They have a nice sporting goods department. The guys in the department are very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be going back.

Some of the staff was awful very rudeAnd seemed like they didnt know A whole alot of where there products were kept and what isle and didnt take us to the isle just pointed and said maybe two three isles down and they were to busy talking to other coworkers to bother to help us this young man and middle aged gal were terrible.Older gentleman that worked there landed up helping us and answering our questions we had he was amazing and the young check out gal in the green house was amazing.

Literally nobody wore a mask the entire time. Not employees or customers. I was only there because I was picking up some parts for a project at someone elses house. Just shop at fleet farm or menards instead.

We actually didnt go in the store. Women and children were wearing masks going in and coming out. We watched for awhile and most men didnt wear a mask in or out. That concerned us, so we chose to look for another hardware store. It depends on your comfort level with shopping conditions right now. Thats the basis for one star.

Prices definitely higher than Beaver Dam and worth the drive to Menards in Beaver Dam. Hard to find anybody to help you except for one friendly gal thats been there forever. Hard to keep the money in town when it costs double 🤔 About all is good for urgent repairs.

Martens Ace hardware has been in Waupun for years. They have about anything you need from a nut and bolt to lawowers and guns and bows. They have a new archery shop they just put up and are super friendly.
