I ordered 2 frames from them at a local vendor fair our town has each year.They said it would be about 2-4 weeks for delivery and it was 4 weeks later that I got them (so as expected).They were exactly like we had discussed and were in perfect shape. They also seem like good quality even the back stand was nice and firm and I am not worried about them sagging or falling down.My husband recently lost his father so I had a frame made for his mother and one for his father to be placed in our curio cabinet with their memorials. My husband loves them as well!!I highly recommend them and would order from them again.

Buyer beware!!!! After more emails than I care to count, and a false claim of shipping to an address in TX when my order clearly provided a CA address, the product did finally deliver. I ordered a personalized wood frame for a 5th year wedding anniversary for my daughter and son-in-law. My daughter opened it today and it was not even assembled! Extremely disappointed.

My family has been buying frames here for years; all 27 grandchildren for my grandma, and now great grandchildren. I ordered a set of two frames with the same name on October 28 and did not receive any response or tracking information, nor answers to my customer service questions. One of the frames showed up in my mail box November 19th. I then wrote in requesting my other frame and was told it would be rectified. I have not received any further information regarding the frame that I paid for I didn’t receive. Trusting my family’s decent experience with this company, we then placed an order for two additional frames for Christmas and have received zero contact about the frames. Customer service is no help- they give curt responses and don’t answer your questions. I wanted help accessing my ‘account’ to view the progress on my order. Completely ignored my question and never assisted me. So not only do I have no information about my order from October and my order from beginning of December, but I also cannot access the customer account I set up to review the details my self. I do not recommend ordering any from this company, and I’ll be looking to Etsy in the future to buy similar personalized frame products.

I have ordered 3 picture frames from this company. The first 2 were perfect but there was an error on my third frame that I received a week before my nieces wedding. I spoke with Sarah with the hope of getting a replacement frame on such short notice. She definitely went above and beyond to get another frame to me, and I was thrilled when it arrived to me perfectly done in time for the wedding. I wouldnt hesitate to order again. The frames make beautiful and unique gifts.

First, I received it after the holiday and did it incorrectly when I specifically put Jaylen is a MALE - I just now received the replacement 2/9/17 and on top of that, they sent me the same exact errors. Hello!!! MALE is not a HER or SHE . Since I cannot post this without clicking a star - I hate to give you 1 star - because it is ZERO ZILCH NADA star for me!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have ordered from them in the past and loved the frames and the prompt service. I placed an order with them on August 15 paid in full plus shipping and still have yet to receive my order. If you call, no one answers and the voicemail box is full so you can’t leave a message. I have emailed and got a couple responses but that has even stopped. If I get this order, don’t know that I will place another one which is sad because the really have great frames.

If you ever need anything ask for Kacey. She was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. I received a beautiful frame but the date on it was incorrect. Kacey was very apologetic and clearly cared very much about satisfying me, a customer. She was able to get me the correct frame to my door not three days later. The frame I received was absolutely beautiful and my mother-in-law loved it! I strongly suggest giving this company a chance.

I ordered from this company 3 times and everything was great. The last time I orderedI emailed Janet to make sure I was going to get it in time she said yes I will. It was for mysisters wedding. When I received it the Tuesday before the wedding someone made thewrong frame made the one I ordered last year. I contacted Janet and she said she willmake a new one and overnight it. It should of been to my house on Friday but I guess upsdoesnt know what overnight is and said it wouldnt be there till Monday. Janet gave me her cellNumber to contact her if I didnt get. When I texted her late Friday night she said she wouldGo to work early in the morning on Saturday to get it made and she hand delivered it tome. I think she did everything she could for me and more. I had it for the wedding and my sisterloved it. How can I give less than 5 stars.

I ALSO WISH I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY NO STARS! Customer service is horrible. First order I received no email confirmation of my purchase. I called and they said it was a computer glitch. I let it slide. I ordered another frame. This time I did receive a confirmation email, thank goodness. As it then took 2.5 months to get my frame. I called around 4 to 5 times. First to check on my order after the first month. They said I would get it on Monday. I didn’t. Then next other times I called to speak to a supervisor, I wanted a refund. She said they only can give me 15% off. Which I already get emails for. She kept pushing me around. I got my frame this week. Nothing but the frame was in a single bubble wrap envelope. I am surprised that it made it in one piece. I am very disappointed there wasn’t a letter saying sorry nor even a receipt order form. This company is horrible.

I ordered 4 name frames and 1 magnet frame 2 weeks ago. Some of the reviews made me nervous after the fact and so I reached out to the company and received a response back within 24 hrs. My frames came today. The quality is good for the price and Im glad they came so quickly.

Horrible!!! Do not order from this company. The money comes out of your account immediately and you never hear from them again. They do not answer your emails and if you call, the mailbox is full and you cannot leave a message. I have emailed 4 times and called twice after placing my order on May 1, 2020. I have Received no call or email back. I have handed this over to my bank to dispute the charge and get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I have been a customer for over 7 years and bought numerous frames. I have never been disappointed until this year. And seeing other reviews, it seems that there has been a severe deterioration in their service, responsiveness and quality. Most recently I tried to order 2 new frames, but after repeated attempts both by phone and online, I have not had any response whatsoever. I started trying to order in August, and followed up multiple times for 3 months, to no avail. I have since found another vendor who is much more reliable, responsive and has superb quality. I no longer recommend this company at all.

I had a great experience working with Heather from Gift Works Plus. I needed 3 different college frames. She sent me proofs of ones done previously. I requested changes to two of those - requested specific buildings I wanted included. She asked me for the format I wanted (portrait or landscape). Within the day shed made the changes and sent out new proofs. They looked great. But Id screwed up, and actually wanted them landscape format. No problem! She responded in good humor and sent me proofs a third time. They looked great and arrived in less than a week. They look awesome! I am very impressed with the product and the customer service.

I have 3 children and ordered personalized frames from GiftWorksPlus for the placement of a newborn photo for each child. I ordered frames for my first 2 children without any issues. I ordered and paid for the third frame and have not received it (it has been 6 months). I have reached out via phone and email to GiftWorksPlus multiple times. I was told on the phone by an employee during a phone call that this order would be completed and sent. The picture frame has still not come. I plan to make a dispute with my credit card company to receive my money back. I would have liked a frame that was similar to the personalized frames for my other children, but I will have to pursue obtaining a personalized frame through a different company.

Would give zero stars if I could. Same complaint as everyone else. This company is a bunch of CROOKS. Just read the BBB reviews. I ordered 4 personalized frames back in October and was billed for 4 but only received 2 in the mail. It is now 2 months later and after over a dozen phone calls and messages left I have yet to connect with this company to fix the problem. All you get is an answering machine. I would NEVER do business with this place again. Buyer beware.

My frame came within two weeks and the personalization is perfect. One of the frames I bought years ago had a mistake and it was replaced quickly and correctly without trouble.

This business is the worst!!! Do not purchase anything from them! I purchased a frame at an art in the park in June 2019. Still have yet to receive anything and it’s October! I’ve emailed and called so many times and they could care less. They don’t reply to anything. I’ve asked for my money back soMany times and they just ignore me! I do not know how they get away with it. They just steal your money and away they go. Can’t believe an art in the park would allow them there. 0 stars

Unfortunately I ordered a picture frame from this company without reading the reviews. I placed my order over a month ago and still have received nothing. I contacted them 10 days after placing my order to see where it was. When you order you’re told you will get a confirmation when shipped, I never received one. I got an email back stating it would take up to 3 weeks to receive. After 3 weeks I emailed them asking where my package was and they didn’t respond. So I called them, I was told my order had been “overlooked”. well, they didn’t over look my money because they made sure that withdrew from my account...... so they said it would be here NO LATER than last Wednesday. Tomorrow is a week from last Wednesday. I still have not received any comfirmation that my order has been made, shipped, nothing. Whatever you do, don’t make the same mistake I did. This place is a scam, they take your money and you never receive anything in return. I had to learn this the hard way.

I have the same issues as the other complaints. I placed an order at the State Fair. When I finally received my frame there were a couple random names engraved in the frame. I emailed the company right away with pictures and on 9/15/19 was told by Janet Lombard that I would receive a replacement. It is now December, I still have no replacement. Ive tried calling and emailing with no response. So now I have no replacement or refund. This is ridiculous! BBB has received many complaints about them as well. They dont seem to care.

Very poor management, this place treats employees like S#&* for low pay and they can never get their products out on time. Be very careful ordering from this place the office team also complains when people call and wonder where there order they placed 6 months ago is. They feel put upon when people call about broken or items never received and take it out on which ever staff member they feel like. The owner has favorites and it is most definitely noticeable. DO NOT WORK HERE AND DO NOT ORDER.

I ordered from this company on June 8th 2019 at a craft fair in Sun Prairie, WI. Paid in advance for the items I ordered ($88). It is now November 5th and I have yet to receive the product. Called the company and got transferred to the shipping manager who was not answering the phone. Got a recording and left a message. Did not receive a response. I am concerned that it is Christmas next month and a couple of the items I ordered would make good Christmas gifts, but I may not have the order by then. Without a response, I am not sure I will ever receive the order. Based on this kind of service, I hope they stay in business long enough for me to even get my order. I would give them a no star rating but the system wont let me. If you see the company selling at a booth at a local craft fair, walk by quickly or only buy stock they have on display - dont order anything, you may never see it!

I saw their wooden frames while at a festival in Minnesota. I knew it would be the perfect gift for my sister, who was recently married. I bought a gorgeous frame, which they personalized and shipped to me. And I received it within 3 weeks of the festival! My sister loved it and I couldnt be happier with their service.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Look at their BBB rating (F!) Look at their Yelp Rating, doesnt get any lower. Google rating 2.1, - I ordered 3 frames before Christmas, with customer insets with my kids names. They arrived (after a long wait) and the frames were all dented and dinged. They had arrived in a very thin envelope. I reached out to them, and then again, and again and finally received a response. They said they would redo them. 2 weeks later, I get the inserts again. The part that was NOT damaged and I had clearly advised them was NOT damaged. After some more back and forth, the date came that I needed to give these as a gift to my mother, so I went out and bought new frames and used the inserts. After more emails, and no response, I disputed the charges with my credit card company. Unfortunately they provided the proof of delivery for the INSERTS (WHICH I DID NOT NEED) and said the issue was resolved. Total liars, total fraud, and VERY VERY poor business.

Do not do business with this company. It took 6 weeks to receive my product. I that 6 weeks I had to call and email a combined 8 times. Never ONCE a call or response back! I was told the turn around was 2-3 weeks. Bring your business else where, they have a 1 star rating for a reason, read the reviews... it happens to every one of us.

I have ordered 3 frames for three different colleges at 3 different times. They were received in a very timely fashion, well wrapped and the frames are beautiful. Very happy with the representative who sold me the frames at our local craft shows. He was very friendly and helpful. Became extremely upset when there was a glitch with the credit card reader and chased me all over the show to correct the issue. I couldnt ask for a better transaction or product.

Ive purchased 3 different times from this company from craft shows with the promise that theyll have my order to me in the next week or two. Every single time resulted in me having to contact the company weeks later asking where my product is. I love their products but their customer service is horrible! I will never purchase from them again unless I can get it same day from the craft show. Otherwise all they offer is empty promises of when youll get your product.

I ordered a frame back in September...I have called 4 times, left 2 voice mails and have written an email with no response back to any of those. I too was told 4-6 weeks and its now December. I ordered my frame with i went to the Big E fair. Its for my wedding in July, if I dont receive my frame by then, then I will be going to the fair in September again and I will stand right outside of the vendors spot and every time someone approaches I will inform then NOT TO BUY ANYTHING from this company as they are a scam!

On september 10th I called because I still hadnt received a frame, I had paid for it at the milwaukee state Fair, and the person who answered the phone told me it was special order and it would be in the mail any day now. Well today is November 16th 2019 and I still dont have the frame, of course I call because its a weekend and theres no answer and their mailbox is full so I cant leave a message. If you need something fast dont order here, awful service.

I emailed and left numerous phone messages and only had one email response confirming that my order was received. Some gift shops may carry desired name and customer likely would be satisfied but I would not purchase from the website. I feel like they just blew off my third order after taking my money. We ordered a wedding frame for our daughter when they had a booth at state fair this year 2017. The sales lady was wonderful, told us everything we wanted to hear- she said the frame will be ready in 7-10 days. We said perfect the wedding was in a week. We called 2 weeks after state fair ended asking for our frame, they said another 3 weeks before they would even get to the fair orders. So we complained and they moved the order up in the stack. We then received the frame a week later and it wasnt even the frame I pointed out to the sales person on the wall at the fair. SO disappointed !

I ordered 2 custom frames from this company at my state fair mid September. I paid in full on my credit card and was told I would get my order by the end of October. It is not November 11th and I have yet to receive my items. I have called their corporate offices with no response and left 3 messages on the cell phone of the woman I personally ordered with and have received no call back. Im not sure if this company is a scam but they might have the potential for a huge lawsuit based on the amount of reviews saying they paid and received no order.

I wish this could be negative stars !!!! I placed a large order on March 4,2018 at a Multi vendor event. I was promised delivery in 2 weeks. I noticed the paperwork said 3-6 weeks. I started calling at the 6 week mark. No answer or no return calls. I emailed The ‘host’ of the event & someone started following up on my complaint. I received an email from the company the same day. I requested that my order be delivered by yesterday as I needed several items this week. No order. I emailed the company last night & was not sent a reply nor did I receive any phone calls. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I ordered frames from them at the Sun Prairie Corn Fest in August and the gal, Sally, said it would take two weeks to get the order. Two weeks went by and havent seen it in the mail. Emailed them to check on the status and no response back. I waited a week, called and talked to Wendy and she said they do not have my order and she can retake my order. I told her I do not remember the lay out of it as I placed multiple orders and Sally drew it all out with all the names I wanted on them. She said she will call Sally and get back to me. Wendy never called me back that day, so I called her back in the afternoon and she said she just got off the phone with Sally and she does not have our order. I told her I would like my money refunded. She said she will process my refund right away and we should see the credit back in 2 business days. It has been another week and still no refund. I called today and was told that it will be done today. I asked why it wasnt done last week and the gals rude response was short staff. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!

I to wish i could give no stars. I purchased 2 frames for my grandchildren at the flea market but they did not have a name i needed for 3rd. I was told i could order it online but had to prepay which i did. This was back in March. I hhave not gotten it yet after several calls to them including 1 from the lady at the flea market where i paid for it. Was promised it would be here in 10 days. Been at least 21. Still no frame. Ordered frame at State Fair 8/10/15 still no frame as of 9/25/2015. Left voicemails, no return phone calls. Spoke to customer service rep today, said they had no record of my order. Would put rush on frame. Only way I will be refunded if I produce hand written receipt, even though credit card bill states Gift Works Plus $25. Would not recommend ordering from this business.

I ordered an ornament when they were at Wisconsin State Fair on 8/6/17. Still havent received my ornament. I have left several messages and emails with no responses. I would never recommend ordering from them, as they clearly rip you off. And from reading the reviews I am not the only one. I can only hope that they dont get a spot at the fair again so that others dont have to go through the same. Horrible company with even worse customer service.

I ordered a frame for me friend in Dallas, well it came late to my house in Austin. They were supposedly going to send me a call tag to pay for the shipping, when in fact they should have refunded me, the gal on the phone didnt know how to refund or do a call tag, so said I would receive it the next day by end of business, it was already late. I just went ahead and mailed and paid for it myself, not waiting on them again. horrible customer service, I will not order from this place again.

I am on the 4th revision of my order. They just cant seem to get it right. Ive sent pictures and emails of what order & where on the frame the 8 names should be and they cant get it right - whether it be which spots the names should go in or even whether it is to be landscape or portrait. I dont know how you can be in the business of making frames if you dont even know the difference between those two words. Also, how can a person not know the difference between top row, middle row, and bottom row?

Terrible customer service. I ordered a frame at a county fair and was told they would email me a proof within the next week. After three weeks, I called and the lady was very rude to me saying that on the order slip it says it could take 3-6 weeks. It says 3-6 weeks for delivery, not just to get a proof! It has now been 7 weeks and I have yet to get a proof or my frame. I have called multiple times and left voicemails, and have not gotten any response. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered from Octoberfest Craft Show in Appleton, WI. They were sold out of both of the ones I wanted, so I placed an order and was told 2-3 weeks. On week 2 they showed up at my doorstep! They were wrapped carefully in bubblewrap and I couldnt have been happier with the turn out. I love these frames and it took me awhile to track them down again when I originally saw them at this craft show in 2014. Was happy they came back in 2016!! I cant complain and they are helping me with Christmas gifts this year!

If I could give this place a negative rating I would.This was actually a super cute idea, I saw it at a festival and ordered one for my son. The problem is that I got a letter and a name that was not correct. I was on a hold for a total of 10 minutes, talked to the same person three times who could care less that there was an issue, and followed up with this ain the sales girl handwriting. As a side note I know how to spell my own childs name correctly, so please dont tell me that Im the one who provided it wrong.Super disappointed this was wrong, and absolutely infuriated that their customer service is such garbage, especially on something that I had to wait well over two weeks for, which was the time frame I was given when I placed the order.I would NEVER recommend this to anyone, I would say that if you see them at any fair to avoid at all costs-in my case my cost is $15 straight in the garbage, literally as Im not keeping something that doesnt have the correct name on it-and was never offered by the person on the phone a way to get it corrected-if that was even an option.

I ordered a frame on August 1st at the Wisconsin State Fair. I saw their booth and I thought it would be a good gift idea for my boyfriend for our anniversary at the end of October. Well our anniversary is in two days and I still do not have the frame. When I ordered it they said it would take 2-3 weeks. I waited slightly longer than that to call and see if it had been sent out. They said they were backed up from the fair orders so things were moving slower but that I should have it in a week. At that point I understood and was not upset. I waited another week or so before calling again. At that point they told me it was delivered. They checked the address and it had the wrong shipping label put on it so it ended up in Ohio instead of Illinois! They said well remake it and have it rushed to you at the beginning of next week. Well I called several times that next week and each time I was told it would be sent out in the next day or two. All lies. I called back another week or so later and this time they told me that its custom made so it takes time. Well when you mess something up as badly as sending it to the wrong person, you need to correct that mistake as quickly as possible and not take another month to do it. I filed a complaint with the BBB a month ago and all of the responses Ive gotten from Gift Works are pointless. My most recent one was today (almost 3 months after original order and over a month since I found out that they sent it to the wrong person) and they said that theyre working as quickly as they can during their busiest time of the year. I ORDERED IN AUGUST! There are no holidays!! They had to remake it starting in SEPTEMBER. Again, no holidays. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Ive worked in customer service for a few years now and this is not how you treat people.

My experience with this company is the worst Ive ever had. I ordered and paid for a custom frame on October 16th, 2016 and I have in writing that I would receive my order, at my house, between three and six weeks from the show date. It has been almost eleven weeks now and still, the frame hasnt arrived. I have called the business over 20 times now and no one ever picks up the phone or returns my calls, even when I leave a message containing my phone number. Half of the time when I call, it will not allow me to leave a message and the call is disconnected. I actually managed to talk to a person one time after numerous calls and the woman told me that I would receive my order before Christmas, even though it was after the three to six weeks that it states on my customer copy of the order form. I would rate this business less than one star, but Google requires me to put at least one. I would definitely not recommend this business to anyone. I want to share this so that no one else gets scammed like I have been.

Short story: If you order something from this company expect to have issues. Remember that if you use a credit card you can dispute your transaction with the credit card company. They do not respond to calls, emails,or any form of contact via social media.

I ordered two frames at the Wisconsin State Fair Park on August 11th. It is now September 22nd and Im still waiting for the frames. When I contacted this company the first time (maybe two weeks ago) and spoke with someone as to where the frames were, they couldnt find my order and wanted to take another order on the phone. She said she would look again and then call me back. I never received a call back. A week later I called again and had to leave a message. No one called back. A few days later AGAIN I called and left my name and number and AGAIN, no call back. I finally reached someone on the phone today and they dont know where my order is in production. I was told it may take a few more weeks. Well, the time has gone by and I did not have the frames for the two birthdays that were very important to me. Two different birthdays, no gift. I said to my good friends, Well it should be here any day now. So I sit here again today without any idea as to where the frames are or when I will get them. DONT order from this company if you want a frame on time, or order it at least 3 to 6 months in advance. I would never have ordered from this company had I known what a hassle it would be to get my two frames.

WOW!!! I thought I was the only one with a problem. I ordered from this company on 9/13/14 at the L.A. county fair. Since my daughter and I are avid baseball fans and go to many games I ordered a frame to give her for her birthday in November 2014. I was told they were out of stock and I would get my order two weeks after the fair ended. Well we are into 2015 and I have yet to see the frame I ordered. I think someone should report these people to the BBB. In fact I think Ill do just that. They keep your money but dont deliver.

Too bad I didnt read the reviews before the craft show! I was also told 2-3 weeks on Nov 13, 2015 at the craft show in Shakopee, MN. Told them they were Christmas gifts and was assured I would have the 4 frames in plenty of time for Christmas. E-mailed last week - no reply. Called and left a message - no reply. Today, sat on hold for customer service and was told No, its more like 4-5 weeks and its on the post - WTH does that mean?? No apology and was told they couldnt even estimate when I might get them!

This experience has been rough. I placed an order on October 20 2013 and 6 weeks later have still not gotten my frame. I sent an email asking on the status, but never got a reply. I have tried calling, but no one is in the office, and the site is down to send another email. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!! I just HOPE that I eventually get the frame, even if it is after Christmas.

I placed on order on March 23,2015 and received on March 28, 2015. I had also placed an order around Dec 16, 2014 and received it within 12 days. I placed the orders months ahead of when the items were needed due to the bad reviews. I had no problems at all and would order again.

So I ordered a frame at the Del Mar fair at the beginning of June. (I shouldve looked up the company, but at the fair you dont wanna stand and check reviews) anyways, its been over a month since Ive ordered and havent gotten anything. Ive called and called, left messages and emails to which no one returned. Went through all the prompts to get thru to a live person. When I finally did, her name was Bethany. (Now I know why she isnt on the customer service line) she was rude and ignorant. I asked what was going on with my frame and she said it was in production. I asked how long that takes and she said usually around 3 weeks. At the fair I was told my frame would be completed and arrive within 3 weeks. I asked if there was some kind of rush we could put on it since its supposed to be a gift and I was traveling with it so needed it shipped to me before my flight. Bethany had no solution for this other than cancelling my order. Well how about I just go ahead and cancel the order for you? If its in production, why would you be so willing to cancel it? Then youre company is stuck with a frame with name and dates you cant do anything with. Apparently changing the shipping address wasnt an option but Im not even sure Id trust it if I did. That would probably cause it to take another 3 weeks. When I brought up their Google reviews she just laughed. I let her know I was going to leave this review and she said oh ok, thats nice, go ahead. All I know is this frame better be perfect. I wont be ordering from this company ever again. You guys should really train your employees on good customer service. Seems like you have a bunch of teenage kids in there who dont give a crap about your business or reputation. Short version:If you have to have something shipped to you. Chances are it will be wrong. If you receive the wrong item they will ignore any emails stating that theres a problem.Full review:My wife ordered a couple of custom picture frames from this company while at craft show in Des Moines. One frame arrived as she ordered. The second was oriented wrong and was only a magnet type of frame.The wife attempted to contact the company via phone and email. She received one email back from someone named Mary and never heard anything for about a week. My wife then asked me to contact the company.I contacted the company via their web page and first wanted to find out if this was the company that was indeed at the craft show during the time the wife ordered the picture frames. I did receive a reply that they were. I sent out an email explaining the problem along with a picture of the frame and a scan of the invoice. According to the invoice the frame should have been vertical instead of horizontal. After several days Ive not had a reply.I would have to chalk this up to horrible customer service so far. While I hate to do so, it seem that our only recourse at this point is to contact the bank to charge back the purchase.Ill also need to contact the planners of the event to let them know the issues that we had. While the Des Moines craft show is a wonderful place for independent / small businesses to show their wares. it can be ruined if it has a reputation of companies taking the money and running. I will ask that they not be allowed to participate in future events. I urge others that have had similar experiences to do the same.

Great products, but customer service is not great. Ordered products first week of September for a gift needed by Oct 15, that was more than 6 weeks away. Finally received it Nov 8th. A little late for a wedding gift. Called and emailed several times, some responses were okay, one email was rude and just said they were busy. Great Product have bought several in the past. Very disapointed this time. :-(

If I could give this place no stars--that would be my choice. I placed an order on September 12, 2015. I was told the item would be shipped to my home in about 4 weeks. That date has come and gone. I inquired by email with no response. Ive left three telephone messages with no response. Im going to contact my credit card company and just get a refund. I feel sorry for all the people who paid cash in advance for their order. It appears this company has no intention of fulfilling all of these orders.

I ordered two custom fridge magnets at a craft fair in Fargo ND, July 2014. The woman told me that they no longer bring them with because thats what everyone wants so you have to order instead. Seems like weird logic to me. I ordered Logan and Taylor. The end of September 2014 I finally received Logan. I emailed inquirying as to when I could expect receive Taylor. I have yet to get a response. I have now left a voicemail for Bethany. I guess I will wait to see if anyone calls me back.....by the looks of the other reviews I am probably out of luck.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered! I ordered a custom frame for my boyfriends birthday coming up this month. I placed the order online and I made sure that there would be enough time for it to get here. It said I would get a conformation email within a day and if not that I should call. Ive called several times on three different days and have sent two emails just wanting to know whats going on with my order. Most places will tell you how the processing and shipment of your order is doing. I have not heard anything from the company but it is on the credit card...Not impressed. I wish I would have ordered from a different site.

I ordered a frame at the beginning of the 2016 National Western Stock Show in Denver this past January. I was assured the frame would be on my doorstep by February 5th, as it was to be given as a gift to my best friend on the 6th. I called today (the 5th), and was told the frame has been finished, but they dont know where it is, if its shipped, or what the tracking information will be. I was transferred to the manager after I spoke with a customer service rep, and the manager didnt even bother to answer the phone. I truly dislike this company. I will NEVER use them again.

I purchased a frame at the beginning of September at the Frankfort, IL Fall Festival. It arrived in about 3 weeks which was exactly what I was told. I attended school at Saint Louis University but for some reason, the lady told me the frame was required to say St. Louis University. Im not sure why the school would say this as everything at the school/on the website/etc spells out Saint. I was hoping that the frame would have a Billiken on it since everyone associates SLU with the Billikens but he was nowhere to be found. :-( Although I would have made the frame a little differently, and chosen different pictures for it, the work is beautifully done.

This company has been a nightmare. I ordered some letters for my grandkids at a craft show over 2 months ago. I can’t ever reach them. I have left messages and they never return their calls! They should be banned from craft fairs and if I ever see them at one again I will stand there and let people know how careless and unethical they are!

Terrible service. I order from them August 30th at the Santa Cali Gon Days Fest in Independence MO. They lady took my information and said it will take at least 2 weeks. I still have not got nothing from them. I have called them every day the past two weeks, no one picks up. I have left messages and no one answers back. I have email them too and no one response back. I went to Better Business Bureau and saw that this company is on their list as not trust worthy. PLEASE PPL DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ONLINE OR IF YOU SEE THEM AT ANY FEST THAT COMES TO YOUR TOWN!!!

My mother in law placed an order at the OC Fair to have frames for the grand kids names. That was back on August 7th 2014. They told us it will take a month the most, well it is now 2 Months later and they stated its because of the Holiday orders ours are back up. WHY?! I ordered back in August... what Holidays? Worse people .. The first order was done back in Feb which was not as bad still bad ;however, this has been the worse. I will NEVER order from them again!Shame they have great products, but they have horrible customer care.
