Purchased a remote start from Auto Trim. After it was installed, the trunk pop stopped working and the car began shutting off when trying to operate it. We made an appointment to take it back in to have it looked at since it was not functioning as it should and was under warranty. We also decided since we had the appointment, to downgrade to a 1 button, versus the 4 button we purchased. We were then charged for this visit. Not only should it have been under warranty, but we downgraded to a cheaper package. We called multiple times to discuss this cost with Paul and to explain our frustrations at paying for something under warranty. When we finally got hold of him after calling and calling, the phone call ended by him hanging up on us. After reading many Google Reviews, apparently hanging up on disgruntled customers is a practice for them. Please read through all reviews on FB and Google before making the decision to not work with Auto Trim.

Auto Trim tinted both side and rear windows of my car. The tint improves the looks of the car and seems decent quality. However, I did notice some bubbling on one of the windows. Since they have a lifetime warranty on their tint jobs, I was able to take my car in and have that window re-tinted for free. Fantastic warranty, I just wish they wouldve done it right the first time.

Awesome people and service. Got me in the same day and fixed my window tint. I cant say enough good about these people! I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend them to anyone else looking to upgrade their car or truck!

I own Missies Beverage Service we provide mobile bar service for wedding and events & we went to Auto Trim and Sign to have our van done. Mike offered a great design service! Very professional and we will be having our new trailer lettered by them in the near future. Great service and finished product. I give them my highest recommendation.

Got full tint on our Cruze done there a few years ago and just this week, got the fronts done on our new truck. Great service every time. The guy that did the tinting even skipped his lunch break to do our truck because he knew I didnt have a ride and was waiting for it. I also picked Pauls brain about window visors and graphics and he was very polite and knowledgeable. We will be back for more goodies for our vehicles!! Thanks again!

Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Never was told by Audrey the $100 is nonrefundable. Asked for her to review witg manager who was suppose to call me back..never did..followed up again the following week and spoke with Paul. I asked why his staff doesnt inform clients it will be non refundable...he said we pre cut the tint....so apparenrly Im suppose to know this?? He did offer me in-house credit...which at this point, why would I ever want to take me vehicle there after this...he also said he could give me the pre cut tint. Asked him again why his staff doesnt inform clients of this..couldnt give me a straight answer, then he hung up.

Had remote start installed on a new vehicle and when I got it back the battery wouldnt hold a charge, the stereo does not work anymore and part of the dash is broken. Took paul to small claims and he never paid
