I can’t say enough positive things about Elite Hearing! MITCHELL COLE is one of the most outstanding, compassionate, caring, PATIENT, and ethical individuals I have ever encountered, ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE WHO ARE DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING‼️And his receptionist Kari is extremely polite and patient. I basically came to him IN TEARS because the hearing aids I had, which were relatively new, and looked like they were designed for “The Incredible Hulk,” They were big, clumsy, echoed terribly, were so loud they HURT my ears! THEY WERE USELESS‼️I had been back to my former “so-called” Audiologist on National Ave. several times, but she refused to listen to me, was extremely rude, and NEVER fixed the problem. I was desperate. My daughter then found Elite Hearing and I couldn’t be more satisfied‼️‼️‼️Mitchell tested my ears MORE THAN ANY Audiologist ever had, and found the perfect type of hearing aids for my “Profound Hearing Loss,” w the proper weight and style for a VERY reasonable price and insisted I come back once a week to make sure they were fine tuned. I CAN HEAR NOW AND ITS WONDERFUL! He also showed me the proper app so I CAN ACTUALLY HEAR ON THE PHONE! INCREDIBLE ‼️If you are frustrated, depressed and feel hopeless, re your hearing, THIS IS YOUR LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL‼️

Extremely pleasant, very competent staff. Mitch was considerably more thorough, knowledgeable and informed than the other hearing aid company I had previously worked with. Recommended a product that was a much better option than what I had previously, giving me reasons and options for the choice. Very easy to work with, talk to and get straight answers from. I was very reluctant to get my hearing checked and did not want to get hearing aids and did not think I could afford them. The personnel at this office were very professional and the testing that they did showed me clearly that I did need hearing help. They worked with me to find a solution that I could afford and the hearing aids came in in about 6 days. The fitting was easy and they taught me how to insert and use the devices. I came back for 3 weeks for gradual adjustments and adapted very well. They were very nice about scheduling and accomodated my vacation schedule with a special appointment. It is now about 6 weeks and I wear the hearing aids every day with excellent effect. I can recommend this center to anyone and I would recommend that if you have any hearing issues you should check them out.

Before selecting Elite Hearing Company, I visited two highly regarded Hearing Aid Companies in the area and really did not feel comfortable and were not very thorough in explaining my hearing results and recommendations.My neighbor recommended Elite. I made an appointment and they requested my Spouse to also attend, which was a first and a good idea. Andrea and Kim were very thorough – going over my hearing test results on the computer and demonstrating what normal hearing sounds like and what I am actually hearing. They spent a lot of time with my wife and I explaining my options for hearing aids. They also had samples to see. ELITE HEARING. I GIVE THEM THE HIGHEST PRAISE POSSIBLE.I am changing my previous review. I was contacted by the Regional manager in Feb. Of 2021. He read my remarks from my 1st and only visit.He offered me a full workup for free. I had a wonderful experience. Michele was soo nice and professional.We even spent time chatting which was great.Im saying if you want to be treated well, have people who will care ❤ about you., MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TODAY.I AM ON CLOUD 9.The Regional manager was to meet with me, but had to go to and fill in at another location as the audiologist had taken ill.I am expecting to hear from him when he returns.

I needed a hearing test and hearing aid reprogramming and found Connect Hearing in Waukesha Google Maps. After calling I was able to make an appointment same day. Everything about the experience was professional and caring. The hearing test was equivalent to what Ive had at a hospital audiology clinic, and the hearing aid reprogramming was completed quickly and effectively. These are my first hearing aids and I had lots of questions, they took the time to answer everything. I would highly recommend this Connect Hearing location.

Just got my third set of hearing aids last month from Elite Hearing Center in Waukesha last month. Been wearing hearing aids for over 10 years and this was my best experience EVER. My wife was so glad to be included in the experience and we both walked out very happy. Dr. Kimberly and the staff did an amazing job. I would confidently recommend Elite of Waukesha to anyone.

The customer service here is top notch from the minute you walk in! Kimberly takes the time to explain the hows and whys and always does the extra for her patients. Both Dr Kimberly Beres and Andrea make sure you leave with a great experience from their clinic.
