This was the second time in the past 7 years that I used them for a local move. They are great! On time and professional. This time they worked super fast, and the crew was really in sync. I have a few family heirloom antiques that they moved with great care. I will definitely call them again if I move in the future.

We used Bluemound Express for our 2nd move in a year. (The first move was a disaster!) They moved us with no damage in the amount of time they quoted. The movers were professional, pleasant and hard working. They were extremely careful not to damage any of our items or the house. I would never use another company again. I cannot thank Bluemound express enough for the excellent experience I had with their movers. They are a five star company in my opinion company I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about doing a move. Ive never seen too hard workers like the two that moved me. Seven and three-quarter hours of moving and they were still going strong. Everything was wrapped and protected and not a crack in anything. My hats off to Bluemound express movers. I had the most wonderful experience with Bluemound Express. They moved me into my new home from a rental and my storage unit. Two trucks and four of the best guys. Matt, Marcus, Henry & William were a fabulous crew. Professional, polite and fun! On time and worked hard all day. Not one of these guys was a slacker. Matt was amazing the way he could pack a truck. Henry went above and beyond, covering areas in my new home with blankets to prevent damage. Marcus and William were a constant flow of wrap, pack n move. They all joked and laughed with each other but kept the professional side of things tight. Thank you to them from the bottom of my heart. I will recommend Bluemound Express to everyone!!

My family used this company for moving, and two of the three workers were observed multiple times standing around, smoking, pooping in the cleaned bathrooms, and talking, while one hard worker did all of the work. These two workers purposefully wasted time so my family had to pay more. What should have taken 5 hours took 9+ hours! There were three furniture dollys available for the workers to use, and only the one hard working employee used one. This was a horrible experience to have had with this company and I hope the other two workers get either disciplined or fired for their terrible work, and I hope they stop taking advantage of people. Also, my family was quoted $300 an hour just based on the size of the house. My family had put everything in the house into 4 rooms to help speed up the moving process, but the two terrible workers didnt care, and wasted time to make more money. We all feel like we were taken advantage of. If you have Chris on the crew, just know you are in good hands. But if you get Dave or Zack, just know you should call for a manager and request two different workers because they will waste time and make you pay way more than you need to.

We worked with the team for our move into a temporary apartment, taking 80% of our belongings to storage, then into our new house. They worked incredibly hard and were unfailingly kind to us and careful with all our items. Moving was stressful and even though we tried to be prepared, there were still things we didnt have ready. The team helped (and encouraged) us through the whole process. 100% recommended!

Very disappointed. Needed help with a few larger items (sofa, mattress, 3 dresser, pull out couch & flat screen) quoted 3hrs or less. The movers took FIVE HOURS to move a few items. Called twice to discuss with management and never received a call back or a credit. Almost $800 for a few items & 8 miles. 👎

This is at least the third time we have moved with bluemound express and every time its been absolutely fantastic. Its the reason we keep using them. The crews are super friendly and you can tell they care about your things and making sure that everything gets packed properly in an organized fashion and makes it to its destinations. From when you first get your quote with your estimate everybody you encounter at the company including when you call, are super friendly and very helpful. I find them really organized and even when its a complicated move for us theyve come through at a reasonable price. I highly recommend!

Employees dumped 6 mattress in my alley over the weekend next door to my house and were caught in camera. Nobody on this block moved. They need to re-evaluate who they hire

Darrell, David and Andrew were fantastic, extremely professional and organized. We downsized from a 5,500 sq. ft. home. I cant speak highly enough of this crew ... and it was a complicated move, to two different locations, perfectly loaded and unloaded. And their demeanor was exceptional, given the huge task and very long day. Chad at the office was extremely helpful as well with all my pre-move questions. All very delightful. We had used this company years ago and others, but Bluemound Express has proven again to be #1! We wont try any others again.

They did a pretty good job on our move. Three guys on the team, one of them seemed to take a lot of breaks, but the other two worked very hard. They were a personable bunch, and for the most part, communicated well with us. Couple of dings and a gouge out of some of our furniture, and a fair bit of missing bed frame Hardware are the reasons they only got four stars. Im not sure how much better anybody else would be, though.

The actual movers were great. Professional and on time and did for the most part a good job. Unfortunately, they moved one piece for me that they ended up damaging and after the move management said they would make it right and we exchanged all the specifics and they came back to the house to try and fix it, but it was not able to be fixed. Its been almost 5 months now and they still have not returned my messages. Unfortunate bad ending to a what was a good move.

I used them to pack and to move . Their employees were excellent, hard working, very customer orientated and accommodating . Even when they sent a vehicle that was clearly too small for the move they rectified it with an additional vehicle and didnt delay the move process. Highly recommended .

They were very nice, but they charged me an extra $60 just to put plastic or cardboard on the floors so as not to scratch them. I would think that would be included in the price of the move, since they charge by the hour and it took them time to put it down. Also, took an extra hour when one person took apart my desk and put it back together again, when I was able to move it up to my second floor apartment with the help of one othet person.

Bluemound Express Moving was amazing! They moved both my elderly grandmother and my sister and I all on the same day. While it started out a little confusing as they hadnt known there was going to be a second move that day (even though I had booked this a couple weeks in advance), they quickly got everything set up for the second move as well. The two movers that came, Keith and Zach, were absolutely amazing and treated everyone respectfully and professionally for the entire day. They worked incredibly hard and efficiently the entire day and everything was neatly put in to the correct rooms. If I have to move again, I would definitely hire Bluemound Express!

Todd, Daryl, and Derek were FABULOUS, as they helped my mother move out of her home of 55 years, and into a new condo! Bluemound Express saved the day!! I hired a competitor to move my house. They called me morning of the move saying the team called in sick. I called several moving companies to see if they could assist, and nobody could. Called Bluemound Express. They listened to my plea and was able to put together a crew and arrived onsite 45 minutes later. Even brought out a second truck to keep us on schedule. Can not thank Bluemound Express enough for how they performed. If you need a mover in the Milwaukee area - USE Bluemound Express. I tried to save a few $$ using another company. Absolutely the most amazingly easy move weve ever made thanks to BLUEMOUND EXPRESS! Weve had 13 corporate moves, long distance. This was a local move, and the crew we had was wonderful! They worked as though they were all on speed…fast, fast, fast. Saved us $$$. The move came in >$1700 less than the estimate! Great guys, hard workers and friendly. Our driver was Jim - very personable and kept things going! Loved our move!!

They were careful and neat with our furniture, everything was secure and neatly packed away in the truck!! The guys were arguing a lot towards the end of the move because they were exhausted. It was awkward and unprofessional. They were also chain smoking cigarettes. One of them dropped a bin with my child’s toys in it and it spilled all over the ground. He didn’t even say anything to me. Had my husband not seen it, I never would have known. I had to clean all the toys because he used his hands to scoop everything back into the bin and his hands were filthy. The move took longer than they anticipated. The movers said they called for a fourth guy but no one was available, although they told us they would be calling in the fourth once they assessed the situation. They charged us from the time they left their location, even though they called us for directions because they got lost. They were also folding every single moving blanket on the truck after they unpacked something. I was paying by the hour (they are not cheap!) and thought this should have been done on their own time. My brother recently moved with two men and a truck and had an amazing experience. I would not go with blue mound express ever again. I am giving them 3 stars though because they did work hard and only 1 pint glass was broken during the move. Also because the young guy was incredibly nice to us.

Don’t use this company. I was missing items and tried to call manager. Never called me back. After multiple phone calls he finally answered and said they dont cover missing or broken items. I had both and he didn’t care. So i guess it’s ok to steal from you. They also took multiple smoke breaks

The moving crew was very nice and polite. I had to tell them 3-4 times where to place certain items and they still didnt have it correct. I asked them to move at least 4 items before they left, my tv over a few inches, a few things that got left in the garage, and my microwave at the old place. It all stayed right where it was! I had to move my microwave myself when I went back to my old place. I still have heavy items in my garage I cant move. One of them tracked black spots into my living room carpeting. They were totally out of sync with each other.....the crew chief was not feeling well and wasnt allowed to stay home sick. I would never use this company again, or recommend it to anyone out there. Ive had 3 local moves and 2 long distance moves and have never had such a chaotic move before!

I originally hired these guys to move just our heavy furniture. We were going to move the rest ourselves. Well change of plans because $#*tty U-haul didnt have the truck that I reserved. I asked the two man crew of Matt and Steven if we could fit the rest of our stuff in their truck. They happily said yes even after having to re-pack the truck. They couldnt have been more accommodating. Every piece of furniture is pad wrapped and handled carefully. I highly recommend this company!

Ken and his team were beyond wonderful and exceeded our wildest expectations. They moved two house holds into one larger house with two units. They were careful and worked with exceptional expertise. Two full house holds worth of furniture, clothing, garage, you name it, and not a single scratch or damage to anything. We would highly recommend them to anyone that is moving or needs something moved. Ken, Won, Austin, Josh, James, Matt, Devon (I hope I got all their names right). They were fantastic and I cant sing their praises enough. They saved us so much work, and made a very difficult situation so much better.

I have used Bluemound Express for 3 moves and this last weekend they moved my son in 100 degree plus weather. The service is excellent and great care is taken with the customers items.

I moved from a one bedroom apartment to a condo of the same size 6 miles away. All of my households were prepacked and waiting by the door. I do not have that much furniture to begin with. The first thing you need to be careful of is that they will charge you an automatic hour of travel time, regardless if I lived across the street or 14 minutes away. So that will be an additional $120ish. Next, the movers were more interested in socializing with my fiance` than with actually doing their job. So, by procrastinating and being overall extremely slow to move a minimal amount of households( 14 boxes, a couch, a chair, a tv and hutch, bed and frame); it took these movers a total of four and a half hours to move me 6 miles down the road. So I was charged a total of $660 to move a one bedroom condo. Not worth it at all. When I called the office to inquire about the issue I had, the only response I received was that I got what I paid for.
