I previously, erroneously reviewed this location as having not stocked some pretty basic components for flagship vape models like the RPM 160. Turns out they DID have them, just some misinformed staff. Just stopped in today and wow, do they have a great selection. And the guy there knows a LOT about the business/making recommendations for products. Plus, they have a rewards program for customers. 5 stars!!

From the person who worked with me at the counter to the manager of the store, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable about the products and informative. It really is like being a member of a family whenever I go there. And there are must-have products at this store that you can only find there. I love it.

Just bought an RPM 4. Dude was super chill and actually talkative. He even took a suggestion on liquid which other vape shops don’t do! Very surprised by how clean and organized the store was. Hoping to see the Friday night guy again soon

I was very impressed with the knowledge of the person working behind the counter Her Name Escapes me at the moment however I was there this last Saturday. I had been going to another vape shop. But this one tops that one buy a lot as far as selection of Vapes and vape juice. But definitely recommend

Best vape shop! And recently there have been new staff who seem to be very pleasant. Daemon has went above and beyond to be as helpful and knowledgeable as needed. I’ve been coming here for 4.5 years and only once have I encountered a not as nice individual. I’m very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of staff.

Ive been a regular customer for years, and the Infinite staff have always answered my questions and helped me figure things out. Dakota and Lucas do a great job at making sure what I need is well stocked. I appreciate their friendliness and commitment to service. While I could easily order my stuff online, I enjoy being able to stop at the store, get what I need immediately, and have a conversation with these guys.

Planned obsolescence? You buy a vape kit and and then cant buy coils anymore rendering it useless? So you have to repeatedly replace perfectly good vape pens. 3 times in 2 years this happened.

I was driving through for the holiday weekend and stopped for CBD gummies (forgot mine at home and use CBD every day). The guys there were so great. They told me so much about CBD and the different ways to take it. I had no idea!Matt is great at his job and kept me laughing.

They have things in stock unlike the place I actually bought my vape at that never has the accessories for it. The gentleman was very helpful, prices are great, they have a point system and perks. Clean organized store.

Guy on the phone was beyond rude and not helpful at all. Gave me very short answers and was just trying to get off the phone.

The place has a clean and laid back kinda vibe. I go here all the time to get CBD flower becuase the flower they have (my faves is the lifter) is some of the best flower i have found for CBD. The flower is very feesh and within a good price range and the employees are very helpful in helping find what is best for you.

I loved the service the owner helped me find a vape to transition from cigarettes and helped me out finding the best products and helped with all me needs

Love the Delta 8 vapes

My first experience here wasnt the greatest. I somewhat recently moved here and have been struggling to find a reliable shop. My main concern with juice is finding a line/flavor that isnt so loaded with sweetener or problematic flavourings that my coil is turned into blackened gunk in short order.I asked the guy working the counter for some recommendations based on that. I was immediately pointed to a specific fruit flavor which I purchased.Fresh coil, fresh cotton, and fresh liquid. This was less than 48 hours ago, day one the cotton darkened dramatically which was surprising given the juice is totally clear. Day two and the cotton is entirely black with an impressive layer of gunk on my coil.Its extremely disappointing, I asked if he knew which juices had sweetener added, no go. I get that that sort of info might not be shared or even asked about when picking the line up, which is why I asked for personal recs.I wont be returning.

Just got back into the country and noticed that west Allis closed! :( stopped by Waukesha and was lucky enough to have it be on Dakota’s shift! He actually remembered exactly what I got and for the reason I was gone. I love the type of employees that remember/ talk about more than just the product t with customers.

Extra-eemly friendly staff, theyre true vape gurus. Also a great selection of juice. Im really into mint, and they are the only place Ive found which carries HellsVapors Frostbite. Would highly recommend trying that juice if you like mint. Theres no other like it.

They always have a amazing amount of choices when it comes to juice and they also have a great selection of CBD products as well. I LOVED thsi place! Very friendly, however, when 2 vapes of the same, got the same one after the 1st one died after 1.5 weeks. then the 2nd one went and they wouldnt exchange or just give money backk so i can get one that will last more than 5 days. ive been a good customer and feel that they were rude and inconsiderate in helping me get a quality vape. So far I spent over 175.00 on vapes in 1 month. very dissappointed

Great juice selection but lacking on other inventory...inventory seems to be getting smaller and smaller. Prices are still on the high end as well. However, I always get great service when I come to this location. The store is always clean and the layout is nice as well. Still will be an occasional puchase need store but not my always choice.

Id give 5 stars but the fact that you have to show a Id every time you go in is very inconvenient. Iv been to other stores around Wisconsin and this is the only store doing this.at 60 years old I couldnt buy anything because I forgot my Id I was with someone who had one the clerk wouldnt sell to him because he said he knew it was for me.

The guy who helped us out was pretty good. When we first came into the store he was very rude about asking for our ids. I understood because its the law I just wished they would of asked polite. I been to plenty of vapor shops from the east coast and southwest and out of most of them they know what they are doing . They are very helpful in getting the tastes and products you need l. I went in there a few days ago got some extra glass for my kangertech because you never know. Got some more juice and coils very pleased.

Being new to vaping, i expressed this along with my goal while having an idea of what type of apparatus i wanted based on conversations with experienced cloud blowers. i ended up making a purchase of my first rig, along with a couple of different juice flavors i am hoping will fill my need. the person working didnt seem to have much more than just basic information from questions i was asking. i should have stuck with my gut and went elsewhere.

They are constantly out of the juice I like. Been going here for 2 years and after I walked in today they were out of 2 different types of juice and didnt have any coils. The guy working was sitting on the couch and seemed annoyed he had to get up and deal with customers.

The worker acted as if he was annoyed by our visit, he charged us a dollar each to try a juice out of a coil that tasted like the actual Underground Railroad. He mildly suggested juices as if he were trying to sell cardboard to cardboard manufacturers. 1 Star.
