Elegant Occasions was the fourth bridal shop I visited while searching for my wedding gown. I wish I would’ve started my journey here! This bridal shop has something for everyone. Their inventory is extensive and the staff are so helpful! My consultant was Ashley and she was an absolute dream to work with. Ashley stayed past closing hours because the last dress I tried on was THE ONE and I was having “the moment”. I cannot thank her enough for her time and patience! I can’t wait to go back and help my mom pick out her formal dress as they have a large selection of these as well. All around, my time at Elegant Occasions was such a dream!

My son was in a wedding this past weekend out of the area, 3 hrs away. He lives in MN and scheduled his fitting for Wednesday evening. He got a call Wednesday afternoon, the day storms were rolling in, that shop was going to close early and tux needed to be picked up. We, his parents, traveled 35 minutes to pick it up for him. Got back home and received a phone call and a text message that we were given the wrong tux. We was not happy. They did offer to deliver tux to us and we met them for exchange. We were told at time of pickup that tux needed to be returned between noon and 2pm on Sunday or there would be a $25 late fee accessed. Thank goodness tux fit fine. My son received two text messages Sunday morning reminding him to return tux. One message said between noon and 2pm other message said on Tuesday, which the others in the wedding party were told. Not knowing for sure what he needed to do we left Door county early Sunday morning, earlier than planned to return tux. Delivered on time. Disappointed in service and lack of follow through. Appreciated delivery of right tux, but not sure if any alterations were needed what we would have done.

I had a great time at Elegant Occasions picking out my wedding dress! They also were amazing at accommodating to me and my bridal party! Ashley did amazing choosing dresses that looked very close and/or were the exact ones that I sent her. After saying yes to my dress, I had time left during my appointment, so Ashley had my bridesmaids find their dresses, along with helping my mom find a mother of the bride dress! I am very impressed with Ashley, and Elegant Occasions as a whole, and would definitely recommend going there for your special day!

Elegant Occasions did a wonderful job at our appointment choosing bridesmaid dresses. Ashley pulled great choices and laid out the pricing and options very clearly. Everyone had a great time shopping and Ashley took care of most of the details within my group of girls, which was fantastic.The only reason I gave four stars instead of five, was because many of my girls ended up with dresses a few sizes bigger than what was needed resulting in higher alteration costs than necessary (but better too big, than too small!) This was slightly frustrating as bridesmaids pay so much to stand up in a wedding to begin with.Aside from that detail, I was impressed with the shopping appointment and customer service provided.

The staff is amazing! I worked with Amanda and we had to work through the craziness of covid. She made it so easy to get everything taken care of. Also worked with Jaime for getting tuxes for the guys and her knowledge on the tuxes and suits is amazing. Totally recommend.

I had a great experience finding my wedding dress at Elegant Occasions! My appointment was with Ashley, who is so kind and extremely helpful! She answered all of my questions and was wonderful to work with. Ashley also assisted all of my bridesmaids in finding their dresses, along with my mother in finding a mom dress. It was great that the same stylist was able to work with all of us in finding our dresses, the consistency really made things a lot less stressful!

I would absolutely recommend the luxury sweet if you want your experience to be one of a kind and not rushed! Our conaultant Ashley was truly incredible and made myself and my bridesmaids feel comfortable and confident in our choices. She had plenty of knowledge and an enormous amount of kindness. So this compared to Davids bridal is so much better. You get your own private room to showcase the beautiful bride to be. The consultant I believe her name was Ashley was AmAzIng! She even went above and beyond to have a mannequin dressed in suit the colors that our bride was talking about for the groom/groomsmen. Ive never experienced this before and would recommend 100% for any bride to be.... Only downfall dresses start at over 1,000, but even at other places dresses Ive seen are around 800 and up so really not that bad comparing. I feel like their dresses had a lot more shimmer and shine.

I had a wonderful experience here! My stylist Ashley was so great! She listened to what I was looking for and made my visit so easy. She had several dresses waiting for me when I arrived. I ended up buying the second dress she had me try! The boutique is large with a wide variety of dresses. We were set up in our own suite so it was nice and private! 2 of my close friends had also found their dress here! I will forever recommend Elegant Occasions to anyone and everyone!❤

I had the most amazing experience at Elegant Occasions. I worked mainly with Amanda, but Karen helped me as well! I originally found my dress at a different bridal salon, but I contacted Amanda because I knew that I wanted to buy from Elegant Occasions. They were so helpful in helping purchase the dress of my dreams. Being a 2020 bride, I had to reschedule my wedding and they were more than happy to accommodate me and my alteration appointments! I was hesitant on buying a dress as I live out of town and was worried about the need for alterations. However, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.Ashley started out by showing us all the dresses she had picked for me and I was pleasantly surprised. The very first dress was the one I ended up leaving with. Off the rack! It fit like a glove. It’s like she knew what I wanted before I did! The whole process from start to finish was more than I could have asked for. Ashley was so patient and helpful. I’m so very glad I got the chance to work with her!

Jazmine did absolutely amazing! She started working with me and a few of my bridesmaids after I started looking for the perfect dresses for them. She stayed with me and made sure all my questions were answered, including helping me figure out that just right shade of dark blue I wanted. Im working with Elegant Occasions for my September 2020 wedding. Ordered a bridal gown, bridesmaid dresses, and Tuxes through them. The level of communication and clarity is unmatched. Theyve been awesome to work work with. Ive specifically met and placed orders with Ashley and Nichole and also messaged back and forth with Greta. All wonderful ladies and extremely knowledgeable. They made everything so easy and Im beyond impressed! :-)

I went in for my first alterations appointment a couple weeks ago! From setting up my appointment to walking out the door was easy and simple! I worked with both Karen and Amanda throughout my appointment!! And I cant thank them both enough for all their help!I was very nervous for my appointment and from the time I got there Amanda was smiling and very welcoming! She explained how the appointment was going to go and was very detailed about everything! Karen came in and worked her magic to start seeing how it needed to be altered!! During the whole thing both of them were very funny and made great conversation (which eased the nerves)!! Even when I had a dumb question they both gave great suggestions for what I could try!Karen and Amanda were a dream to work with!! I am very happy with my first fitting!! They are both so kind and had a friendly personality! Very very pleased!!

Katrina was an amazingly helpful.Not only during my appiintment, but also was in contact with me before and after. She took all of my thoughts and my familys opinions and was able to find the perfect dress. We had different ideas on belts...etc and she was right there with us showing different ideas. They should have lighter gown for summer and outdoor weddings

If I could give more than 5 stars, I surely would! I live in the Chicago area, and my daughter (the bride) was looking for a very particular dress. We found it locally, but the cost was so prohibitive, that we were really discouraged. Then I found Elegant Occasions! It was a 3 hour drive north for us, but worth every minute! They had the dress to try on (in a different color) and were so very kind and helpful for the entire process! They had the dress shipped directly to us, for hundreds less than the bridal stores here wanted, and it came weeks earlier than promised! We really couldnt be happier with the pricing, service, and selection. These people really care about their customers- you wont be sorry if you choose to work with them.

Ashley was super energetic and was willing to grab or find anything I was interested in trying on. She went out of her way to find multiple dress options and even presented some of my favorites with the tux color and bridesmaid dress color just to see how it all fit together. With her being so prepared we definitely were able to make the most of our 90 minute appointment!

Walked in had an idea of what I wanted met with Ashley and she got me dresses to try one had a couple I thought I liked then she grabbed one had me try it on and feel In love 😍 she listened to the things I liked about the dress & things that I didn’t and put it together and found my dream dress! I came in as a walk in, my consultant was Katrina, she was very welcoming, she greeted us with a smile and asked questions that made me feel like a person and not a customer. Jazmine assisted me and my party, and was so sweet and patient as I tried to determine exactly what I was looking for while staying in my budget. We all felt very welcomed and well taken care of! The way elegant occasions handled covid-19 safety was very professional and I could tell they took ours and their employees safety seriously.

I had the best time at Elegant Occasions! Ashley T did an amazing job finding me the dress I love. I was worried at first but she found the style that looked best on me and made sure I was comfortable with everything! She was very welcoming and made my dress shopping experience excellent! I couldn’t be happier with my experience. She went above and beyond to make me an example of a tux with my colors and found my sister a bridesmaid dress to try on so that we could see how our dresses look together with the tux! I had such a great time! Thank you so much!

Ashley was wonderful to work with! Shes super helpful and knowledgeable of what they have in their store. I really enjoyed working with her and found my perfect wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses.

Nicole (store manager) was very rude and unprofessional. She messed up sizes 3 times and Never apologized once. She made it very stressful and many people were unhappy in the wedding party. Drove all the way there to get fitted and she practically pushed us out the door, when she scheduled the fitting times! Then called me and asked me to measure myself the day before the wedding and she still messed up sizes!! 7inches to big in waist and 4inches too short. Not a small mistake! Very unsatisfied and overpriced, what a joke!! Do not pay all in advance if you do choose them, but I recommend finding another place where they actually care about customer service.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Amanda was a great help with any concerns I had and was able to reach out to her after business hours as well. They worked with my bridesmaids and even advised they could order if we got the style number.

Ashley was so great to work with for my first appointment to try on wedding dresses! We had so much fun with her and she helped me narrow down so many beautiful dresses so I could figure out the right dress for me. Sadly, I didnt end up finding the perfect dress for me at EO. I wouldve loved to have gotten it there though because of my experience working with Ashley! I had found a very close second there to the dress I ended up choosing in the end at another bridal shop not in the area. It really only came down to a coulple small details between the dresses that I figured out I loved a bit more and if my budget had allowed me to have two beautiful dresses, I would have gotten the one I found at EO too! I definitely recommend working with Ashley for your wedding attire needs!

Ashley was helpful and patient as I tried to decide which dress to choose. She even brought in a sample bridesmaid dress and tux in the colors I wanted to show how they would look with the subtle shades of the wedding dresses. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

I worked with Ashley at Elegant Occasions. When I scheduled an appointment to try on wedding dresses, she started by texting back and forth with me to try and find exactly what I was looking for. We shared photos of dresses back and forth as well. This helped her to pull dresses when I came in for my first appointment. She continued to send me photos of new dresses and then helped me a second time in my quest for “the dress”. She has been extremely helpful in both looking for the perfect dress and in person when I have come into the store. I would highly recommend working with Ashley and the staff at Elegant Occasions.

I went through Elegant Occasions for my bridal gown, bridesmaids dresses, and tuxes for the groom/groomsmen. Nichole has been extremely helpful and professional when helping us order our tuxes and provides very thorough instructions! She is also very quick to respond to any questions via email. I came to elegant Occasions looking for my wedding dress. Ashley was great! She got ahold of me few days before my appointment, just to see what my style was and what I liked.
