A big shout out to Trevor at the Waunakee Kwik Trip, that helped this (slightly embarrassed) girl put air in her tire. Yes, I should know how; now I do. Amazing customer service…way to go above and beyond! I appreciate it!

This company is sending people positive with covid in 6 days and don’t have them testing. Be careful with your kids and family.

Social distancing during time of pandemic...one star if even that. Yes I realize they are only guidelines, but it does not appear you are even trying to make this happen when I stopped in this past Saturday.Thought Kwik Trips took this seriously.

Stopped in to buy a strawberry banana fresh blends large drink the machine only put 1/4 of the shake mix in. I found a worker and told him he opened the door and said theres nothing wrong with it. When the machine was dome mixing the cup was just over 3/4 full. After showing him the cup he said that I should just take that one for free and leave like I was in the wrong for asking that it would be fixed. So I could have a proper tasting smoothie which the one that was free I threw away because it tasted horrible.

This is what future Kwik Trips will be remodeled after! Aside from the reasonably priced basics,breads have an expanded selection, the fresh fruit and vegetables selection has increased variety. And you can also find meats,quality cuts,not outrageously priced,so whats better than a convenience store WITHOUT THE CONVENIENCE TAX of paying too much for whatever it is thats needed for home cooked meals,without the hassle of getting through the GIANT SHOPPING MALL SIZE STORES. Especially when you are disabled, needing eggs,milk, bread,butter,onion, etc can be an overwhelming venture! Thanks again Kwik Trip!

Actually it was quite a slow trip. I had a hard time fitting the car through the front doors. But their milkshakes are fantastic. 4/5 trip

Literally just walked out with disappointing customer service from Waunakee KT. Employee (won’t publicly reveal his name) was stocking the frappe machine and fountain soda machine. I asked how long it was going to be and he didn’t even turn his head to acknowledge me or my family. I was loud enough for him to hear me bc another customer acknowledged me. This particular employee is overly chatty and definitely neglects others during his excessive chatter. It’s disappointing since we stop at KT daily and clearly prefer the convenience. Just not the lack of service

An improvement in customer service is well needed. Waited 7plus minutes for a pizza only for the wrong pizza to be brought out. The associates pretty much gave an oops and didnt evan apologize for the inconvenience. They should actually listen to their customers, I couldnt wait another 10 minutes for the correct pizza because I was on break. Really disappointed!

My car has died a couple times when I was at this kwik trip. An employee named Jeff was so kind to jump my car every time! He took time out of this work to help me. I am very thankful and am now a very frequent customer at this wonderful kwik trip! Thanks, Jeff!

Very inconsistent approach around their pay at the pump policy. I have come to this location hundreds of times with the same vehicle and have never once been asked to pre pay because I don’t and never have had a front plate. The policy seems to be extremely selective and very pre qualified depending on the vehicle you are driving. Kwik Trip May have an issue on their hands around discrimination if they don’t put a consistent and 100% enforced policy in place. Know your customers I live 3 blocks away. Furthermore the rudeness of the staff addressing the reason why was unprofessional. If I pump gas and don’t have to pre pay at this location down the road that will be comical just like the hundreds of times I’ve done before.

This is the best Kwik Trip in the Madison area, by far.The staff are always courteous and efficient, the food selection is always fresh and varied, and I am always in and out quickly. They almost always have some of my favorites available, so I know I can get an inexpensive, filling meal on the go.During the summer, the drinks and slushies are a godsend - not to mention grabbing some bananas to keep my potassium levels up for paddling and fishing trips.While I was living in Waunakee for a few months, I came to appreciate the fact that this location is open 24 hours. I tend to be a bit of a night owl, so being able to grab a hot cocoa and a snack at 2am in always a bonus.Bathrooms are always clean, and the location itself is spacious and easy to navigate both inside and outside.

Always nice and clean and the staff is always friendly. I like the automated air pump, takes the guess work out of getting your tires to the right setting.

During my guided tour of Waunakee my tour guide suggested we take a gander at the local gas stations. While I can say that Glorious American gas stations are far more extravagant and wonderful than their counterparts in my home country, I cannot say that their service is on par. Upon entering I was jeered at by several employees and when I went up the counter the employee commented on my smell (I was of course wearing my traditional religious cologne of vinegar and sheep) asking if I was having a good night while loudly sniffing. I left and did not think much of it but I guess they were suspicious of my foreign odor and had decided to alert the local authorities of the olfactory offenses that had apparently been committed. Shortly after our tour bus was stopped and questioned because of kwik trips xenophobia. Thank you kwik trip for ruining my $200 tour of your beautiful city.
