Lousy service. In order to get insurance information correct you have to call numerous times. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been receiving equipment from the company they will send out the wrong equipment to you when reordering, not just once.The prices are ridiculous, even with insurance. You can obtain the same quality and brand name equipment from Amazon for a fraction of the price.

Happy to sell you the C Pap but when it comes to customer service after that forget it. Doctor had recommended them but obviously Doctor never used their services.

I agree with others that the service is very slow. I started out receiving cpap supplies right after the beginning of the month. It slowly went to the second week of the month. The last time I didnt get the supplies untill after the 21st. My mask should last 30 days, but now I have to use it longer and it starts to leak. Im not a happy camper!

INCOMPETENT, one word to describe Oxygen One, 1 star, the only reason they got 1 star was because the machine they gave me helps me get a good nights sleep. I have been dealing with issues for 2 years now and I am done. They cannot get an order right, they bill randomly.When calling with questions... let me transfer you, no I cant help you ...let me transfer you.. we dont handle the billing here... let me transfer you... one department does not talk to the other and noone takes accountability. Honestly I believe they are only in business because of the product they sell and the referrals from unknowing doctors, because if they truly had to deal with this company, they too would go elsewhere. Pick someone else to supply you, your blood pressure will thank you!

I worked with them for 2 years because of my insurance. Their prices are high but I was only paying a small portion. When I first did business with them they were VERY interested in getting payment 100% before even talking to me. I guess that is normal. The big problems came when I had an insurance change. They failed to enter the correct insurance info even after I had given them a photo copy of the information. This went on for years. They would send me bills for the full amount. Threatened collections etc. In the end the insurance picked up the tab finally when they got it right. I will never go through them again. Even if I have to buy my supplies out of pocket instead.

I had issues with resupply orders in the past, but upon a post I made earlier I was contacted and given an explanation as to what happened with the order distribution. Hopefully going forward there aren’t any issues with delayed orders. :) The personal reachout and working with me to fix things both with my order and with the process itself were great.

I have been with Oxygen One for at least 5 years now.The first 3 to 4 years were great. Good service and reliable equipment.Over the last 2 or so years. I dont know what happened to the company. I have had orders completely messed up. Appointments that were not keep repeatedly. Complete oxygen orders missing.When I called to complain.They would just tell me we dont seem to have you on the schedule for anything today.They tell me I will get a call in the morning to give me a two hour window for my delivery.Most of the time I had to call them, because it was after 11:00am and I had not heard from them. I have had at least 10 regulators replaced because the product is unreliable. Not a good thing when you a counting on the oxygen to survive! The oxygen tanks used to have its own gauge right on it, so you could tell how much was in the tank. Now you have to hook up to the regulator to find out. It was nice to know that the spare tank you were taking with you on your outing was full. I have had several new tanks that had the plastic seal. Turn out to be a empty or almost empty. Not good to find out when you are miles away from home. It seems that good reliable oxygen tanks and regulators must cost them more money? Because the products they use are not reliable. Dont they give a dam about the customer?To make matters even worse. They have never owned up to the mistakes, and rarely apologized for the inconveniences. They do have some good people I know. But it sure seems like I keep getting the ones with poor customer service skills.I sincerely hope that the management of this company goes back to a guality product. I also hope they spend more time teaching front line staff about REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLSTHANK YOU SO MUCH,Thank you so much for your quick response and willingness to address my concerns.I look forward to seeing things changed back to the top notch company I used to work with.Thank you for giving me peace of mind again.It does matter and I appreciate it.Thanks,David PautzDavid Pautz

I strongly recommend Oxygen One. Awesome service from the person who took my order, the person who insurance verified my order to the person who did the set up of my Cpap . I walk out very Happy and Thankful. ❤️😃

Never been but the guy who has truck 1073 is an inconsiderate moron. I was parking to get gas he pulls up and literally there is an inch between us so I am stuck in my car without getting gas thank god I wasnt opening my door he probably would have taken it off

Update after talking with rick accidents happen it was a miscommunication and i am impressed with how you handeled the situation. I am happy we where able to find the issue and fix it and look forward to working with you in the future to meet my oxygen needs.I have been waiting 4 weeks for a cushion for my cpap i have called 2 times a week for 4 weeks and gave been told by 3 people now a manager would email me or call me but non of this has happened my cpap cushion ripped its 1st week of use and no one can replace it without a new doctors order but my doctor has sent the order twice but i keep getting the same responce i will be calling my pulmonologist and insurance company in the morning to switch providers. This is after i received oxygen from them for 3 months and was continually told that they couldnt drop off my oxygen at a different time or let me pick it up as i was missing school to be home for delieveries for a company that promotes keeping people mobil and independent you sure make that hard to be possiable.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ((CPAP)). I talked to DAN Two weeks ago.. on a Friday. Gave him the order over the phone, he asked if I still had BCBS insurance, and I did. He told me he needed to send a request to my doctor for a new Rx. I called my doctor and told them to be looking for it. It came in that afternoon and the doctor returned the Rx immediately. I heard nothing from Dan for a few days so I called on Wednesday to check up... everyone was busy, but was told that I would get a call back shortly.(NOPE). Called on Thursday, they gave me Dan... and he said that he had tried to call me but got my voicemail... bud did not leave a message ((THATS WHAT VOICE MAIL IS FOR DAN)). The BCBS insurance they had on record was not the one I had... but no one had bothered to let me know.. so the order just sat there. I gave him the correct info and told I would hear back when he order was ready to be picked up. ( I live close) I called the next day... oh, Dans off today and he had not bothered to have someone else call me to tell me if my order was ready. The person I talked to that day told me that Audrey was Dans supervisor, she was tied up but she would call me about my concerns.It is NOW 8 days later... and I just let it slide... and NO ONE had called me to talk about my order. I will be calling on Monday morning to cancel this order and go elsewhere.The last time I dealt with them, they kept calling me to see if I wanted a refill on my products. When I had originally sat with DAN, I had told him to keep my name off of the call lists... I would order when I wanted to. Each time I got a call from them, I would tell the person to have the info removed from the call list. Took about a YEAR for that to happen.

Inconveniently located, set up and sent me home without a modem for the CpAP machine. Has not been downloading for 2 years. Called several times for help. Overall, poor communication and incompetence.
