This Menards Has Everything You Need Staff Are Friendly And Helpful At Checkouts And In All Areas Of The Store. Everything Is Clean. Great Location And I Have Had No Complaints.

Horrible customer service. We walked around and spoke to 3 different employees looking for two very specific items. The first employee said I cant help Im just a clerk and walked away. The second one said, well they would probably be in the garden center. I replied we looked there but couldnt find them. To which he replied, well then they would probably be back in one of these aisles over here gesturing to the entire middle part of the store. Didnt offer to help find them, tell us exactly where they might be, or anything else. If I wanted to walk around the store aimlessly I would have just continued what I was doing without asking for help. The third employee said the exact same thing as the second. What a waste of time. My business will be going online now, and they wonder why Amazon is crushing brick and mortar businesses. Horrible customer service.

We only came for a short while because the wife had a doctors appointment. But my 2 year old son had a blast when he found a tub of plastic dinosaurs. So he was pretty happy

Just stopped in with a friend who had her list to pick up. Found a few great bargains of my own.

I got what I was looking for a new bird feeder and new Christmas lights

If you took home depot and added like a million items.....you still couldnt hold a candle to Menards! They have the best selection of grade 8 bolts and nuts I have seen in years.

Had to order a boiler system at wausau Menards. Of course a women in a mans world. BUT. I met Kyle in the plumbing department. I must thank him again for a great experience. He worked with the list I needed. I do appreciate all the time you spent with me. It seems like things will start arriving in a couple of days already.Thanks so much Kyle

I went to Menards yesterday and they basically have everything you need, I got to stock up on some household items and snacks. Normally, they would tell me I have to bag my own items after purchase, but thanks to a very nice cashier Jacob, he bagged all my items and loaded them onto my cart for me and he had a very pleasant attitude that made my shopping experience nice.

MENARDS is always awesome and the selection of products they have is great and the Employees are really helpful.

Had to pick up weatherproofing stuff ended up looking for window clings. The two employees were wonderful and so helpful and the one gentleman I dont remember the name but I love his English accent and he was so friendly personable made me feel right at home. Keep hiring those great employees Menards you got my business for sure. OH the window clings Look Marvelous I highly recommend it for anyone with an odd window they cant put curtains on

Staff are available and usually friendly and knowledgeable. If you shop their ads and use your rebates there are some real deals to be found. Would like to see more American-made products though.

Menards wausau is nice! Pretty good prices Id recommend over home Depot down the road

This is our least favorite Menards location. Picked up a special order last week and asked for assistance at front desk for the rebate certificate. The person working the desk said no because I don’t have access to you email. When I asked for the Manager, she said she was.In the past, I’ve emailed the information to them and they willing print. This example of their poor customer service/ attitude is typical and why we try to avoid shopping here! We picked up our latest Vanity top at Lowe’s and love their stores.

I greatly appreciate the measures Menards has taken toward the pandemic. Besides mandating that everyone wear a mask, they disinfect the card reader after every customer checks out. In addition though, when I needed to find something in the store, associates were easy to find and knowledgeable as to where their products were. Will definitely continue to shop at Menards Wausau.

Menards pretty much has it all. If you cant find it there; you dont need it. At this time in history its nice to see a place sticking to its guns and enforcing a mask policy to help prevent the spread of a virus that a lot of idiots believe theyre safe from.

All the tools I have bought here have worked flawlessly! This is not the issue. I had a rude cashier who immediately snapped at my coworker and me considering masks. I will in the future bring my business elsewhere.

Worked many years for Home Depot at the pro desk found Me nards to offer so much more but the help in the store could use more training on product knowledge!

Customer service here is absolutely horrible. Used to shop here all the time and it has consistently gone down fast. Employees are down right rude.

If youre not muzzle they will chase you down and threaten you. Explain that when I was a kid I was abused and I would be forced to wear a ball gag. Which causes me to have panic attacks when wearing a mask. They dont care

I love the variety. I can get things there I cant find other places. But I give it a 4 because they only have 2 electric carts and there isnt always a cart for me to use. Then my husband has to go in and get what I want and I have to wait in the car. Frustrating for the both of us.

Expect to wait at the building counter! Three employees behind the building counter this morning. Two sitting down visiting. One older gentleman helping customers. Four customers waiting to be helped. Two employees right around the corner in the Pick Up area with no customers. Finally another employee came behind the counter and started helping customers.Saw at least 5 other employees stocking shelves, cleaning, etc. Not 1 said hi or offered to help. I stopped 1 and asked for help. She sent me to the other end of the store. I was seriously 1 row from what I was looking for.Checkout line was quick and cashier was friendly. Thank you for that!

Hey folks. Just to let you know Menards doesnt care if you have health issues and cannot wear a mask full time! Also, they should educate their employees of the meaning of bio hazards.

Clean store, friendly staff but damn yall got inventory carts all over.. hard to get through with a wheelchair or Cart.

In and out at a great price.

Went for a couple things and got flowers, strawberries, wheelbarrow, and a off the ground garden with greenhouse. Great place.

I go there when I need to but usually Home Depot or Fleet Farm have me covered. I’d recommend trying them first.

Typical Menard with cheap stuff when you first enter and looked for a shelf for my bathroom...glad they had the 11% rebate. Store could use more people and the checkout took awhile.

Selection still good, but some areas need improvement, especially with customer service.

Pool area had alot of broken plaster and dirty windows.Some dirty carpet in hallways.Food was great.Room nice.

Always have what I need at a good price. People are friendly and helpful as well.

Love Menards and often call it my favorite place (half serious about that). I mean they have everything. Its their employees that bug me. The paint people seem like they hate their jobs for one. And while I understand the mask mandate, I watch my pulse/oxy carefully for my heart condition. I literally took my mask down over my nose at the checkout for a few seconds before being scolded by a passing employee. Like really? I cant even get a 5 second break? I always wear the mask when I come there (and literally Im here every week for renovation stuff). I would like to be cared about as a valued costumer and not scolded like Im some child breaking moms rules. Customer service training would benefit this location a lot.

The employees in the paint department at Wausau are horrible. For someone who just wants to go to a store and shop... I dont need to hear employees hooting and hollering about their political affiliations, an election and hating politicians. I could watch social media for that. Further, one of the gals working was not very nice to another customer asking a question! I will never go back! Ill give all my business to Fleet Farm and Home Depot.

Weve been doing some home improvements and typically my trips to Menards are pleasant. Unfortunately, Saturdays visit not so much. My questions about paint apparently were bothersome to the lady who was helping me. Hopefully, I can avoid her in the future.

Gina was excellent. After looking through various departments, she was able to locate the product I was looking for (a portable fire pit) which was hidden behind other products. She was very customer oriented.

They always have the things I need and the workers are very informative.

Its a nice place to shop, but one of the employees I asked for help acted as if I was bothering them. The other was very nice.

I couldn’t pass up some of the deals today on their landscaping supplies. I am a sucker for a flower too. I always go in here for a few basic things and almost always walk out with a full cart of must-haves.

Menards has gotten into a comfort zone with the virus restrictions, I go there several times a week and Ive never seen anyone without a mask its very comforting. glad they finally went to having regular sales again though.

Menards is always an enjoyable visit; I like to explore and get good exercise just looking around. They mostly have everything I go there for and have masked, friendly staff. Safe place to shop.

I absolutely commend Menards for making their workers and customers wear masks during the uncertain time of Covid-19. They are taking steps to protect their workers and customers. Looking at other locations and seeing not a single person wearing a mask is scary, and if I ever need to shop, I know I’m much safer at Menards. I know it’s been hard to please everyone with the new protocol, but a lot of people think you are doing wonderful things!

They dont provide any service and sell the cheapest junk on the market.

Menards is a great place to shop. Its also one of my favorite stores, I can just go in it and look around and always have fun!

The employees are very helpful, and knowledgeable. This is very welcome, as I am a novice at home improvement, and ask advice on things I am unfamiliar with, if that particular employee does not know the answer, they dont blow smoke up your #&*^!, they find something who can answer your question, or give you good advice.

Menards has the best selection by far in this city for building, house repair, etc. Sure, they have a ton of products that are not the highest quality, but they are priced appropriately. I have bought many items there and gotten expected results. Wide range of products, wide range of prices, helpful staff, I will be back. 4 instead of 5 because they could be a little more discerning about keeping what they carry a little higher quality. Overall, I recommend.

Love this place. They have everything you need for any project. Even things you wouldnt expect a Home improvement/ Contractor supply store to have. Some below average prices on certain items, even cheaper than walmart in some cases. One of my favorite stores.

Extremely horrible customer service, nobody was willing to help. They were more worried about masks then their customers. I will never set foot in a Menard’s again. I got amazing customer service at Home Depot.

You can get a good quality belt sander from here, blonde in the power tool section was very helpful. Still have to wear a mask here.

Incredibly sad for a proud American store to start treating people with such prejudice and discrimination. Not only are the managers and employees unaware of the entire governors mandate but also completely ignorant on any CDC regulations. Extremely sad to see this down slide.

Good prices and they give extra deals all the time

I just stopped there sunday. I complied with their mask policy. I went to the paint dept and wanted to ask about some stain. I had to adjust my mask and was just about to ask her my question. She said SIR YOU HAVE TO KEEP THE MASK ON. I stumbled my question and just said I wasnt taking it off. I told her i was just adjusting it. She was to worried about people and masks than answering my question as she said it she turned and ignored me. I just walked out. Enough is enough with this mask B.S.

I was forced to buy a mask and if I did not I was asked to leave that is dictatorship right there I like Menards because they had good deals but I shouldnt be forced to do something in order just to shop there. Im probably going to go to Fleet Farm or Home Depot or Lowes until I find out that you dont need a mask to wear anymore at Menards sorry Menards but you took it way too far

David was of GREAT assistance today as we planned a deck.He was very patient with us, gave us good pros and cons about our options in our project.He provided a detailed deck plan and a complete list of material and supplies we would need. David took the time to show us where the items were located. We really appreciate his knowledge in the construction area of this Menards store. Thanks again David !!

Good selection of decent quality home improvement items

In store was fine... outside loading needs help....3+ guys to find a pallet of cement powder....

The lady at the service desk was spectacular. Helpful, nice, and polite.

Had trouble finding help. Product I wanted, panel is 50 inches long trim cap pieces are 24. That means 2 joints every panel for possible leaks but a 10 foot faux concrete piece is an alternative. Sales had no answer why such a short trim cap.So after purchasing 4 4x8 printed panels, found while installing panels do not have straight edge on long side. What should have been an easy job was made hard because of bad edge on panels. 1/4 inch belly in middle of panel left gaps top and bottom.
