We have been shopping flooring here for 25 years. Always have had good service and quality. To make a long story short we bought vinyl planking here a few months ago for entry, dining, kitchen and hall. We had our own installers put it in. We should have known something was up when we ran to get another box and they told us it was last one as they were switching to something else in future. Well within a couple weeks our floor seams were coming apart. Contractor came back and tried to fix. Then I called Bob at Carpet City. After looking it over he said it was a manufacturing error. They no longer carry product because of spotty product.Well Bob made it right as much as they could. I upgraded to better product but Carpet city installed and it is beautiful. Yes it stunk to have to pull trim and reinstall but the results are gorgeous floors that we will love for many years.Thank you Carpet City for standing behind your products and making it right when there is a problem

Dealt with Bob Dickman at this location. Bob was extremely helpful and patient while I was deciding on product. Every time I came into the store, he greeted me with a hi Barb. Very personal and I like that. I was quite comfortable dealing with Bob and trusted him explicitly. He then had Seth come to my house for the install. Another great experience. I am most pleased with the service and the workmanship on my home.

When building a new home there are always a few unexpected glitches but Alex at Carpet City handled them like a true professional and we were very happy with the outcome. They did all of our flooring and it looks fantastic!

Alex came out on a Saturday after work to measure for our carpeting. He was able to get our bedroom carpet laid a couple weeks sooner than initially estimated because it was in stock and just one room. It was done well and cleaned up nicely. We are very happy!

My in-laws purchased LVT from Carpet City and had them install it from entry through kitchen and dining room with wonderful results. They are very satisfied with the product and sales experience and the installer did a great job.

We chose Carpet City to tile and install our remodeled master and guest bathrooms. All of our friends and guest rave about the new bathrooms. The selection of tile is great. Install took a little longer than expected due to scheduling conflicts with the installer, but in the end it was worth the wait.

Had an order of $3200 from Carpet City was shorted a roll of padding with my order . Had to beg them multiple times to get it delivered was promised it would be taken care of and never was had to call again. I am very disappointed with their customer service. There prices are good but DO NOT PAY YOUR BILL IN FULL BEFORE DELIVERY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
