. Any time my patience got the best of me, he’d quickly reply with an update on my order which helped the waiting process. It did take several months to take delivery, but that’s just the way of the world at the moment & actually makes it a little bit sweeter now that she’s in my garage! Get a Ford here - even our finance manager was unlike any other legal document person we’ve had before - personable, honest, funny, explained everything and more. Well done!

Griffin Ford has been great. I have bought two F150’s from them and both have been great vehicles. My trucks have been exclusively serviced by griffin and the service department has been good. In 4 years I have had two small problems that were quickly resolved and they made things right by giving me a free deluxe porter for my truck. I have worked in the service industry for 30 years and know things are sometimes out of your control. When things go wrong you should make them right and I feel that Griffin had done that.

Overall, the service department was professional and quick. The staff was friendly and helpful. Last week I took my 2017 Ford Expedition in for service. I had a number of items to have done.1. The rear camera was working intermittently. Repaired without issue. It was under warranty so there was no cost but the deductible.2. The HVAC fan was working intermittently. Repaired without issue. It was under warranty so there was no cost but the deductible.3. Oil change. No issues.4. Request navigation system be updated. I was quoted two prices. Later, I was informed that it would cost almost three times as much. The computer system needed an upgrade done before the navigation system could be updated. Of course I needed it done so I paid the price. I feel that the service representative should have known what would be needed for and update to the navigation system.The last thing, when I picked up my vehicle, I noted that it had not been washed. This is the second time that I had my vehicle serviced and it had not been washed. Overall, the service department was professional and quick. The staff was friendly and helpful.

In dealing with a tough situation Frank Ballendux made it as easy as possible. I cant say enough good things about how easy he made everything in buying my new car. If you are looking to buy a new or used car go to Griffin Ford and talk to Frank, hell do his job so you can do yours. Also, Felisa in finance was great to work with as well. I needed to take my 2015 Ford Fushion in today as it was not starting after I would fill it up with gas which is weird I know, but when I called yesterday I spoke with Hector and he said that they were super busy but he would squeeze me in . So I dropped the car off this morning and got a ride back home with a friend. Several hours later Hector called me and told me my car needed a new purge valve. And told me what needed to be done and the cost so I told him to go ahead and proceed with the repairs. A few hours later he called me back and said my car was done he even was able to save me a little on my bill so I greatly appreciated that and set up a ride for me with Jack Griffin ford’s shuttle so I got a ride back to the dearership. My experience there today was fantastic. Hector was so wonderfully kind and professional. Thank you so much Hector!! This is why we will always continue to do business with Jack Griffin Ford.

I have bought 3 used cars from them in the past...BEWARE.First SUV was good. Salesperson was good.Second car I had multiple issues with. The sales person was pushy and not kind, I tried to switch sales people and he said they couldnt because he had me logged in under him. I asked about why the car shifted differently and he told me it was because the cutch was a new style, while that statement was true, it was also deceiving, the transmission and cutch were bad and not shifting properly. I have had 4 recalls on this car since and they are now not covering it if it happens again. They gave me one key at the purchase and said to come back later and they will provide me with the other key. I came back the next day and they said they did not have one and would not provide me with another one. I also inquired about fixing the chips on the hood and the bumper, the sales person said they would fix them that day. After working through the financing, I walk out and see the sales person touching up my car with a paint pen and the color was not even close to matching.....Third car was only purchased there because the car is what my niece wanted. We have owned it for 1 month and under 1k miles, the oil was never changed, it was dirty and under half full, the intake and exhaust solenoids are both bad and the knock sensor is current tripped. Called the dealer and they said they would not do anything because I didnt purchase a warranty. The sales person was very good but the car sucks and I am not happy at all.I will not be recommending Griffin moving forward. I gave them multiple opportunities to create a quality customer experience and they fell short every single time.It costs more to get a new customer than it does to do the right things and retain them.

She told me she would come and get me in an hour, and she was very prompt. She explained exactly what the tech had done and what was recommended. I am very pleased with the service department.

Needed auxiliary water pump replaced on 2011 F250 diesel, which is a 6.5 hour book job. My non dealer mechanic would not touch the repair due to complicated nature and diesel, after looking detailed repair instructions up. Took truck in to Griffin at appointment time, they diagnosed, gave a repair time frame and kept in touch with progress reports. All in had truck 2 days. This is our to go dealership & so far we have never been disappointed. We are a 3 Ford family!

I was torn between a 2021 Tahoe and a 2021 Expedition. While I ended up with the Tahoe, my experience with Griffin Ford was probably the most professional experience I have ever had at a dealership. Lukas, Destinee, and Glenn were all very professional and treated me with great respect. Their lease quote was very fair and their offer for my trade-in was very generous. I didnt feel the need to haggle with them over price as they presented an excellent deal. I also appreciate that they continued to follow-up with me in a professional manner without being overwhelming. Lukas located the exact car that I wanted at another dealership that accommodated my specific requirements. I just preferred the 2021 updated refresh on the Tahoe over the Expedition as a personal preference. I highly recommend Griffin Ford and will certainly return when my new lease expires.

Our experience during the purchase was fantastic. However, subsequent visits for service have been extremely disappointing. We had originally requested a spray-in liner at the time of purchase and were told that it was discouraged and we should get a drop-in liner. As it was the end of the sales day, we made a follow up appointment to have the truck cleaned and the drop-in liner installed. During that appointment, the cleaning took 3 hours and they didnt have the liner! We had to make another appointment to take the vehicle back in for installation of the liner, which we did. Unfortunately, the service department did a poor job installing the liner and then told us we had to take it up with the Sales Manager - really?! Now, we need to take it back in for removal of the drop-in liner and installation of a spray-in liner. The dealership needs the car for the day, wont give us a loaner to use, and is charging us more money for the liner (after spending 65K on the vehicle already). There is very little flexibility, understanding or cooperation. Had we known this from the start, we would have purchased elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Found the perfect car, but living in Michigan and the dealership in Wisconsin with a 7 hour drive I did not want to make. Nick set me up with video, and pictures of the car. He also made sure to take care of a couple issues before hand, drove the car to me, picked up my trade in and whole transaction was done. They are top notch not only before but after purchase. Ive had reasonable service in the past, however yesterday was a big disappointment. I brought the car in for a coolant and transmission service and multi point inspection. Im told they completed the coolant service but were unable to remove the drain plug from the CVT transmission to service it. Since this transmission has a pan, and the $305 service should include replacing the filter inside the pan, I would expect the tech tor remove the pan with the plug still in it and complete the service. I also asked about the multi point inspection and was told the technician completed it and everything was fine. No paperwork for the inspection. I had hoped they would comment on tire wear and brake life and was expecting to get quoted at least 2 replacement tires but everything was fine.

Went in for oil change. I was aware that the brakes were soon to need service as well. Had not been there for 6 months. Turned out that the breaks were very worn. They had the parts and the time so they were able to replace them the same day. Saved me the time of making another appointment. Very friendly staff. I would have never imagined that I would have had to buy my dream BMW from a Ford dealer, but it was the Griffin team who took the time, care, and attention to ensure I was able to find and secure my dream car. Every BMW dealer in the area + Chicagoland provided horrible customer service and follow through whereas Devin kept checking in with me and eventually helped me secure the car I wanted. Devin was great at communicating throughout the entire process. The delivery/pickup process was probably the quickest and easiest I have ever experienced buying a car. I just bought my first new vehicle from Giffin and was super happy with the experience. I worked with Dave Nutt. He was low pressure and helped me out with a bunch of questions I had. We got caught up in the chip shortage issue, which was not the dealerships fault. Dave kept in regular contact about the status of my truck and everything went well with the sale when the truck finally came in. Ill be going back to Griffin Ford when we need our next vehicle.

Really good dealership. From the purchase of the truck to the warranty service work, everything was very efficient. The A-PIM module on the SYNC3 system went out (not entirely uncommon from research and talking with the tech) and they accommodated my busy schedule by giving me an appt on Saturday. I didnt have expectations on the time it would take for the repair and oil change (having a full battery charge on my phone and the spacious waiting area is well designed for customers, I had plenty of time) but I will say that expectations were definitely exceeded given how fast the repairs went. My salesman, Devin, after 5 months walked right up to me and spoke my first and last name and gave me a handshake when he saw me. What salesman remembers a name after all that volume of customers after 5 months? Very cool. I have nothing but good things to say about Griffin Ford. First class dealership.

Would never recommend going here. If you have a warranty and need to get a Ford approved service, go somewhere else. Especially do not work with Taylor Collins. They are not capable of a diagnostic within 12 hours and will not communicate that they are keeping your vehicle overnight until the end of business hours, forcing you to figure out how to transport your family around at last minute without offering a rental. I don’t understand how it’s the customer’s fault that Taylor can’t communicate and the company can’t plan ahead.

My sales representative was great, but her manager was anything but great. He lied to on two different occasions and tried to make me feel grateful for not being able to help me. My sales rep witnessed the whole thing, apologized for her boss and escalated it to the GM. Eventually we worked it out and I made my purchase, but I wont ever buy from Griffin Ford again.

I tried taking my vehicle in for some recall issues, but the service department is not interested in helping. The service department cannot give a date of when to schedule, and cannot get a loaner car for the days it will take to fix. This will be my last Ford Vehicle, as I have seen this with every trip to try to get things fixed.

Recently I took my car in for an oil change and had them check my tires due to my low pressure light was on. Alexis was my service representative who took care of me throughout the process and did an outstanding job. She communicated the problem with my tire and different options to fix the tire. I decided to purchase four new tires which had to be delivered to the dealer and my car was complete in just a few hours. Alexis kept me updated on the progress and even offered me a ride home if needed. I have been going to Griffin Ford in Waukesha for many years and would highly recommend them.

Originally had an appointment on 3-22 to check why vehicle is shaking, was told vehicle needed new engine mounts, was told part were out of stock and for me to call in 2 weeks to check stock and see if parts were in. This is the first time Ive ever had a ford dealership tell me that I needed to call and check the status of a part to come in, instead of calling me an notifying me that parts are in. I called in the 2 weeks, and left a message for my the maintenance rep. No response 1 week after, I had called again and finally spoke with him. He advised me that my parts are in, and to setup another appointment to get the work done. I delivered my car at 7:00 am on 4-22, because I was told it was going to take all day to replace the parts. At 3:30 pm, I had called because I have not heard a word on the status. My rep then tells me that only some parts came and not all of them, mind you at 3:30 pm in the afternoon. He apologized and told me to come pick up my vehicle and to call back again in 2 weeks to check on parts. I had called again 2 weeks later and left a message again. I had called the next Saturday and spoke to a different rep and advise him of this fiasco and asked to switched to a different maintenance rep, and he said he would take on my vehicle and would notify my that he will call me once the parts come in. Was told I would receive a call from him the following week to discuss the status of the parts and of course no call. So I then call back the following week and talk with the rep and he advises me that he was not able to switch reps. Instead of calling me prior to notify me. He switches me to my old rep and Im fed the same bull. It is now May 31st and still no response or status on my parts. Still waiting???

Easy used car buying experience. I worked with Dave. He was knowledgeable and willing to work on details to make a deal. I loved being able to test drive the vehicle alone. That experience alone helped me tremendously by allowing me to really drive and get a good feel of the vehicle, without a stranger sitting with me. I loved that! Chris finalized the sale, and he was also fabulous. He went through all the paperwork quickly, but paused and explained with further detail, whenever necessary. My wife was T-boned by a van which had jumped the red light on Main Street running into my wife’s truck going east on Moreland. She had suffered grievous injuries. I thank God for saving her life. Zero stars. Dropped off my vehicle this morning at 8 am for an appointment scheduled weeks ago. Called at 4 pm for an update and was told they werent able to start on the repairs. I asked how a car scheduled weeks in advance for an 8 am appointment could not be even be started, and was told they werent able to get to it. Not the first time Ive had issues with the service department, but it will be the last.

Truck is nice looking. But after purchasing and driving a little more than the test drive I noticed there was a popping noise under the hood. Less than 24 hrs later i took it in just to be told it was normal. Hm took it home then few days later it was back for same reason, this time they say its due to after market cold air intake. Them trued to charge me 900+ to replace it . Wouldn’t even meet me half way. Now my phone calls are ignored and in not happy. Lemon law lawyer will be hired . Thanx but no thanx griffin . 6 thumbs down for customer service.

Went in on the last day of the month looking to learn more about the current Ford product line and our sales associate Matt was very laid back to give us more information. We left with a few pamphlets, talked it over, and were able to come back in a few days later and picked up right where we left off. We picked a car, the process was pretty quick, we were handed to finance and were on our way in about 2 hours. Their group did a good job explaining our options, pricing was all up front, and let us know of our service going forward. Would go through the process of buying a car through them in the future.

Bought a used 2018 Truck from them. Long story short the truck had major unseen mechanical issues. The managers of each department called me and talked to me. The stood by thier word and made the situation right. Anyone can sell you a vehicle. What happens when the vehicle needs service? This dealership stood by thier word. Im truly blown away. **UPDATE**I did finally speak with a Manager. We talked things out and I kind of wrote it off like nothing would change. He called me back I missed his call and ignored another call because I was over the whole issue(s) and was never going back. He was persistent and we talked it out. I understand that there was communication break down between the service writer and myself on some of the issues. I am going back there for my next oil change and hopefully a trade value so I can budget for my next car come spring/summer. Mistakes were made and I just hope they keep working this hard for everyone business. They seem to be moving in the right direction, at least in my case.I did change my star rating from 1 star to 3. As I hope they keep working to get better and I will try to give another update in a few months.Below is the original PostGO TO A DIFFERENT DEALER. I got the WORKS Package (oil change, tire rotation, etc) on 11/6/17. They said my front brake pads were at 3mm. On 11/13/17 my inner RH brake pad was metal on metal. I looked at my last inspection report (5,000 Miles ago) and they said my pads were at 3mm but in the Red on the inspection (this time 3mm and in the yellow). I also changed all my lug nuts for new ones, and they knock a chrome cap off one and didnt tell me. Another time I had my front RH tierods changed (beginning of Sept. 2017) and was quoted $177 for both inner and outer - which I thought was a mistake but I took the deal, when I arrived they told me that this was only for the outer I provided proof to what I was told but they said it would me more than 1 day to get the inner, when I pressed the service writer to admit to the mistake and I would just accept the screw up, he wouldnt. So, I told them to order one from NAPA/another dealer, and have it done that morning, but they said everyone was out. I was fuming, so I had them put the inner in and got out of there, but before I left I stopped at their parts dept. and asked; they did have the part in stock. They seem to like lying to me and not admitting to a mistake. I have emailed them about my issues and I have never gotten a phone call or email response. I think that it is safe to say I will not recommend them as a dealer. Lastly, I have asked for a trade value when I have take my car when I was in for a oil change the last 4 times and have yet to talk with a sales person or used equipment manager. Please see the attached photos for my proof of just one of my issues with Griffin.

I would not recommend Griifin Ford for servicing your vehicle ever! I bought my 1st Ford truck from them over 15 years ago and used them for service primarily because I bought the vehicle there. They were great until the past few years when I bought a new truck from another Ford dealership and returned for servicing at Griffin in Waukesha because its close to me. The service department really gave up caring about their customers over the years. It seems like they only care about getting as much money out of you as possible and recommending repairs that are not needed. I have had multiple issues with the service department and each time I try to reach out to the service department manager (Jeff), he does not take my call or return my call. I recently had a collision with my new truck and had the repairs made at the griffin body shop. They had to service my transmission and within 3 days of picking up my truck, I was stuck on the side of the road. I called Griffin 1 days prior explaining that I see fluid on my garage floor. The service department did not think this was a big enough emergency to try to squeeze me in. Insead they booked me a week out. They look at my truck ad tell me its not their fault but the transmission lines are bad and need to be replaced. A good shop would have noticed this when they were working on it and came to me with this instead of rushing it out the door to get another paying customer in. Now I again have more transmission problems and they find no rush to contact me when I call. I had zero problems with my transmission prior to taking my truck to Griffin!

I was in the market for a relatively new Ford Escape. I worked with Dave Nutt at Griffin Ford of Waukesha. He was very personable and has an excellent sense of humor. He was helpful and answered my questions. He was not high pressure and respected my car buying journey. In the end I did not purchase a Ford Escape from Griffin Ford. That said I did enjoy working with Dave and would highly recommend him.As a side note I have had my other car serviced at Griffin Ford and have had positive experiences to date.

Went in for an oil change at 9am on a BMW. Waited Two hours with my child before I had to ask what the hold up was. Was told that they had the wrong filter so they had to go out and buy a different one. This is after I called the service manager the night before to tell him the car was coming in for this exact reason. Got the paperwork and the car back, went to McDonalds and popped the hood to inspect the quality of work. Oil covered the housing gasket and alternator. Went back to the dealership to show them the service I received. Took five minutes to clean the residual oil. Not to mention that they didnt re program the oil setting on the DME. Drove the car home and worked the rest of the day until around 5:45 I had a gut feeling to check for leaks again. Sure enough the car is leaking oil. Called the dealership again and Brian told me to bring the car back in which was not an option after the experience I had earlier. Checked the paperwork after the phone call and the technician Angelo wrote that the oil pan gasket was leaking and that it needed immediate attention. None of this information was said while I was there. Left the service manager a VM waiting for his response in the morning. If they couldnt work on the car in the first place that shouldve been said and arrangements couldve been made. All around terrible experience.

I test drive the Mustang Mach E which is why I was there. But I am only going to review the dealership here. Despite having a mask sign on the door almost no staff I saw was wearing a mask or wearing one properly. I arrived at exactly 9am and stood at the front desk for almost 5 minutes completely unattended until I walked into the back part of the showroom. Apparently they were having a meeting but thats not an excuse to me to have customers stand around. Several sales people walked past me before one thought to ask if I needed help.When it came to the car I was given a brief walk-around of the trunk and frunk but nothing at all about the settings or set-up of the car. I had to pull over twice during the test drive to find out how to change a setting like 1-pedal driving, drive mode, navigation, radio, etc.The vehicle had an awful lot of software bugs ranging from (minor) being unable to turn off the simulated engine sounds to (major) the lane keep assist not engaging or working. For that second point when I got back to the dealership the salesperson was unable to be any more helpful than saying, It should be working.I did not leave well impressed with the service I received.

I made a service appointment after my check engine light went on and the first thing I thought was it was going to be some kind of sensor and start at about $1000. I worked with Steve Ahrens in the service area and when he called me with the diagnosis, said they think they can fix the check engine light with an oil change. I was very happy with the service and the honesty.

Told me an hour and it took 2 more and I was there for 3 hours just for a oil change. Didnt reset my oil gauge still said 33%. Also they gave me all the papers and I had to run around and try to get my key. I would rather have spent the $115 at Valvoline they even offered to check my fluids for free. But have the free ones here.

Stopped in just to look at the ford f-150 not even thinking about buying just to see how much leg room was in the truck as I am 6 foot 7 tall. Aisha came out to talk to me I told her I was a dodge guy and just wanted to see what ford had to offer. She was very knowledgeable. She agreed to get the keys just so I could look inside. After talking to her I took it out for a test drive. She is the main reason that I now own my first ford. What I liked about her was that if she didnt know the answer to the questions I ask she went and got an answer from someone else not like the dealer down the road that just made stuff up. Brought my truck in for 100K service. I dropped it off Sunday night and didnt get it back until late Wednesday. I call several times for updates as it was taking longer than expected and no one could tell me what was going on. I was told I would get a call back with an update that never happened. When it finally was done and I came to pick it up I had to wait another 20 minutes while they looked for my key before I could leave.

This was a short notice request to check the electrical system after a relatively new battery expired. Griffin team scheduled for drop off, and promptly tested the car the next day, and found everything to be satisfactory. The issue had been the battery, which was not replaced by them. They brought in a vehicle from another dealer when I wanted options not on their lot. I had a Ford employee pricing certificate so there wasnt any negotiating on price. They only negative is that they did not wear masks.

Sales was great. Kirby was easy to work with and to negotiate the purchase with. Detailing and cleaning of the new truck was disappointing. Took too long and was sub par. I ended up taking it to a car wash.Still need to hear from the dealership on a date to get the bed sprayed. This is a dealer owe and was part of the deal on purchase. Hope to see an email soon to schedule this.

My recent leasing experience from Griffin Ford was absolutely superb!!! This was the 3rd company vehicle I have leased from Griffin within the last six years. The salesperson from my first 2 leases had moved on and there was also a new GM and Finance Manager. Despite the new faces, the team treated me with the same professionalism, friendliness, expert vehicle knowledge, and excellent customer service I had gotten accustomed to with my previous leases. The team I dealt with is top notch, made certain I got the best possible deal on the new leased vehicle as well as my previous leased vehicle which I was turning in 6 months early, were patient with me through the process as I took a few days to make up my mind, and went above and beyond to make certain that my buying experience was efficient so as to keep the time I spent at the dealership to an absolute minimum. I, in particular, appreciated the complimentary floor mats that my salesperson and the GM included at no charge due to my past patronage. That gesture was not necessary but definitely a nice touch. In the end, I had a VERY positive experience and would HIGHLY recommend!!!
