Eric B was a very helpful person, it took no time at all for me to choose the system I wanted. I thank you for having such nice people to deal with. I also called today to check on the mattress and box spring and how it was handled if I wanted to give it to my daughter. I spoke with Brad and he told me not a problem, and that I should just have them take it to my garage so my daughter could pick it up.Service so far is top notch. I am looking forward to have it delivered and installed. Thank you Sleep #.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Stopped in to use a $25 coupon and it wasnt worth the headache at all!! First it took a while for the rep to locate the coupon in the system. I paid in cash so that apparently confused the rep as she gave me my total back as change instead of the actual change amount, so that took a while to straighten out. Then the computer froze and she tried to ring me up on another one, which also froze!! Took a good 15 minutes to purchase a pillow... and then I was told to go to Walmart and purchase a pillowcase for it, probably should have just bought the pillow from there as well. Oh and then the rep tried buying me off so I wouldnt leave a bad review by saying she would mail us more coupons but my delivery came over 2 weeks ago and still no coupons... but with such horrible customer service I cant say I was too excited to back anytime soon.I love how you want to discuss my review but then just give me the general customer service number. If you TRULY care and want to discuss this further please give me a number to an individual that cares.

The location is horrible! Very limited parking and access to and from is kind of dangerous. The inside of the store was very nice and the people who work there are very good! I would of rated a 5 except for the location

Brad greeted us promptly upon entering and walked us through each Sleepnumber model, all of which they have on the floor and will have you try out. Brad found each of our unique Sleepnumbers and I instantly felt relief from pain. I am so excited for our Sleepnumber delivery! I am hoping to finally sleep through the night.
