Really great experience. Good communication. Good Value. I quoted the repair multiple places and they were the cheapest. This went against my expectation of dealerships. When it was time to pay, the cost came in under their quote, which again was opposite of my expectation. This is the second time I have been here for a major service, and both times they did the job right the first time. They were really good at keeping me updated. Will use them in the future. My service rep was Brian, and he was great.
Worked with Ryan Pennington to buy our new car. Buying a car is always a stressful process, but Ryan made it very easy. He checked in with us many times while we were waiting for certain things to get done. We discovered a tiny chip in the paint on our drivers door and Ryan has ordered some touch up paint and offered to meet us so we dont have to drive all the way to the dealership (its not close to us). Our daughter will be looking to buy a car soon and we plan to go and see Ryan again when the time comes for that. The finance guy who had us sign all of the papers was great too. I am sorry I dont remember his name. He was helpful and made sure to describe everything. Good people!
Was just in for a oil change, I sat for an hour and 40 minutes, and not one person said anything to me about my car, by the time a salesman came through a second time and said your still here I said yes and Im a little irritated, then here comes my car, Tyler my service guy came out and said he apologized for the wait, my oil change was 30 dollars and some change, plus he had my car washed and cleaned the inside a bit, it needed it too!! I understand places are short staffed hence the reason I didnt get get too upset and say anything. Thank you Tyler !! I appreciate what you did for me as far as the car wash and the lower oil change price!!! It was much appreciated!!!
Brought my Jeep back after I just had it in for a recall that ever since the update was done, my car chugs. I was asked to sign a work statement that would charge me 140.00. When I asked about the charge Tyler in service said he has to charge me for his guys to look at it and said how else will my guys get paid. What?! Am I missing something? This wasnt happening before I brought it in for the recall. And to boot he told me he would see me in a few hours. I asked what he meant when he said a few hours, since when I called and made the appointment I was told it would take an hour. He clarified and said an hour and a half or two. If I was told this when asked when I made the appointment I would have dropped off the car and had a ride back home. A guy approached that had over heard our conversation and was pleasant and asked me a question, as he was trying to be helpful. Tyler said get him outta here. Really?! Thats how he treats a kid that seemed like he may have challenges? How dare someone be so disrespectful to another human that was only trying to help. Disgusted with this experience.
My wife was driving a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and she wanted to check out a new Jeep. Bought a Jeep from here the other day and my sales consultant Jordan was great! Very nice, knowledgeable and really worked with me to help me get to a price I could afford and a vehicle I liked.Im only giving a 4 because the business office associate whose name may have been Bill (he was 40 or 50) was just very impersonal and made me feel rushed and unwelcomed. He sped through the paperwork and wasnt conversational in the least. He shouldnt be working in the business office going over your finances with that attitude.I saw how he was the next day because I stopped in for something else related to my vehicle. Bill was very conversational and friendly to the guests who were there at the time. It lets me know he knows how to turn that personality on and off.
I couldn’t imagine a better experience than I had working with the service department to get my husband’s car ready to be back on the road after a long absence. Everyone knows buying a car is tedious, but I never felt my time was wasted. It was a solid give and take and I strongly believe both sides were happy when the deal was done. They were very respectful and polite and I respect that. I would imagine the entire building is full of stand up people based on the 3 I met, but ask for Len Yevsiyevich if he is free...good guy for sure.

Over all was a great service. Purchased two vehicles so far here but the vehicle I have purchased last didnt have a spare key, I was told they will send me the 2nd copy. a few months later I didnt receive it so I called. Then was told they will send it, and year later I reached out for the key, again I was told they will send it out.. I am now here sitting years later finally lost my only set of keys. My son has a doctor appointment for his fractured leg and I can not drive there. And still I am here without the spare key.. it just seems after the sale, they didnt care about what I needed, or about the promise they have gave me about sending out the spare key at the time of purchase.Update. They have reached out and apologized. They were able to locate the key in a sales rep desk. I received it few days later.. for helping out I raised to 4 star. But I do plan getting my next vehicle with them.
The service manager got back to me with a proper resolution. I think he will do what is in his power to resolve problems. I don’t necessarily trust FIAT produced products, but when issues arise, talk to the service manager instead of an advisor.

The vehicle I looked at wasnt portered well at all, made all kinds of noise when I test drove it. Did not buy. Tires only had maybe 20% tread life left. They werent going to change them either. Recommend you to be very weary of them and ask for a car fax if your buying used.

I had a wonderful experience getting my first car from here. I worked with Tyrell and he was so friendly and helpful the entire process. Ive had my car for a little over a month and have no complaints. Tyrell found me my perfect car and highly recommend him if youre planning on buying a car.
Ryan and Peter were wonderful to work with in Sales. They got us the vehicle we wanted at an agreed upon price, the haggle process was hassles and even in this crazy market they gave us the vehicle and invoice pricing. However their finance department is absolutely terrible. We had a finance director (tall skinny guy) who tried to sell us a warranty for $120 per month, he literally comes back 5 minutes later and tries to sell us the warranty for $5 per month. When i bring up that massive price disparity he says i gave you half off. Dont quite understand his math on that one. I told him i was in finance for several years and i know how finance departments take advantage of subprime deals and he just goes theres a difference between front end and back end and if you were in the industry you should know that then. I do know the difference, but it was irrelevant to my comment so i dont know why he had to get argumentative with me. Telling a customer that they barely got approved to then try and sell them a $120 per month warranty is just wrong. Period. Oh and then he scribbled something down in red sharpie and claimed it was legally binding document and made us sign it because by law they have to offer affordable warranty. If thats the case (its not he straight up lied) then why did you try to jack our payment up 25%? Lying to customers to try get money from them is called... ummm FRAUD. That one guy killed the whole idea of that dealership being reputable to both of us. My girlfriend and i both agreed we would not return to this dealer again because of that man. As someone who worked in finance at a dealership Im appalled at his business practices. That never would have been acceptable where I worked. IF the dealership could show me the law where they HAVE to provide affordable warranty i would be very interested. My friends in the business have never heard of it.
We had a great experience working with Brian O’Steen at Wilde. We called before making the four hour drive from out-of-state. We were greeted by Brian when we arrived and he had the vehicle parked out front and ready to go for us to test drive. Brian was very friendly and helpful in trying to get the most he could for us on our trade-in. We found exactly what we were looking for and are enjoying our new (used) vehicle.

I bought my 2017 Jeep Compass back in August. I would say that the buying experience was decent overall. What I’m having problems with is their service department. When purchasing my vehicle I had added on the service program and an extended warranty. Whenever and I mean whenever I bring my vehicle in for something as simple as an oil change, they keep the car all day and overnight. Sometimes even an additional day after saying it would be done same day. Without any phone call. The most recent time I had brought the vehicle in, I had planned on dropping it off the night prior to an appointment due to some other issues it was having. Those issues resolved and all I needed was again, an oil change. The gentleman told me it would be done that evening. I asked him to give me a call when it was ready. A few hours went by, no phone call. I called twice to see if that Jeep was ready and nothing. The service department CLOSED and my vehicle was not done. I spoke to Sue both time, who was ungodly kind and very apologetic. It’s very frustrating to not have a vehicle for MULTIPLE days when they say it’ll be done by a certain time and they never call or touch the vehicle. Very disappointed with the customer service through the service department. I don’t think I’d ever buy a vehicle from them again since dealing with all the issues I’ve had with them. I understand they are very busy, but you schedule appointments for a reason and when you tell a customer that their vehicle will be done by a certain time, they expect it. It is very difficult to get another vehicle to borrow for work, especially since they keep your vehicle and do not give rental cars.UPDATE: After seeing my review, both Brian (used car manager) and Jay (service department manager) reached out and spoke to me about my concerns. They were both extremely kind and willing to listen to the problems I’ve been having. I was greatly satisfied with their professionalism and wanting to rectify the problems. I plan on continuing being a customer with their service department and hope I don’t have anymore concerns.
I love my new Jeep, and Ryan Pennington saw us through the whole purchase process. He was thorough and worked hard to keep us informed throughout the process of ordering the vehicle. I was asked to take down my negative review about their lack of communication. We were told the parts to the car would be in Monday and we would receive a call Monday. Here we are Friday and absolutely no update. This service shop is absolutely awful at communicating and time lines. This car will be the last car we buy from them solely due to their shop. Highly recommended not working with them.

Took a while to get a chance to meet Tony but after meeting him he was a very nice man who took the time to talk and make sure that we wanted the car that we were looking it. He talked a little fast for me personally but nonetheless he did everything in his power to help and increase my understanding of the car and the process of buying the car.
I had the best experience buying a new car here. I had been looking forward to upgrading to a Wrangler for a while, and this one seemed to be not only a great deal, but the staff was super helpful and not pushy at all. They offered me $3,000 more than what the last jeep dealership offered for my trade, and even found a rebate to put towards my new purchase. Ryan Pennington was so nice and patient! Had an appointment on Monday for an oil change, tire rotation, and to resolve a check engine light being on. The appointment was at noon. At 1:30, I asked for an update and was told nothing had been done. I wouldn’t come back if my wife wasn’t conned into buying the maintenance package we’ve already paid for. What is the point of having an appointment if no work will be done?

Buying a Car here the last week of November 2020 left me uncomfortable and unhappy. In short I recommend going to another dealership before coming here, you may have a much better experience.This was my first time purchasing a car. I arrived and talked with a member of their used car sales staff. The staff member made me feel pressured to stay and not go next door to look at a similar car. He repeatedly made sarcastic/underhanded remarks when I asked about the price of comparable vehicles in the area. Even with the uncomfortable feeling and bad taste in my mouth from our interaction I purchased the car that day. This I later regret. Next time, I know to walk out. The car had some issues, which needed to be resolved (he agreed to fix at the time of purchase), namely replacing interior part which was marred. An issue arose with the title which I was informed was understandable as the pandemic had closed the DMV. When I returned to have the interior fixed I was again treated to his brusque attitude. Again I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. He forgot to check on my title with ‘the business office’ while I waited for the car to be fixed. I reminded him again after waiting for 45 minutes in the waiting area. It seemed apparent to me that he had forgotten yet he was not upfront to me and instead made up an excuse.*social distancing and masks were worn by most of the staff. The staff member I worked with choose to not cover his nose.*Name of salesman omitted to give benefit of the doubt. Maybe he just had two bad days?*I have chosen to post this review a month after purchase because a deer totaled that car and so I had to purchase a new one. In my subsequent purchase I went to a different dealership who on Christmas Eve drove the car to me for free(I was on vacation in Wyoming and they drove several hours from Utah). They also treated in me in an upfront manner.
Don’t get me wrong, there are some nice people at Wilde... but the bad outweigh the good! I don’t even take my Jeep out there anymore! I’m team Amato now! I’ve never left Wilde without having an encounter with a rude employee.

We had our vehicle in to find out what was going on with it and to have a recall taken care of. They fixed a few things on the vehicle to fix the problem supposedly but never did the recall. We then left to drive the truck home only to find that we still were having the same problems we were having when we brought it in. We ended up bringing to a different repair shop and it cost an additional $600 to fix after already spending $800 here.

I came to Wilde Subaru to trade in my 2009 Impreza for a 2018 Crosstrek. I knew exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted coming into this process. Overall, my experience was exceptional. I worked with Jordan and he was amicable. I appreciated his professionalism and open communication. He even worked late the day I wanted to pick up the car so he could be there and see the sale through with me and that really put my mind at ease. There was some cosmetic damage to the driver door, and Jordan assured me that the sale wouldnt happen until Im satisfied with the repairs, which he followed through on!I did not have as great of an experience with the finance team, however. I felt like I was being rushed and pressured into financing with the dealers banks. Then when I decided to find my own financing, the employees were rude and condescending. The day I picked up my new car, I worked with Steve and he was very nice. I had to tightly budget for this car and Steve was understanding. He didnt pressure me at all and tried to give me options.Im probably more of a timid buyer and try to make my decisions as far in advanced as possible. I like to be informed, but not pressured, guilted, or rushed. With Wilde being such a large, high functioning, and fasted paced dealership, I understand it might not have been the perfect match, but Im overall satisfied with my experience.

Brought my lease in for its first oil change and was BLOWN AWAY by the excellent customer service I received! My oil was changed, tires rotated, and Jeep washed all in about half an hour! The entire staff was so professional and friendly. Thank you Wilde for an excellent experience!
So Im visiting from out of state and my engine light came on. A very kind technician assured me it would be safe to drive home. Very clean bays and prompt service.
Very disappointed in this dealer services. Was trying to buy a new truck over a few weeks and it was nothing short than a nightmare. I worked with Peter one of the managers and needless to say everything that they told me they would do fell through. Had put money down on a vehicle and waited weeks for it to come in and then was just told out of the blue that they would refund my money, that truck you put money down on we can’t get, even though we said they could even though the the dealer asked me to put money down on it weeks and weeks ago. I wasted weeks of my time. I would not recommend this dealership to any business owners.UpdatePeter called one of my friends and asked him if he would talk to me about removing my review. Peter has not tried to contact me since I wrote this post no phone calls/emails/texts. The dealership has not attempted to make this right in anyway!
This could have easily been a 5 star experience but it’s 12:30 on May 14th and the woman behind the counter at the used cars building could not have been any more rude. Everyone in service building was so friendly but this woman behind the service cashier treated my like trash. Let someone else go in front of me when I was clearly waiting first and made me feel like a bother when I asked any questions.
Recently bought a vehicle here and the service was great! Benji was my salesman and he was super knowledgeable and down to earth, something you don’t typically see in used car salesmen. He was polite and not excessively pressuring to the point of annoyance. I was referred here by a friend and would definitely come back again.
Great experience with buying my new Jeep; Doug Rodriguez was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, he was able to locate the Jeep I was looking for and gave a better price than the dealership that the Jeep came from. I know that I was a bit of a pain because Im picky, but Doug really stepped up to the plate, very patient and understanding when I decided to change my mind on some options in the midst of things. He worked with me and I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying a new vehicle.
