We love our hot tub. I can’t recommend Kyle Sweet and Swimming Pool Services more highly. We decided to start hot tub shopping in October of 2021 (during all the supply and labor issues) and were told by most places we would be waiting till *at least* spring of 2022. Swimming Pool Services said they could have us in our hot tub in a week, and they totally delivered, pad and all!

Online booking was simple and Jenny called to confirm the date and approximate time of arrival for service. Joshua and Thomas were professional and knowledgeable. We have been using Swimming Pool Services for the last two seasons. They have a wonderful system for managing open/closing. The water analysis services in store are top notch. The pricing is competitive. They come when scheduled -- rain or shine and the work they do is just great. From our first time in the store we were impressed with how friendly Jarod was and the time he took to educate us on hot tubs. In short, my experience was incredible from beginning to end. We were looking to have our hot tub replaced before Labor Weekend (just over 2 weeks away), as our old one broke suddenly. Not only did Kyle respond quickly to my requests for pricing/options, we were able find the exact hot tub we wanted and in stock (which during COVID is insane) AND have it delivered and set-up before Labor Day for all our family and friends to enjoy! Purchased a hot tub spa (Geneva model) in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic of 2020. I was aware the tub would understandably take longer to construct and ship, but my family was absolutely thrilled when we heard the tub would arrive AHEAD of schedule. Delivery was easily coordinated and installation/setup went smoothly. Now were already enjoying the late evening soaks almost daily. I would like to do a shout out to Kyle at Swimming Pool Services. I live in Kenosha and have had a chemical problem in my in ground pool for over a month. During the month or so I dealt with two large pool companies here in Kenosha who between the two had me spend hundreds of dollars on chemicals and nothing was working. I made a call to swimming pool services and spoke with Kyle who listened and then directed me on exactly what to do....which by the way only cost me 45.oo dollars....and to my surprise it worked. It was a simple solution which I find hard to believe that neither pool company here in Kenosha could figure out...are they inept or simply trying to make money?? Kyles great....I suggest anyone having chemical problems give him a call before you spend unnecessary $$$$ like I did. Great job Kyle👍👍

I replaced my Caldera Spa after 20 years with an updated new Caldera Spa. I have been doing business with Swimming Pool Services for over 20 years. I highly recommend this business. Last summer our pool started leaking. I had multiple places come out & they never found a leak. We closed the pool & I was in contact with Mike during the winter. He promised to help me try to find a solution for my problem. Mike & Justin went above & beyond to get my pool up & running. My pool is open & they fixed my leak along with some other minor problems. I can’t say enough about these two they were always in communication with me & found/fixed my leak when no one else could.

Bought my hot tub in fall had a small issue with some jet covers coming off company was ready for immediate action but I wanted to wait until spring due to colder weather coming they agreed I did not have to remind them at all as soon as spring came they touch base with me set up a time took care of the problem immediately and also rotated my hot tub cover to open in the other direction for me for free will always recommend them great customer service which is a big deal to me its its becoming harder to come by but not with this company👍

Every part of the process of working with SPS is professional, efficient and well done. We used them for the construction of an indoor pool and every step they were on top of it and ready to figure out what needed to be done.Early on they helped us establish a budget based on what we thought we wanted and they helped guide us through the choices available. Then, in the design phase they worked closely with our builder on not only the design of the pool, equipment, and surrounding room but also how to sequence the scheduling and build process.Close to the final move in date the remaining steps were completed with the pool and it was filled. We had a busy period where it was difficult for us to make it to the pool and so we also used their excellent weekly maintence service to keep the pool clean and ready to use - so that it was always ready for us to enjoy without having to worry about anything.You can judge how well a team works not only by how they operate when things are smooth, but also when things dont go as expected. We had an issue during construction that was identified and fixed as soon as possible by the installation crew with only a small delay. Later on after the pool was first started, we had an issue that was difficult to diagnose. It took quite some time to resolve, but I never felt that it was being ignored or that it wasnt important. The Repair Service team always kept us informed of what the next step was, how they were going to figure out and that they were sure it would get resolved. Of course the team figured it out made the repair and now its great.The pool is perfect - better than we expected.

I built my pool with SPS in 2008, and it has held up well. The design is always complimented. When things eventually wear out, or accidents happen, they are always there for any emergency.The pool cover does give us peace of mind with many small kids in the neighborhood, but it does break occasionally, rendering the pool useless. They have always responded quickly to that as well, within 24 hours.Special thanks during my recent emergency goes to Jarod. My salt water chlorine generator wasnt working, and chlorine was in short supply and expensive a few weeks ago. They had me text pics and diagnosed it correctly, and I fixed the problem myself for nothing.I do my own pool chemicals for the most part, but I learned much from them. When things go badly, I bring in a sample that they test for free.I also own a spa from them. I highly recommend them for quality spas, and setup and maintenance. After 12 years, a motor quit and they replaced it at the same time as my closing, saving me a trip fee. They also had the slab poured and electric hooked up for a reasonable fee and these have had zero problems.

SPS built our pool several years ago. They work closely with the owner to make everything perfect-- other companies not so much. They have been serving my pool ever since. Not the cheapest in town, but worth the extra money.

Tried calling and setting up an appointment and upon asking questions about the services I was interested in, was cut-off and ridiculed by the receptionist over the phone. Did I use them, nope, and I hope others dont either. Bad day or not there is no need for her amount of disregard over my questions.

We recently had Swimming Pool Service build a new inground pool as well as landscape (and sod) our entire yard at our new home. Throughout the entire process of building our new home, this was easily the best experience. The owner, Dave, made us feel like family and had outstanding communication throughout the entire process (including even now that it is completed). The landscape project manager, Neil, was exemplary. The entire team of workers was very professional and hard-working. They have transformed our once vacant lot into a little slice of paradise. Horrendous costumer service. Rather than admitting making a mistake, they became accusatory and quickly cut ties after being a customer for several decades. After trying to go through the right channels to resolve this issue, there was still no apologies made and no adequate resolution. I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s customer service and communication skills or lack thereof. Would recommend looking elsewhere for your pool needs if you want to be treated with respect.

All I can say is what a great team starting with the guys in the showroom to the service department!! My filter broke in the night and drained more than half the water by morning. This is our second hot tub from Swimming Pool Services, first in 1999 and this year 2018. Both transactions were positive all the way through from purchase to delivery and follow up. Drew Klink helped us determine the best spa for us -- right size and number of jets. Drew came with the delivery team and give us lessons on running the spa. We are enjoying our hot tub -- everyone over 40 should have one -- relaxing, great stress reliever -- also fun time to spend with spouse or family. We reached out to Swimming Pool Services and are beyond happy with the customer service we received from the employees there! They were very helpful in answering our many questions, providing us with the proper chemicals to use and taking the time to show us how to use them, and giving us all the information needed to take care of the hot tub in the future (including writing down essential tasks to remember to do and when to do them). This place has always come through for me. It is the one stop shop for everything pool or hot tub related. Once due to incompetence by my former pool guy my pool was forest green when I arrived at my lake home the night before I was hosting a big pool party. I called these folks in a tizzy, brought them a sample of the water and they sold me a whole bunch of various chemicals and swore if I put it all in as directed that night by the next day when my guests arrived the green would be TOTALLY GONE. I was skeptical to say the least, but guess what? THEY WERE RIGHT! Not a bit of green in the water or on the edges by the next day. Amazing!

We bought a spa from a different company. We were told it was maintenance free. After a few weeks and the water turning slimy, I found swimming pool services. Mike was outstanding with his education regarding spa maintenance. It didnt matter that we had not bought the spa from their company. He tested our water, gave me directions on how to clean up and within a few days, the water was sparkling, the levels of chemicals were all back in the normal range. He never tried to sell anything to me, just took the time to educate me. I will go back to this place in a heartbeat and highly recommend them. I wish we had bought our spa from them. It would have avoided a lot of work!

The guys were on time and did a great job! They cleaned up the job site when done! My new liner and pool repairs look fantastic!

SPS came highly recommended. I reached out to them twice to get someone to come out. Someone came out and spent two hours with us.We were told someone would be out and that was almost 2 months ago.We never heard from them again. I called today and the owner said they were busy. Apparently too busy to appreciate a customer! Went somewhere else where I felt valued. Too big to pay attention to the small details!!

These men and women have helped me out several times with service that was prompt and accurate. They also provide me with advise on how better to maintain my pool and spa. I use their materials because they work together and the staff can then help me achieve near perfect water all year round.

SPS is a great company. I had an in ground pool with an auto cover installed as part of a major backyard renovation. There were problems that arose (which will happen on a job of epic proportions), and SPS handled them exceptionally well. The service after the sale is what has prompted the 5 star review; Justin the service manager and Mike in the store, along with their respective team members, truly excel in providing a WOW experience.
