Went in looking for COVID tests and the pharmacist was not aware of the brand I requested. She also said they were out and had no information on restocking. At this point in the pandemic I would have thought and hoped these basic issues would be ironed out.

Good prices but going up with the economic times. Still my favorite.

Well... 1st off.. ITS HUGE! The only negative is that it really takes a while to get thru it and find things because its so big. Was well stocked and pretty clean.

They werent completely shocked on everything, but I was able to get what I needed.

I like this Walmart more than a number of Targets Ive been to. Its particularly tidy. The employees have been helpful for the couple of oh duh questions Ive had. The space takes more people to feel crowded compared to other places. Has lots of different options for things, and I personally have never seen anything particularly out of or under stocked.

Friendliness goes a long ways and is often lacking here. Miss the scanner machines too. Buuuut definitely saves me money and time though because Im actually in and out. So I guess its a win for me lol

Walmart always makes me feel like royalty. More due to the other patrons, less because the customer service is rocking. But it is, and they are wonderful. The fellow shoppers though? Like I said, damned royalty.

Used self-check, only a few registers open. I find some cards with chips dont work as well at the old registers and work better at self check. Bakery is unpredictability staffed. After 3 attempts of ordering a cake (still 4 days from event) they could not fill the order as they said they were completely booked. Need to service their carts - noisy and jerky movements. Most items I looked for were in stock except bags of candy for events.

I experienced discrimination against myself and my emotional support dog by one of Wal-Marts employees. Planning a full complaint to Corporate!

I went to purchase bait here for fishing but never again all the tubs of worms were rotted and stinking I sorted thru over 50 all melted worms I left

I have been going to this walmart when it was first opened. In the last two years or so its gone down hill. Dirty, shelves are so messy. Yet you have workers who just stand around talking about whos seeing who. Shopping carts are all over outside. Garbage, you need to pick up the garbage outside your store. Take some pride in your store. This is not Milwaukee.😡

This place has really gone down hill. They need to have bigger self check out or open up more check out lanes. There are so many lanes and I always see 1 open. Also there is always a huge line at self Checkout. This place is not maintained very well too. Who ever is the owner of this store need to wake up and find different people to run this store. I think Ill start going to woodmans more often.

The shopping experience could have been way better if they had more than one cashier one the floor. It was the day before Fathers Day and we spent almost an hour sitting in line. I had way too much stuff to use the self checkout. Not to mention that line was longer than the one I was in.

Super understaffed, and the few workers who check have the motivation of a rock. If you come here, plan on a wait to check out equal to the entire shopping trip - Even if you use self check

Typical walmart never enough checkouts open and not a single handicapped electric cart to be found in the place but otherwise a pleasant experience the fact that they have a jackson Hewitt and fed ex inside is pretty cool and everything is laid out pretty well

I have used Free delivery for over a year now for groceries and other items in store. The return policy is great . I have had a order delivered same day for non grocery items ! They generally have what I need but do run out of some items I use regularly . Been very pleased all around with this delivery service and hope they keep it after Covid .

The transaction at customer service was fine regarding getting my money put on a card. I was being friendly and asked if she was working on Memorial day or did she have plans. Totally innocent ? To break the ice. There was no friendly interaction with her other than what do I need. Been in retail work for many years myself, I did find inappropriate they were talking alot among each other while customers were there talking about their feelings about their Managers. We dont need to know this, or is it our businessThanks.

Love being able to order on the Walmart app pick a time and pick it up. They bring it out and load it up for you. The Walmart team are always kind and helpful. Thank you Walmart in Waukesha!! You all rock! 😎

This is a very nice Walmart. Its huge and has a large selection. I explored the retail part of the store and not the grocery area. Its clean and was a good shopping experience all around.

I am a doordash driver and I go in and theyre very friendly and very helpful on picking up merchandise and also picking up bulk groceries I give every one of them workers kudos

I love this Walmart. I drive from Milwaukee to get here. They have friendly workers and good sales. Only issue I had was with a guy doing returns he needs more training because twice he messed up a return and manger had to help him.. other then that love it

I mean its walmart. Nothing out of the ordinary. I doordash here and sometimes the reception is slower than Id like but honestly the workers are good 👍

Went in at 5 pm for some yarn and fabric. At 20 after I had made my selections and was waiting for an deployed to cut it. (No bell on counter or direction as to where to find assigned employee like other locations). Three employees walked by me without making eye contact. On e finally stopped, asked if I needed help. Said I needed fabric cut. Said he could do it and hed be right back. 10 minutes go by. No employee. Another employee comes by and says shell send someone over. Waiting.....Another 10 minutes pass. Finally at 545 I left the material on the counter and checked out. On the way to the registers, the first guy who said he would help me is walking down the main checkout aisle with a buddy, both on their phones.Thoroughly disgusted with this Waukesha store.

Pretty terrible pick up. Ive used them for an entire year since moving to the area and the first few months I understood the long wait times and substitutions due to covid and was very patient. now,a year later, we are still waiting over an hour for our orders and they are full of mistakes. Ill be driving to a different city from now on.

No customer service whatsoever! I asked multiple employees for help and no one knew where anything was I found one item on my own by chance and was told by an employee I dont work in this department youll have to find someone else. Cashier was rude because I had to cancel the transaction at first because I accidentally grabbed the wrong card. I have two cards the same color and grabbed the credit by mistake and didnt want to put it on credit and she said just pay your credit card bill and it shouldnt matter!!! How I chose to do my financial life is not your business and you dont say that to a customer paying your salary. Just once again disgusted that I went into a Walmart. So glad other businesses are opening back up so I dont have to go there anymore

I think its messy for a store that isnt open 24/7anymore, it looked a lot cleaner when it was open 24/7 and there is no real reason it shouldnt be closing stores earlier or at all doesnt make a disease go away it just changes where people hang out am I the only one that understands that and also diseases Tony have a watch and cant tell time off day or day of week or month or even yes you guest it year. So bring back 24/7so people have jobs and you have a safe clean environmental space to work and us to shop

They have allot of nice things but some foods you might find hard to find but normal Walmart stuff youll find.

I was there mid afternoon and this is probably the most unkempt store I have EVER seen. In womens and mens department multiple shelves of nothing but unfolded piles of clothes. It was just a disaster throughout the whole store. Completely unorganized. The store manager has gone AWOL. I drove from Jackson to West Allis to pick up my daughter and drove way out to your store. You were lucky to get 2 stars ONLY because he happened to have the size pants my daughter needed. As I said the manager of this store is clearly not there.

I do not like the Walmart supercenter on West avenue and 164 in Waukesha the store never has stuck on the shelves and the greeters are very rude

Always a good place to shop. Well stocked. Friendly staff. Easy to access. Quick trip through check out lanes. Can be busy but if you hit it at the right time, lesiurely shopping without worrying about cart crashing with your fellow shoppers.

Always super long lines, super ghetto, frequently things Im looking for have not been restocked, you often have to move to a new line if you want to purchase alcohol because the managers arent around to help the children ring you up.... Youre looking for a Walmart to go to choose delafields.

Its not my favorite walmart to go to. A lot of the stock(for at least the things Im interested in, at least for clothing for myself or my kids) is usually limited or gone as Im sure its been bought. Great place to get your everyday necessities though!

Items hard to find as well as employees to ask on the floor. Bare shelves, couple employees could finally locate couldnt answer my question ❓( because they didnt speak fluent American/English. One India another who knows?). Highly disappointed.

Good store, better than most walmarts I have been to. Its clean staff is nice and the have most things in stock. My only complaint is that they dropped their hours(pre pandemic) and its hard to find stores open that late. All in all I reccomend stopping here!

Target was closed. Went to Walmart, and there was one package left. It took a bit of searching, but we found them!

So... I had a pick up time between4 and 5. I got here at 5:05. It is now 6:22 and I am still waiting for my order. Lady next to me waited an hour and a half. I asked one of the associates why they cant pull some other staff to help out. They reported they have staff pulling other ordersI have tried to call the store twice and no one answers the phone. The workers are trying their best, it isnt fair to them or the customers waiting. I have seen 3 cars leave without getting their order. I think this falls on management to look at the situation. Meanwhile, I will patiently continue to wait for my order.It is now 6:52 and still no order.i am leaving. Total joke!Update- when I was getting ready to pull out they said my order was the next one. I cant believe I stayed and waited. I kept saying to myself I was going to leave, but then I was like I have already waited this long.

I wish to say 2 things. I think your store has done a great job with providing sanitizer in the store and marking the floors to remind people to stay distanced.My ne t comment is for Robyn, one of the cashiers. I have been in her checkout numerous times and she is always so patient, friendly and all around helpful. I feel she went above and beyond today for me. I had bought a lot of merchandise that I am donating to a local shelter. I forgot 2 of my bags when I left the store and realized this when I got home. I went back and the cashier who rang me up was not working. I noticed Robyn was just finishing with a customer and asked her where I could get my bags. She said she was off but she checked in customer service and then went down the checkouts and looked in and finally found my 2 bags. I was so happy to get them. Robyn is an exceptional employee and I wish there were more like her.

This store was absolutely filthy. It looked like it had been ransacked. The floors were so dirty and littered with boxes it was shameful. The GM should be reprimanded or replaced. Clothing was laying every where. Just terrible.

Anne at the door, and the young lady who normally works with her are both fabulous. They really have a welcoming and quite positive manner about them and they clearly love their job. You can’t walk past those girls without smiling or feeling good about patronizing this location. They are a true asset to this business. I feel the same way about gene (spelling?) at customer service. Good job finding such great staff Walmart! Be sure you do whatever it takes to keep them. I have attempted to call the store for 15 minutes but no one answered the phone. I called for curbside and it said all associates are busy and routed to “customer service” which they didn’t answer either. Their phone system only rings for 5 minutes and then hangs up. After 3 unsuccessful attempts I will move my order to Target for this and all future purchases.
