Excellent knowledgeable staff and very friendly. Went in there for the first time to purchase shoes for my daughter. All of the staff members including the owner were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful to my daughter. They definitely earned repeat customers with us.

I took my daughter here to get here first skateboard. The staff was very professional and courteous, and gave us lots of options at different price points. Selection was great, and we even bought shoes that we were unable to find elsewhere. We will be back...and thanks for the positive experience!

Easily the best skate/snow shop to ever exist.

Excellent customer service! Ive been in the store a few times before with my snowboarding buddies and even though Im a skier, the employees were super chill and obviously knowledgeable about the gear and sports their store specializes in. I recently got into longboarding and bought a longboard from their site yesterday -- and it showed up this morning! (Im 60 miles away, so it saved me a trip to Wausau and the shipping was fast and free!) Absolutely thrilled with the longboard so far and Im sure Ill be spending more money here in the future. Id give 10 stars if I could!

I ordered a set of hard to find Burton Step On bindings and boots from Central Board Shop. When I picked them up, the staff was super helpful and polite explaining how to use this system and had me try it out in the store. They made sure I understood everything about what I was buying and helped me carry the boxes out to the car. Great overall customer experience and truly a pleasure to deal with.

Absolutely amazing! My step-on boots had not yet arrived for snowboarding tomorrow and the owner had helped me so much! out of my 7 years of snowboarding not one person has recommended to angle both bindings outwards. Please invest in this establishment you will not be disappointed.

I went in yesterday to get some shoes for my daughter. They didn’t sell kids shoes but they did have clothes her size she was happy about. I got her a nice hooded sweatshirt and myself a pair of shorts that fit perfectly. I’m going back for more today they fit so well. They have quality brands and even a large selection of sale items. I like this store because they sell clothes that are different from the boring stuff you find at the mall and it’s privately owned. The owner and clerk were incredibly friendly and helpful. All in all it was a good experience and I would recommend this store to anyone who wants quality clothing and accessories that differ from what the rest of downtown has to offer.

Simply a sweet board shop. Everyone is welcoming and helpful and everyone boards so they are all up to date on the latest trends and tech. They all have ridden to the point where they know what gear will fit your style. Buying snowboards especially can be tough when youre spending that much money on something you cant ride or test, but their knowledge and experience will help you find what suits you best. They sell what they they like and only things they know are good. they do not stock items that arent fun to ride so that when they sell you a board they know that youll be ready to shred and have fun on quality equipment you can trust. Their selection is excellent with the latest offerings from well known manufacturers. I cant emphasize enough how helpful everyone is trying to figure out what suits you best. It is fantastic to have a shop like this in central Wisconsin. I will definitely be going back for whatever else I may need.

Nice guys, good selection at good prices. Theres a capacity limit right now so expect to have to call them when youre standing outside the door bc itll be locked if they are at capacity which equates to 5 people total.

This is a really fun store, everyone there is kind and great to talk with. I dont skate much anymore, but if you do they have a lot great products that you can actual see and touch. I went in with a few questions about the snowboard I plan on buying this season. I have not bought one in about 5-7 years. The staff brought me up to speed on whats on going since I last bought one. I was on the fence about Step on bindings, after a good talk I decided that is the way I will go. When I do I will definitely go back to them because of the great service I received. This place is amazing i recently started skating and wow these guys dont care about trying to get you to spend as much as you can they help you pick out or make a board that suits you. I will always go here if I need anything skateboarding there have 10/10 service.

I never expected to find such a place in central WI. Great selection mixed with a variety of sale items always leaves my bank account lighter whenever I visit. The staff are very helpful and willing to listen, while also never bothering one unless they want assistance.

New to longboarding and one of the staff helped me pick out some bearings. Even offered to help me change em if I needed it. Awesome little place to get some nice close with incredible prices, skate shoes, longboards, skateboards, etc. Would absolutely recommend a visit for anything skate/snowboarding related.

These guys know whats up! Our boards were hurting on the the hill so we googled snowboard shops near me and found Central Board Shop. They got us waxed up and back on Granite Peak in good time. Highly recommend for your snowboard needs. Very personable.
