Absolutely no help and wouldnt even look up the correct fittings to order. They were more concerned about stuffing their faces at 10:00 in the morning then to help a customer

Store opens at 730 or whenever they show up. Then it takes 10 minutes for them to turn the computers on. Always when Im in a rush. Seems like new people at counter all the time Then they have to go ask someone a question. Looks like I should start going to Parker RitterIf 0 stars was an option, thats what I would have rated them.

Usually takes around 30 minutes to an hour to get one hose made, I always have to ask the workers to look harder for fittings because I’m usually told right away that they wouldn’t have something like that. 90 percent of the time they have what I need, but don’t seem to care enough to look.

I brought in my blown hose and walked out the door 10 minutes later with a brand new custom-made replacement hose. The price was no more than ordering the original hose off the internet. Very satisfied.
