Becca (aka the Rug Queen) is the best! She was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely kind to us when we went in for a sectional. She showed us everything on the floor without being ‘sales-y’. She answered all of our questions and didn’t pressure us to make a purchase the same day. We came back a few days later and got what we wanted today. Morgan helped us. She was also very kind and sweet. Love this place. We visited all of the furniture stores before settling on a purchase and HOM Furniture has the best deals in town. The customer service is unmatched and staff don’t see you as just a commission.

Trisha ( the salesperson in Wausau) did a great job. She spent time with us and was patient with our questions and any changes we made to our order. Looking forward to getting our furniture. The 12 weeks it will take to get our items seems long— but not as long as some other furniture stores. If our purchase is as well made as what was in the showroom, we will be very satisfied.

There is a wide selection of reclining furniture. The salesman was helpful, informative and friendly. Unlike the other 2 big box I stopped at earlier they had stock available that didnt require a 14 week lead time.

Beautiful store! Donny was our salesman and he was extremely helpful! We went shopping for patio furniture and were able to order from the store with pick up in about a week. The store has a lot to offer aside from furniture. There are rugs, home decor, and more. I would love to go back and check it out with no kids and more time 😁. The pricing was good and comparable with online stores.

Usually when we make a big purchase on anything, we spend a long time going to multiple stores before making a purchase. But we were so happy with our last couch and our daughters bed and mattress that we bought a few months ago, HOM Furniture was our first and only stop when we needed a loveseat. Went to look at bedsets and mattresses 40 minutes before close. Two sales associates saw us, one of them even walked right by us, and neither offered assistance. Youd think that with the mall closing theyd step up their game to make a profit. We went to a different store in the area just an hour before and were greeted with a smile and immediate help. Well be spending our money at the store with people that care.

My sales consultant, Paris Smith-Walker, was phenomenal. The delivery guys were very very nice and very professional. However I got the wrong color of couch but I am keeping the one I got because I like that one too. I will definitely shop at this store again

The store itself is attractively laid out and well organized. We were easily able to find the locally-manufactured bedroom set in which we were interested. The sales rep, Don Stepanik, was quite helpful over our several visits and various email exchanges.

Bed broke a week in. Beautiful bed. Bad design, worse customer service. The tech “rushed” our replacement parts. Warranty department cancelled that insisted on a full replacement. That never happened and we received the parts 2 months later, leaving us to sleep on the floor for over two months. That was our first and last purchase we HOM Furniture. The only reason there is two stars instead of one is because it is a beautiful bed.

Tricia was very easy to deal with and very friendly and knowledgeable. I spent $1400 so she must have done something right. I would highly recommend this furniture store just because of my experience with her was so pleasant today. Thank you, Tricia. I will definitely be seeing you again soon.

Went there to have a look & price out a replacement pillow, couldnt find any salespeople to help me while there (the store was basically empty of anyone, shoppers and sales floor folks for that matter), after maybe 15 to 30 minutes of looking (and waiting for someone to actually come & assist me) i finally had to give up & leave. unfortunate, as HOM is really the only store i can access without an expensive cab ride to rib mountain. would give them five stars if it werent for that one glaring fault.

My experience with sales consultant Michael Gregg at the Wausau Hom Furniture was so outstanding that I am literally anxious to fill out a 5 Star review as soon as I got to my vehicle. It can be so stressful when you go shopping at a furniture store, including this one which I have been to many time before also but finally in all my years I have had that shopping experience that has exceeded my expectations! Michael did all the correct greetings and pleasantries that he should but then this time it became comfortable. We ended up spending almost 2 hours there. We had come in just looking for a ceiling light and because of how at ease I was with him I needed up shopping for multiple rooms for my home that we are remodeling. He has also set in motion the plans for the next rooms for full sets of furnishings. Michael is obviously not one that wants to brag on himself but he is your hidden gem amongst others trying very hard but not coming across authentic, which is not a dig, it’s hard I’m just saying please appreciate these great associations when you are rare enough to be blessed to have them. Great job Michael!!! We will tell all our friends!

Only half my order showed up and when I called I spoke to the store manager Mitch and he said oh well and that I should just calm down . Best customer service will never be said about them. Worst experience ever. So I guess it wasnt a covid issue after all. Shocker. Let me ask you would you allow anyone who was rude and disrespectful in your home . My husband picked up the table on Saturday and the glass insert doesnt fit, sent email on Wednesday and still havent heard back. What a waste of time and money.

We have purchased a custom sectional and I couldnt be happier! The quality is beyond expectation. There was unfortunately a delay in the delivery that exceeded the estimated time. I was credited the cost of the Ottoman and received free white glove delivery. Customer service was exceptional! We recently purchased a second small space sectional for our basement. We got an amazing deal on a very good quality piece. Highly recommend working with Clem Kunda, the Sales Manager.

He was a very genuine man and very friendly.... NOT PUSHY AT ALL!! We feel excited for our purchase to arrive soon. We are in the market to purchase bedroom sets for ourselves later down the road this year, and when we do, the HOM store will be our first stop, and we will insist on working with Mike again. Thank you so much again miss Schuelke for another wonderful experience beginning to end. My opinion the best and most patience customer service loved it and cant wait to visit again.

It all seemed fine in July when we ordered the bedroom set and were told it would be delivered at the end of August or early September. However, that date did not happen and were told it would be delivered in October and then finally November, but one piece, the dresser, would not be in until February but we received it this week, 9 December 2020. We were told all these delays are due too the covid which has seemed to be the catch all excuse for every thing these days. This is really what upsets me thoughWhen we went to put the bed together the center support legs were three inches short and had no adjustment therefore, not really supporting any thing. I called the warranty department and explained what the issue was and was told that they could send a technician out to look at the problem or send replacement parts. Since I have assembled many a beds in my day, including this one I was confident I could replace the legs with out a problem and opted to have the legs sent to me. I was told they would get them outto me however when I called this morning to check on the status of the replacement legs I was told that it had been determined by HOM that the bed had been assembled incorrectly. I am not sure who determined that or when that was determined or weather it was marked as resolved so last month could be closed. If standard protocol is to have a technician come out prior to sending replacement parts that should have been communicated instead of the option of sending parts.

Best prices in town! Delivery as promised, I am very happy with my purchases. (Couch, ottoman, recliner, throw pillows). Staff are very helpful & not pushy - they are also willing to help other staff with questions.

Although the price was good I won’t be purchasing here ever again. I went to the store on a Friday and waited 15 minutes by the couches. No one talked to me. I walked the store looking for a sales person and couldn’t find one so I left. When I returned Saturday I was helped but halfway through my discussion the sales person had someone wanting an expensive mattress so I was pushed aside for a bit. Those people ultimately left in the end without making a purchase. Once I had everything figured out it was time for entry of my items which apparently took forever because the wrong product numbers were written down. Then the lady who took over for financing didn’t smile - not once! She just scowled the entire time making me feel really unimportant and like an inconvenience. Finally I have it all set for delivery. Delivery day comes ... my furniture order was wrong! They had entered two left facing pieces of my sectional, the ottoman was missing and “not yet ready at the warehouse” even though it was in stock at order time... so now I have half a couch and it’s been two days without any word on when the other half will be here.

This is a beautiful store... Mitch my salesman was kind and very helpful. Cant wait to get my new sofa!
