Great experience, its my first time at a place like this so I was surprised that that cleaned the inside of my truck as well as the outside. This being my first time they explained everything that I needed to do and made It very simple. Just wished they could do the windows a little bit better but nonetheless it was a great experience.

Enjoy getting good service and great customer service.The only thing, I feel where you have a sign with the prices outside. It would be nice to know what the difference between the prices.Easier to pick.

Got the $30 “Best Wash”- the staff was friendly and I didn’t have to wait long even though there was only one lane open. They did a nice job on the inside, even washed the mats. Seems like it was a quick wipe down, left spots on the handles, but decent. I was however disappointed that the tire rims were still dirty and I was hoping they would vacuum out the trunk (which I cleared out specifically for this) and they didn’t (maybe that’s not included?). Overall okay, but not worth $30.

Cashier Briah is not only the best service I have received in my life, but she also was extremely knowledgeable. She informed me about the wonderful deals within the detail department and the gift card promotion that allows for 25$ off every 100$ spent. She also maintained a clean lobby and spotless bathroom. Half done wheels, spots on exterior,Cup/ashtray holder, vacuumed but not wiped off. Still had sand and rocks in side door jams. Dead fly on dash. Lint on windows 😔 I guess I expected to much for $32.👎

My husband went to get his truck washed. They wouldnt do it. Said because it has surface rust on it. I now understand its their policy and understand.

Everyone is very friendly and nice Ive gone to dealerships for oil changes & when Ive told them I put synthetic in come back to pick up & they had put regular back in. The one time I didnt go here & was sorry I did! They do a excellent job!

Excellent service by Robert with the oil change, 16 point inspection and battery replacement. Also had the BETTER car wash and as usual, that was excellent too. In and out with all that in no time!ps...love your greeting cards!

So I bought the “best wash” which was far from the truth. 31 dollars wasted later I still have dead bugs on my mirrors and a sunroof with glass cleaner on it( not wiped). I wouldn’t recommend these guys, I wouldn’t trust them to clean a piece of dirt

They did not have the filter for my car. So they said they would order one in the next day for it so when I came back they could do an oil change. I came back the next Sunday and they did not have the filter. Because it was Sunday the parts store did not deliver. In order to try and get it done they called the parts store and I drove there to get it. Apparently it was not being charged to the Car Buffs account and I paid out of pocket for it.Once I got back and chose the service they gave me a full price. When I asked about anything off for having to bought the filter they explained they would not take anything off because they dont charge for the filter. They did say the cost of the filters they use are rolled up in the price. That said they still did not feel they needed to deduct anything from the price. A customer ran and got the part they did not have and paid out of pocket for it. I guess they feel that their time is more important and if they can save a few bucks ona filter so much the better.Last time I choose to bring any of my cars to them and be certain I will be telling plenty of others of this experience.

It’s ok, but pricey. One would expect for $30+ they would include a quick wipe down of the interior since they dust it. Now that would be the “best” package but you have to spend extra. Vacuuming is usually a hit or miss as well, some vacuum better than others

I went and got my car washed, & detailed let me tell you... they were amazing! So wonderfully done and everyone was super friendly & I would most definitely recommend them to anyone!

We have been utilizing their service center for oil changes for a few years now, and they are always excellent and thorough. Today they threw in a car wash as well!

I went there for an Oil change and Air filter. They did The 16 point inspection for us. I had some lights out. They changed everything that needed changed. I always come here for car servicing. Good customer service. Sure wish they continued that deal for the Best Wash with a full serviced oil-change special, though. Overall, I have no real complaints. Staff is informative and it usually smells great in the waiting room, as well. My preferred location for car care.

Got an interior detail asking to focus on the pet hair, paid 157$ went to look to look at our vehicle and there were untouched spots (i didnt take pictures of those) they pulled it back in spent another 15 min and still noticed some areas after being frustrated of pointing out areas that should have been seen from the managers at carbuffs, i left. They didnt really care all they cared about was our 1 star review.... If anyone reads this go check out yelp before going to carbuffs more like carbluffs

Had my engine bay/engine cleaned and detailed. They did an outstanding job, it looked like the day when I purchased the truck. Very impressed.

Staff was very friendly. My car was very dirty on the inside. We drive alot of gravel roads and dirt gets in. Paid for top priced wash. Was like 41 dollars with wax and armoral on dash. Mabey I am to picky but there were spots you could tell they didnt get vacuumed. Chips and such. Still on floor. Then the dash still had dust in the corners. Seems to me they are in a hurry to get you in and out as fast as possible. Just expected a little bit more for the money. Better of doing your own vehicle if you want it to look like its been cleaned. Outside looked nice though.

Ive had amazing experiences here before, but this time was below par by far. Vacuuming was very bad, many missed spots. Inside as a hole had many missed spots of cleaning. Disappointed..

Got the best wash on my car today. By the time I was driving home all the details that were missed started to stand out. Missed salt stains in the carpet, sticky cup holders, gravel still under the floor mats. Not impressed

Carbuffs is my favorite place to get an oil change and a wash.The staff is always friendly, the prices are great, the service is very fast, and its clean.They have an array of items for your vehicle, and even have cards for different occasions.Complimentary coffee and comfortable seating makes the short wait fly by.If you havent tried them yet, do yourself a favor, and stop down for your next oil change and free wash.

I was both our vehicles on Friday morning. They did a good job on my car. I purchased the top wash for Jims truck. I took the truck back to where he works after it was washed and we looked it over. I am extremely sad and upset to say that the job they did on the truck is unacceptable. It was very poorly washed.We dont have the time today or tomorrow morning to bring it back to show them.

Me and my friend went to car buffs this evening to just get my car washed, so they gave me the slip and sent me inside so they could send it through to get washed. i went in and waited for them to be done. but when i got out to my car and say back in it i noticed my alto was not where i left it. me and my friend searched my car until we found the alto battery but the pod was stolen out of it. i called the store not trying to make an issue out of it but to just let them know an employee stole something out of my car. and all they told me is “yea that doesn’t sound like any of our employees. are you sure your friend didn’t take it?” and “i’m sorry i don’t know how you want me to help you.” my friend got out of the car before i did and we both got back into my car at the same time. i distinctly remember leaving my alto with a full pod in it on the drivers seat, and when we got back in the car the pod was gone and my alto was sitting in the passenger door pocket, hidden under some garbage. i would personally suggest going to car buffs only if you prefer to get your stuff stolen out of car and if you want to be basically laughed at when you call to complain. if giving zero stars was an option i would’ve picked that.

Very disappointed. $35 into getting my car cleaned and it was like an 8yr old did it. Still dirt on floor, under mats, along seat edge under seats etc also, for the money the dusting job inside could have been way better. I realize not getting a detail but please... It should be reasonable. Could not be more disappointed!

Not necessarily a complaint but a comment for improvement if you have a customer waiting to pay you put the phone call on hold and let them pay you dont know what that person has going on in my case I need to get to work during rush hour... that is all

Went here and bought the “best” package but turns out it was the worst. Had salt in my vehicle from winter I wanted it to be vaccumed and a interior clean and I didn’t get either. Waste of $30.

First time here. Decent waiting room. Great location because you can walk to nearby stores while you wait. I was a little concerned at first because the people detailing when my jeep were just Young and we know how most millennials work. They finished about an hour and a half early did a great job I would definitely go back again

We had been at #Carbuffs for THREE HOURS!! This is maddening. We wanted an oil change. Maybe a car wash. But three hours later, it’s STILL not done because someone drained transmission fluid!! Then they had no idea how to fill it. Now, I have NO idea what they are doing. I had to walk from Biolife to Carbuffs because the car wasn’t ready and my husband couldn’t pick me up. It was BELOW ZERO! Never, ever again.

Did a really great job, car looks great it was filthy from salt and winter roads.

By far the best car wash in town. Not cheap, but they do an outstanding job with excellent attention to detail. I have an F-150, so there is a little upcharge, but for $50 you get the best wash, their super interior clean, tire wipe down, and ceramic sealant. Everything is towel dried, and the interior cleaning is definitely super. Damn near a full detail, so for the quality, it really is a decent price. Its the only place I go to get my baby cleaned.

I went to get my car wash this week and this worker I believe her name was Nicole was extremely unprofessional. It amazes me how a company could hire a person so rude and inconsiderate. She was constantly giving me and my family awful looking glares. And if I am not mistaken it looked as if she spit on my car when she was cleaning the inside of it. Unless this employee is fired, me and my golf club (50 regular car buff customers) will be moving to Tommy’s Car Wash from now on.

Thank you for that.Original Review (2 Stars): I received a gift card to use at Car Buffs. I work in the auto collision industry and consider myself fairly meticulous when it comes to vehicles. I went into this experience knowing that it isnt going to be perfect, but thats to be expected. Greeting and first experience with an employee was good. I got everything I could get except the Armor All (it contains silicone and that effects paint jobs at work). Got out of the vehicle and went into the waiting area. Waited and got my truck back. Initial impression was alright. Looked good from the outside. So that I didnt have a problem with. What I was not happy with was the inside. First, I have Weathertech floor mats that clip into the factory hooks and the mats had to be taken out in the cleaning process. The driver side hook was ripped out of the carpet. Second, a factory antenna module that attaches to the bottom of the rear view mirror was broken off and hanging. Third, my rear bench seat was left flipped up on one side. And Fourth, I dont have any dogs but had one dog in the back seat for 5 minutes a couple days before I went to Car Buffs. The hair that was left in the back seat was not vacuumed up at all. I know dog hair can be a pain to clean up but I brought my truck back to my shop and it, very easily, vacuumed right up. Needless to say, the broken pieces were the main issues I had.

I just picked up my Toyota Avalon from having it detailed. What a great job Carbuffs did! The interior is spotless and even the black dashboard looks so fresh; no dust whatsoever! The exterior is shining and the wax job is superb, Thanks so much Carbuffs-it is a pleasure to do business with a company that has so much pride in their work.

More of a job review...Had so much fun working for Carbuff’s and I still miss being around awesome people! Loved my supervisors they made the job so much less stressful and so much more fun! Working with Brian throughout my four years there was great and totally understood me when I was super exhausted and always let me go home early or have the day off and loved his inside jokes as well and if it wasn’t for him I probably would have quit within the first year of working there. I sure wish I got to say goodbye to him in person on his last day but I wish him good luck as he moves on to a different job. I can’t forget about Mitch sure do miss that guy as well with his funny jokes and being super hyper in the mornings really turned my day around and made it so much more better. I couldn’t have asked for a better job for myself.

All my car needs are met in a one stop shop! Car wash, inside cleaned, and oil changed in a short period of time. The friendly environment is amazing, and the management is over the top! Prices are reasonable for the physical labor that these employees put into their jobs. I would recommend Carbuffs to anyone that needs something done quickly and properly! Way to go employees for working do hard, and management on running an amazing crew!

Car looks better, but we paid for the best wash and had to ask for a re-vacuum. I dont think they used a scent like we paid for. There were still bugs on the grill and a little dirt around the wheel wells. Would probably not go back, or at least not pay extra for the best wash. Oil change dude was great. Happy with his service.

Brought my Ford in last minute from tomahawk to get an oil change and was amazed how fast they were! Decided to make the drive to get our Chevys oil done and they were just as fast if not faster on a Saturday which is amazing. Every employee was super nice and very accommodating to our busy schedule. Prices are very fair and service is impeccable.

They have damaged my collector Cutless FLORIDA CAR. The damages are costly, they filled out the damage report and never called as they said or followed up.When I contacted them....They refused to let me speak to the owner and will not repair or replace the damage they did to my immaculate vehicle.I will tell all what they did to my car.Dont trust to them w your vechicals.THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR CAR.Damage report.....what B.S....Actually they damaged door panels, my steering wheel and tinted windows.Took to detail shop!!!!Damage to my Cutless in permintant.Nothing came off.Spots are still there.Specialist said they used wrong chemical cleaning my interior...Runied my car.Plus locked keys inside...Last time gave my Matts to another customer.Expensive ones.No follow up customer care call.I had to call them again.BLEW ME OFF.Why did I sign a damage report then????Useless

From detailing and oil changes, to accessories or full service car washes, (I hate streaks from automatic wash blow dryers, these guys hand dry) their team truly puts customer experience above all else. Being from Green Bay, I expected to receive the same service that I get when I go to PDQ. Walk in, pay, leave with a cleaner car. This was not the case! I was greeted by happy friendly employees, the restrooms and waiting areas were spotless, and when I got into my car, it smelled and looked amazing! I couldnt believe how much was done in a short amount of time. Every employee I encountered made a positive impact on my experience. Well done everyone!

I had to finish wiping off my dash and by the windows. Also I thought it could have been vacuumed better. I have been to the wash before. I find that if they don’t have a lot of help everything gets rushed- such as last Friday. But I also have had a nice job done too. It’s really just a hit or miss deal.

They always do an excellent job in every way. The staff is extremely efficient, thorough, and friendly. The cleanliness of the car usually exceeds my expectations. Prices are reasonable. The only downside is some times they are rather busy, but I can see why.
