At last, I found a ice cream place that had sugar free ice cream. Hats off to that. Cute paintings, great atmosphere and friendly staff along with newly introduced bubble tea. Awesome!!!

We went downtown to find our favorite chocolate shop closed so we crossed the street and so happy we did!! Your little shop is amazing and all of your employees are super helpful! Not to mention how delicious your Gelato is. Ive never had anything so delicious in my life. And their macaroons are TO DIE FOR! We will definitely return!

A very nice place in the Waukesha downtown. I dont know how I didnt know about this place earlier. My family enjoyed the ice creams here. I love the pistachio ice cream. Staffs were so kind and friendly. I think the French macarons were overrated though. If your are visiting for the first time, there is also a municipal parking very closer.

The only decent Italian-style gelato Ive tried in the midwest. Apparently the gelato is still made fresh by the family, of which at least one family member was professionally trained in italy on how to make italian gelato - this must be why this place is able to offer gelato that tastes just as good as the delicious gelato I ate when I was in Italy. The espresso was disappointing but the gelato overrode the experience :) Ill be back when passing through the Milwaukee area and will recommend this place to friends

Great variety of flavors! From mint chocolate chip to almond joy to peanut butter! There are sugar free options and fruity flavors as well. Great portion sizes and prices! Cute little homemade macaroons ☺ . Friendly customer service and a family friendly environment with a more intimate seating outside.

The macarons and gelato were good but tbh it was not worth the price. Id rather go to kopps and get a half gal of custard for the same price as 2 medium bowls of gelato. If it wasnt as good as it was Id give this place 2 stars

I love the gelato. First time trying tiny macaroons.. $1.75 each. Still, yummy.My problem, the service. Two women working today. You need an ID when you buy the CBD oil choices n I wanted to get both the cherry n grape. You cant try them so I was hoping they would be good. Which they are.. love the grape most, fyi.So the female employee, without glasses, served my daughter n I today at 830pm on 7/20. We picked 2 macaroons, my daughter got her cone but I was waiting for my daughter to grab my ID from the car. So I got my ID, told the other woman, with glasses, what was ordered. 17$ n some change. My daughter is eating hers. The female who cashed me out went to go make someones coffee. Which was fine because I think they were before me. The original.one who served us was handling a big group of people. So the one with the glasses served the lady her coffee and continued to the next person who ordered a small tub of green tea...? I think? N I, as a customer, is still leaning on the counter, because my back hurts from packing, n my daughter is already 1/3 done. I finally ask, is anyone getting my order? Which the one who cashed me out said she thought I already had it. Uh.... Is there an invisible cone in my hand?? I thought to myself, of course...So the woman, without glasses, apologized n got my order... Which I repeated again because she didnt remember after about 4 mins after me ordering and waiting. Not her fault but it just goes to show how long I was waiting. My daughter took less than a min to grab my wallet. I was parked right in front.The moral of this story... ASK IF WE ARE ALL SET!! I work customer service ... For Apple. Should I just, figure out what they need help with, over the phone, n then put them on hold and continue to take other calls? No.I understand I wasnt prepared with an ID. Thats why I left the first woman who helped me, to go n help the big group. But cmon...This experience was UNACCEPTABLE!!! I use to love coming here & the one in the mall, but this ruined it for me. Very upset. N when you pay nearly 20$ for 2 waffle cones and 2 mini macaroons, the service needs to be better!!

Divino was one of my favorite places to go until yesterday 6-18-20. Me and my kids were ordering and noticed that there was a piece of hair mixed within the apple caramel ice cream. I told the girl at the front and she pretended she could not hear what I was saying. After I repeated the issue to her three times she said oh, I will take that out like it was no big deal at all. That was so disgusting and dissapointing. I am not sure if I will ever go back to that place.

Always good place to stop... staff is Covid Aware, Masks and all ... the patrons on the other hand are a mix of masked and unmasked.

I order from Divono Gelato alot on Grub Hub but I am no longer going to do. First, a little whole ago.. one of my orders of macarons came and was very stale and crumbly,I also ordered a shake to go a long with it but they didnt even give me a straw,really? Today,I also ordered from them and they didn’t even give me my shake this time! I called to get a refund and they refused to do so but instead one of the workers offered to deliver me one..when he did come it was packed with espresso, watered down and missing the “cookie and cream” taste. I just threw it straight in the trash! The only thing that I like from them is the rose petal and lavender macarons others than that🙄. Also, the ice cream is very subpar and it lacks flavor . Ill find a different place to go to

I just went there with my two young children and the girl at the counter locked the door and shut the lights off looking right at us 15 minutes before closing time. Unbelievable!

Stopped in here while visiting the Friday Night Music Festival and tried some of their gelato. They have many flavors to choose from and I tried the cookies and creme with peanut butter cup in a dipped cone. It was pretty good. It melts very fast in the heat so next time I am getting a cup instead of a cone. The line was extremely long but they had plenty of employees there to keep things going along at a very fast pace. For two small cups and two waffle cones with two flavors our bill came to just about $20 so it is a little more costly than I was expecting but it was a nice treat that my family enjoyed very much.

I truly enjoy the variety in gelato flavors and that it changes from time to time! Not pricey and great portion sizes. I havent personally tried the food but I havent heard anything bad about it. We always make a stop here for Friday Night Live to end the night!

Best Gelato (Ice Cream) in Waukesha. Their flavors are great and theres always people here. Even if you catch them when theres a line out the door the line will move very fast. Its very reasonably priced too. Their bathrooms are kept pretty clean even during busy times. Their staff has always been very friendly too.

Great chili! I was disappointed there was no shredded cheese or black pepper to season it to my tastes but had great flavor. I look forward to my favorite gelato which is a combo of chocolate and hazelnut.

Is it wrong that I come here without telling my kids? We all love this place for gelato... my only ding is they have reduced hours in the winter. But by the dish, cone, pint, or quart... the more the better.

This was a charming Cafe in the middle of waukesha downtown. Dropped in for a quick bite and loved it. Would definitely go again.

Their gelato and shakes are so yummy. Their food there is delicious but a bit over priced (just the pizza imho) and they finally have CBD infused Gelato Ice Cream!! They don’t have much of a selection when it comes to cbd infused gelato flavors but the ones that are cbd are still pretty dang delicious! The staff is helpful, nice and friendly. The ice gelato (ice cream) no matter — what is always sooooo yummy, fresh and tasty AND IT never disappoints! Divino Gelato Cafe is now even more one of my favorite places to stop buy to have ice cream with myself and my family. I highly recommend to those who are local and travelers and want to try some delicious Gelato ice cream and Food! You’ll have a wonderful experience I’m sure!

Gelato is delicious but prices are high and the customer service is hit or miss. Some of the people who work there are rude.

Family owned - always friendly server and delicious gelato. I love their vanilla/olive oil flavor, and their taro root flavor too.

Very large range of amazing gelato flavors. Nice staff, and a soothing aesthetic makes this a place anyone in Waukesha has been to at least once in their life.

How much air do you think they have?Why not just try the grainy chocolate and make a correction? You are the only game in town, and thats where your 2 million cups are directed. Its alright. If youre really craving Gelato this will do, but its pricey for what you get. Pretty middle of the road place that has nice people, but mediocre food.
