I brought a 14 year old Cub Cadet here for some routine service (new drive belt, sharpen blades, rebalance the deck, etc.) and was very pleased with the work done and the price. The turnaround time was a week or so but it was totally worth it. They even found and fixed a few other things so that it would last a few more years.Overall I was very impressed with the service and will continue to do business with them.Edit: Brought the same mower back for another issue and, again, it was fixed quickly and professionally and for far less than I thought it would be. This is my go-to place for lawn equipment repair.

I have an old International 330 Utility Tractor that we use around the farm here for a variety of tasks. Its a 1957 model - yes, you read that right. Im only a few years older than my tractor. Well, in the winter, its my plow tractor for my long farm in-drive and I could not get it to move and it just snowed and I needed to plow.I called to see if I could get some help because I had no idea what might be wrong. I reached Steve, in tractor service and that man is like my guardian angel. I explained the situation, he asked when Id last changed the gearbox fluid and I told him and he diagnosed it as a frozen transmission due to water condensing in the gearbox.Id never heard of such a thing, but I waited for it to warm up a bit, put some heat lamps on the gearbox and after 36 hours gave it a try - it was thawed! I then drained the fluid and refilled with fresh and Im back in business. Steve and Statz saved the day for me.
Very disappointed. My husband and I were looking for a side by side enclosed ATV. We were there 1/2 hour and no one came to help us. Three employees drove by us several times and did not stop to help us. Then a guy asked if we needed help. I said yes please. He told us the ones we were looking at were in for repairs. He pointed to the used and new ones. We were very interested in two of the ATVS, we waited and waited for the man to come back and help us. After 1/2 hour we left. Very very very disappointed!
My husband stopped here to see if they had a manual for a tractor he purchased. Great experience and they order him one right away and it arrived within two days!!!! You know men and their manuals they have to have it right on them in case something goes wrong with the tractor yuk❤ yuk❤
I had a damaged deck on my cub cadet. I took the deck off myself and hauled it in. The guy in service took the wheel off and straightened out a bent bracket while a waited. Great service!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MIKE STATZ! Called about a four wheeler... Was told it was there.. went to look and they had loaned it out to a customer and it wasnt even there... Glad I wasted a drive.. ** Update.. went back today and bought the four wheeler... Mike Statz is a terrible salesman.. blew us off multiple times.. he didnt even finish showing us the full four wheeler before walking back inside and telling us hed be inside when we were ready to do paper work. After we finished paperwork, he took us back outside and basically said good luck loafing it and pointed out some ramps.. he didnt help load it or even stick around while we did..

This review involves separate service incidents, one involving a service incident on a snowblower purchased here, and a second on a service incident on an antique farm tractor.Snowblower first...Big snowfall occurred and the snowblower broke. Was unable to load it myself, so upon calling was told not to worry, they were waving the pick-up/delivery charge as they had many pick-ups scheduled for our neighborhood. Once fixed and delivered I was charged for the pick-up and delivery charge. And, was left a note explaining that the belt was extremely worn, it could go at any time and I should have it replaced. I was shocked they didnt replace the belt when they had the blower repaired or called me and asked to work on it further? This lead me to purchasing ramps so I could self load the blower in the future and transport it to another place to have it serviced.This past fall, I thought I would give them a second chance and have them service my antique tractor. Nothing major, change fluids, tune up etc. Was told Id have it back before the snow and salt hit the road. Several months later, I got the tractor back after they broke the sediment bowl, and took a long time to locate a new one. And when they offered to deliver (as salt was now on the road) the driver took a tie down strap to the seat and broke the spring on the seat. When asked why he did that, he explained he didnt want the cover to blow away. I asked why he didnt just remove the cover, he said he wished he would have. They also added gas to both tanks, one of which was not to have gas. After several more weeks of back and forth calling and pushing, they finally agreed to replace the spring at their cost. I had to then pay them to get a second spring so the seat was balanced. And I also had to take the springs into get sand blasted and painted, all out of my pocket.In the future, I will look to borrow a friends trailer and take it to a dealer further away that I know will not cause these kinds of problems.
