Good variety of items. Cluttered feeling in aisles and not as easy to shop...doesnt have a smooth checkout line (somewhat confusing/tight). Checkout staff was friendly.

Employees were great here. The girl that cut my fabric, and all the girls in the check out.

I felt comfortable just wandering around looking at things. Went in looking for something crafty to do. Found what I was looking for. Its ok to take time to just explore whats there. There are a lot of projects available that you could spend time doing.

1 cashier and about 20 people waiting to get checked out. Half way through the line then they added 2 more Cashiers. Wasnt so bad. Got to meet the person in front and behind me in line and we chatted til we got to the check out.

I can get pretty much everything I need from JoAnns Fabric. I can order online, and pickup at my location in Wausau. Its very convenient!!!

Its so frustrating to see employees completely disregarding the safety of guests. Watching a cashier have their mask below their mouth, wipe their nose with their hand and then go right into taking customers items and scanning and bagging them.THAT IS HOW YOU SPREAD A VIRUS.Ill never visit this store again.

I have a fabric obsession, so I love this store (yes, I have a problem, lol). Great place for fabric, yarn, trims, etc. Love the coupons on the app (or in the mail). Good selection of art supplies (except paper is over priced, IMHO). Not a good place for watercolor painting, but they do have acrylics. Good place for card making supplies too.

The staffs is so bogus! I placed a order for curb pick-up. I called, as instructed to do so in the email, telling me my order was ready. The phone ranged and just kept ranging. It ranged for a good 3-4 minutes, yet no one picked up, even when I could clearly see staff standing right there through the glass doors. I tried calling again, then was transferred to a auto machine. The store doesn’t close until 6pm! Yet the ladies who saw me parked outside their glass doors, continued to lock the doors and stand by the door. No help, no nothing. I parked there for 2 more minutes, in hopes they would really say something or do something to help a customer out, as this was my first time trying their curb pick up. But they continued standing there in a group, one staring right at me and the others talking away. I got there at 5:08pm, and I am aware I must be there at least a hour before they close (6pm). I wasn’t going to mind anything, as I was late by 8 mins, however one of the cars ahead of mine pulled in the same time as I did. They got their order, and I did not. I only got stares and disgusting face expressions. I’ve never been so disappointed in Jo-Ann’s staff and I’ve never experienced such rudeness until now. It definitely changed my perspective on Jo-Ann and their staffs.

Had a hard time getting someone to help me find things. When I asked for help they looked at me and said we dont have a clue about that item, then turned and walked away.

Didnt have the color of fabric I was looking for but had a color that was close enough

It does no good to have a buy online/curbside pickup if your website doesnt keep track of whats in inventory. I waited over a day for an email to pickup only to find out what I wanted was out of stock and I have to start over. Cancelled my whole order.

Was at this location 3 times over the two weeks prior to Christmas trying to buy gifts. Was never able to actually make a purchase either due to impossibly slow, serpentine, unstaffed register or system was down and could not check out. Went accross the street and got what I needed. Nice store though and good selection.

Lots of great stuff for crafters but prices are pretty high. Comparable items are cheaper at another large retailer.

I was having a stressful, emotional day. So I stopped by. What a great therapy, for Free. Just to walk around see so many wonderful things and ideas. I did buy a bottle of paint. Teeny tiny bottle. Although I didnt intend to purchase anything. #betterday

Love the store, but the service was less than desirable. I asked a young lady where an item was that I wanted to purchase. She told me which isle it was in, but didnt tell me she needed to unlock it to get it off the rack. So wasted my time having to find someone to help me. After they called someone to help, the young lady that directed me to the item was the only one that had a key. 😞

Largest selection of fabrics in the area. Ladies here are very nice and knowledgeable but be prepared to spend a little extra time because there may be a line when getting fabric cut. Nice selection of minky and nursery fabrics and dont be afraid to ask for help theres always someone on the floor 😊

They have got a nice selection of crafting, sewing supplies as well as some inexpensive home decor, especially for holidays. The only drawback here is the checkout line is always long and seems to move slowly. Other than that, the clerks are very nice, and knowledgeable.

Although they carry a variety of items its very hard to find what your looking for.

Had a hard time getting some help this visit. Online it showed that this location had multiple skeins a particular brand and color of yarn. When I got there within 15 minutes of checking online there was nothing on the shelf. I tried to get an associate to check in back. The two people I asked both said they were busy with other customers and didnt offer to check back with me when done (I would have waited). I left and went across the street to your competitor.

I really like the selection of fabric prints and different kinds of material that they offer, the friendly staff is a big plus.

I remember when fabric was affordable. I was quite put off by the high price of remnants and fabric that was not on sale. There was only one person working at the fabric counter so I ended up waiting 20 minutes to get my fabric cut.

Best selection of yarn in town. When canvas is 50% off, always a super deal. Will buy most all of my crafts here except for paints (and if I did faux foliage) where Michaels has a better selection.

Computer states they have the fabric I went to buy, but they didnt. Not happy at all because from my home its a 2 hour round trip.
