Although a few months have passed since my experience i felt i needed to come back and share. My father passed back at the end of May 2021 and was funeralized the next month. Long story short, i had the tedious task of putting together funeral programs (arrrghh) everything was going fine until the night before, the computer crashed from downloading so many pics, had to find another designer on the fly, and when it came to having the printing done, Ted ex Minkos couldnt guarantee an adequate turnaround (even though they were still charging the fee!) I dont know what made my wife call ARC that day, but im glad she did, i had less than 2 hours the DAY OF to get programs printed, not only did they give me an excellent price, they were willing to expedite it without an up charge. I am giving them 5 stars not because i feel they were playing to sympathy, but their service was actually A-1 considering the circumstances. I appreciate what they did for me and my family that day.
