This may not be everyone at the company but since he works for the organization thats how it goes. Mr. Matt Gallagher is unprofessional. The company is really lost at customer service. I will never purchase anything here again. Once my lease is up no more business with any of their organizations. I ordered a wrong part and wanted to exchange it for the correct one. They had me pay to ship it back and charged me a 20 percent restocking fee. I asked could it be overlooked in the interest of customer service since I am still purchasing the correct item. He reiterated the policy and never responded to my email after. When I call to check on the status of my return since it had almost been a month. They transferred me to his VM. He didnt return the call so after a day I called to check and he mentioned it should have been refunded yesterday. Where is the call to a customer? Where is the appreciation for business? How about showing customer you care about their hard earned money they spend with you.
I ordered boxes face masks on 2/1/20. Rocket Industrial sent me a message indicating that they did not have the items at that time, asking if I would like to cancel my orders. I choose to stay even not knowing if I will actually receive the face masks since some of my face mask orders got canceled due to the shortage in market. I kind of lost my hope. However, I did receive my orders after 2 weeks or longer. Thank you very much. This company really honor on what theyre doing.
