Bought a power-pack for my outboard motor-I gave them the make/model/year/etc. They sold me the wrong power-pack. When I went to swap out, it didnt even have the same number of terminals. When I brought it back, he originally told me flat out he wasnt going to return it (because it was an electronic component). After making the point that they sold me the wrong one, he was a real pal and said hed refund $150 of the $175. So their mistake costs me $25? Im an avid fisherman in my 20s, so that $25 costed them decades of my business.

Went in there one day to actually buy a boat.Was ignored for 20 minuets for someone who was buying a Fricken oil filter.They are selling boats that they personally have never seen run I was expecting a call about one they never even called me back.Glad you guys pay the bills selling filters haha what a joke

Most honest guys youll ever find. Theyve serviced my Volvo Penta for a year now and theyve done great work at great prices. Theyve spent dozens of hours (including three trips to Lake Wausau) trying to figure out whats going on with an overheating problem. I was shocked to find that they didnt charge me anything because they felt bad that they couldnt figure it out!

We are very happy with the service & a sale weve received from Jon at Rib Mountain Marine. We are extremely please with the features our new 15hp 4 stroke has and how well it pushes our boat. We went from a 25hp 2 stroke to a 15hp 4 stroke. Some people told us we wouldnt be happy with a 4 stroke compared to a 2 stroke but this 15hp Mercury has proven that theory wrong. We think this engine is an excellent value! Not saying its as fast as the 25hp 2 stroke but it does an awesome job for its size. Thanks Jon from John & Diane Blaubach.

I usually dont give reviews but felt it was due here. I took my boat in here two times this year for different reasons. Both times they were really helpful and didnt recommend me to spend a bunch of money on things I thought would need to be done. Great service great prices good honest people.

Very mad. Supposedly they had everything fixed and running. I fully charged the battery right before I left. Get to the lake with my 4 kids who have been stuck in the vehicle for the last hour. Get the boat in the water and everyone in it. Go to start it and nothing. After trying a couple times. The ignition switch falls apart. Perfect day ruined.

We took our boat motor in for a lower unit lube change and they were able to complete it the same day. Great service! Compared to the local competitor, we were able to save $60 for the same work. We will definitely go back here to have our boat serviced in the future. Thank you for your honesty and customer service.

After taking my boat in for a tune up and having two new helix 9s put on the first time out with the boat the mega unit was not working pissed me off because it was working in the garage so I took the boat in the next day to find out i was just me not turning on the units in the right order being they are liked.. but the customer service every time I deal with them is great and the cleanliness of the work they do is nice. now I am the guy who leaves all my stuff in the boat even under the dash where all the wiring was done and everything I had under there and back in order after.. and I have dealt with other boat dealers in the area and was never satisfied so rib mountain marine has my business

I have had quite a few experiences with Rib Mountain Marine. Ive purchased a used boat here, and rigged a separate boat with the help of Matt and John. The staff is very knowledgeable and if they dont have what you are looking for in stock they can get it quickly for you. I would highly recommend shopping here if you need something repaired, want to fix it yourself and need parts, or are in the market for a new boat.

Terrible! You guys quoted me for $50 to rent a pontoon trailer and when my credit card was being swiped told me it was $70. Business owners should NEVER charge more than they QUOTE! Never renting from you again.

If I could leave less than one star I would!!.. Brother brought in boat last year to have it summerized, and they never put the batteries back in, and we didnt notice until we got it back to Green Bay. So why he went back there this year is beyond me!!. So we pick up the boat yesterday ($200) for them to summerize, charge batteries and clean hull... Once again get it back to Green Bay, and it wont start!!!!. Im sure they charged the batteries, but leaving interior lights on undid everything they charged us for!!! So we are now left with a boat with two dead batteries!!VERY UNSATISFACTORY!!!!! Thanks for ruining Memorial weekend for our family!! AGAIN!!!

Just had Jon sell my 2012 pontoon, consignment sale. It was very easy and hassle free, they did all the cleaning and little touch-up repairs, and I probably did as well as if I would have sold it myself. But I eliminated all the phone calls, internet scammers, showing appointments and time spent with tire kickers. And it didnt take a week! Thanks Jon!!

Was ignored the whole 15 minutes as I stood there 10 ft away from register. Guys walked past me without asking if I needed help while younger guy sat behind register and talked to customers about nothing the whole time. Wont be going back
