I originally bought a riding mower at a competitor, however, after a month of no communication and finding out they damaged the mower I decided to start over. I went to Ballweg on a Saturday and had my new John Deere X380 by Thursday! Great communication, great service, and awesome product! I love my X380 and enjoyed mowing on it yesterday. Absolutely amazing! Very helpful and friendly staff, Sue has been amazing, helping and staying in contact every step of the way. Buying a used zero turn mower from them, their mechanics fully looked it over before i could pick it up, found that it needed a new head, so they are replacing it for me before i pick it up. They asked if i had a mower as the wait was going to be a bit longer due to waiting for the part and offered me a nice riding mower to use until the one im buying is ready. So far they have exceeded every expectation!!

Very disappointed. Bought a new JD 2660 VT was built at the end of March, it is still sitting there, was ordered with the wrong tires, they never corrected their mistake as the build codes were e-mailed to me and management by salesman and it was ordered wrong by management. They finally started assembling it in June and I still havent gotten it yet and its the 4th of September. I also bought a demo J&M 1326 grain cart there last spring, the first time I took it to the field it leaked grain out the auger hinge and spout area. The spout and ram for the spout were bent and the service department was supposed to come fix it under warranty but never came to fix. Dave M. my salesman is the best, just very unsatisfied with Tom B. and the customer support side of Ballweg Implement.

Called about a couple of tractors and getting a quote for some attachments. The gentlemen was very friendly, however it took over a day to find out that the first tractor was sold. After that, I was promised that a quote would be emailed later the same day on the second tractor and attachments, and it was never sent. It was frustrating as I was trying to get answers while considering other tractors as well, that eventually sold due to waiting for a response on the tractors from this dealer.

I was there yesterday (06-09-20) to pick up two tires I had put on rims for my lawn mower I dropped off the day before. I provided the two new 11x4 tires and just had them put on my rims for pick up. I was told that I would only be charged for time and materials. Ballweg Implement in Waupun charged me $157 for it! They claimed it took them 2 hours to put two small tires on rims. My sincere mistake was that I should have ask how much ahead of time it would have cost, because I would never have had them do the job at such a monstrous cost. I am about a year from replacing my very old riding mower. I am sure going to think twice about where I go when looking to by a new mower.Unbelievable!

When you walk into the showroom, no one come out to see what you want to look at. I was interested in purchasing a 13,000 dollar lawn tractor, I had to stop an employee to ask were a sales person was.

Great staff. They didnt have what I wanted in stock and Deere &Co would take 4-5 months to build. Terry found it within a week at another dealership and brought it in. Wouldnt hesitate to purchase anything here. Great staff.

Bought a used gator 550 this past November at the Beaver Dam location. Hauled it out to our farm in Kansas to use for hunting and all around activities. I have not been able to use it yet, has been in for repairs at Carrico Implement, JD dealer in Ellsworth, Kansas.As of today it has cost me $750+ in repairs and still haven’t been able to use it.I would not purchase another JD from Ballweg Implement.

We purchased a used Gatyor Utility Vehicle in November from the Beaver Dam location. We transported it to our farm in Kansas, when we needed to use it we had problems and had to take it to a local dealer in Ellsworth, KS. several times.Ballweg stood behind this and helped pay the costs to have it repaired.
