The team at Collision Masters did an amazing job of fixing up my vehicle. I had used them in the past when I was rear ended and that vehicle came out perfect, so I knew exactly where to go.This accident I was paying out of pocket and they took the time to go over exactly what portions of the repair I could get by without doing (the “other” shop I got a quote at said there was nothing I could do to keep the cost down). The end result was almost near perfect and considerably less than the other shop.Throughout the whole process I felt they were giving a fair honest deal and not just trying to make a buck.I would highly recommend choosing these guys the next time you need any work done…..

Workmanship was great and I really liked everyone I interacted with. Professional and kind.Only knock was that they left the trailer hitch in my truck bed instead of reattaching it and didn’t let me know.

Collision masters did great work on my car. Unfortunately took a bit longer than expected but everyone was very nice and professional.

As most people would do, I spent tons of time a month ago, searching for a body shop that can properly and reliably fix my car. Collision Masters is the place I chose and I am VERY GLAD I did. All the staff including Jeff himself were very easy to talk with. Importantly, Jeff gave me a detail of how the car will be fixed, what parts they plan to use (e.g., OEM, aftermarket, and etc - this shop sticks to OEM, which I really liked), and when the repair is likely to be finished.I am hoping I wont have any accidents in the future, but if I ever do, I will revisit this store again for sure. Highly recommend!

The price was what to be expected and it was completed in a timely fashion. I was updated along the way. We also received a loaner car for free while we were waiting. I called Collision Masters the day I got into my car accident and talked to Jeff who was fantastic! He walked me through the process of what was likely to happen with the insurance company and put my mind at ease. I typically dont write reviews but I certainly read them. In this case Collision Masters and the owner Jeff went above and beyond to earn my 5 star review. My bid was quick, the process smooth, although long (not their fault) and they even gave us a free loaner car as our insurance didnt cover the use of a rental. At the end of the repair a simple service by an outsourced dealer messed up some other, non accident related, features of my car. Jeff took care of it at his labor and expense to make it right for me. After I drove away I felt something still wasnt just right as I could detect a noise I hadnt heard before. Again, this was unrelated to the accident but Jeff felt that it was something he wanted to be sure was taken care of and without question had me bring it back in. There were times we had to wait for correct parts to ship and or the work needed to have 2 more days to complete etc. At all times I had excellent communication and follow up from the entire staff. The receptionist even listened to my rant about how I was hit, like she was a sympathetic nurse. Haha. Collision Masters took the frustrations of this entire happening and made is smooth and as stress free for me as possible. Did I mention my car looked good as new, maybe even a little better than when I had left it there! I really appreciate them Making things right as thats something unusual in this day and age when so often you get the pass the buck run around. They indeed went above and beyond. I would recommend them for all your Auto Body repairs! Thanks to Jeff and his entire team for doing an outstanding job.

After my car was hit, I was searching for a good auto body shop to repair my 2016 Honda Accord Sport. I checked out a number of shops in person as well as reading reviews and comments online, then I decided to go with Collision Masters in Waunakee mainly because of my first impression of Jeff Swafford, owner, and a free loaner car they offer (not every place offers it). Jeff was accommodating, thorough and his attention to details was admirable, and I think his friendliness carries over to his employees. Even though I had to take my car back because of slight imperfection due to metallic orientation, when Jeff saw it, he apologized and didn’t hesitate to correct the problem. The correction was prompt and well-done. From my overall experience, I’m pleased with their timely work and professionalism that Jeff exemplified, and I’d say that they merit a shot if you ever need bodywork done.Keep up the good work.

I have used Collision Masters a few times over the years. They have done work from a complete rust repair and paint job on my Lexus, to a simple bumper repair (plastic, heated and straightened out) on my new Suburban. These repairs were done in a timely fashion and at a fair price. I recommend them to anyone in the area. And tell your friends...they also have loaners, I didnt need one, but that is a nice feature.

Just finding parts for my Lincoln was a chore. They only built 13,500 in 1996. Jeff never gives up! Two chrome trims existed in the parts finders world wide. Michigan or Italy. They got them, replaced the grille and repainted with a perfect match. I collect cars and Im fussy. So is Jeff. Cant say enough about Collision Masters.

I recently found myself in need of an auto repair shop. After receiving several estimates I chose Collision Masters. Their estimate was slightly less than the other estimates but I chose them mostly because of their knowledge of the extent of my repair needs. I also found the staff very professional. I was given a loaner car without any charge to use for the entire time my car was being repaired. My entire experience was very easy from start to finish. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the work that was done to repair my damage. You could not tell it had been damaged!

After a close encounter with a kamikaze white tail deer, the ol family truckster was in serious need of repair. Since this was the first time I needed the services of a body shop, I asked around the neighborhood to get some recommendation on who to use. Everyone I spoke to who had a preference recommended Collision Masters. I met with owner Jeff Swafford, who surveyed the damage and he gave me a three day estimate to complete the repairs. Before I committed, I checked with one other body shop and they gave me a three week estimate to complete the repairs, so it was a no-brainer to go with Collision Masters.The repair process was easy peasy. Since the repair was being covered by my insurance, Jeff handled the all the paperwork for me. The repair work was completed in two and a half days and when I examined the vehicle, I could not tell where the deer hit my vehicle. The interior of the car was spotless, all the broken glass that littered the dash was cleaned up.An auto body shop is a service you never want to use, but if you need one in the Waunakee area, I have no reservations recommending Collision Masters.

Every time Ive bent or smashed one of my cars, theyve fixed it splendidly. What more can I say.
