We were looking for a stain for our 7 year old treated deck & wanted to match a certain color. They showed us samples on different woods & found exactly what we wanted in the color. They stopped what they were doing & assisted us in a short period of time so we could be on our way. Very friendly & helpful. We love the stain.

I used their paint on a ceiling in one of our 5 bathrooms. The paint has peeled off and ruined the rolled plaster ceiling. The companies rep came out to the house to make excuses for their flawed paint. After discussing that i have 4 other bathrooms with similar ceiling surfaces with no peeling oaint issues, the rep said i coukd pick up paint and an oil base primer on the house. I came into the store when scheduled to find that nothing had been ordered or even schedule to be done. The cost of resurfacing my ceiling is the least of my frustration. The complete and total waste of my time is the worst.

I was looking for a product that I learned was discontinued. My very friendly and courteous store associate called the other store in town, and found exactly what I needed. The product was set aside for me. The associate at the other store was just as friendly and courteous.
