Super friendly and reliable. I got rear ended and this is where I was sent by the other persons insurance without really having a say in the matter but I’m beyond happy with the service I received. I’m moving out of state and needed the repairs done within five days, they had everything done within three and even vacuumed and cleaned out the inside of my car. Everyone that I spoke to was helpful and informative, it could not have been an easier process. Would highly recommend!
I called to set up an appointment to get an estimate and was told I needed to wait to get the estimate from the insurance company for them to see before they could schedule the appointment. I asked them what bearing the estimate would have on their estimate. Explained that American Family offered to do the estimate from photos and that is was not required. They insisted they needed to see that estimate regardless. Well I see that as unprofessional way to do it. My issue being that they could change there pricing based on Amfams numbers. The damage is not going to change, it is what it is. If you are have set prices why would the insurance companies numbers matter. So, I told them I would be calling other places. They just hung up. I would not even consider a business that works this way, I believe it indicates a dishonest, inflexible way of doing business.
I called to have the front end of my Lexus IS250 redone along with some possible framework, so not just light repairs. The woman I spoke to was unbelievably rude to me for no reason. She said they do the repairs I was asking about, then implied I couldn’t afford them. If I couldnt afford these repairs I wouldn’t be calling to have them done. She continued by stating she “didn’t think she could help me.” She then laughed, and proceeded to hang up on me. Throughout the entire conversation I was patient and polite enduring her rude remarks. This is the lowest quality customer service I have ever received from an auto shop. I didn’t get a chance to work with the mechanics, hopefully they hire someone more respectful to answer their phones. I wonder how many other people she disrespected or turned away for no apparent reason. I’ve never taken the time to write bad review but if I could give zero stars for this I would. Completely unprofessional and extremely disrespectful.
After being rear-ended, I took my car here for repairs. They made the process clear and easy for someone like me who had never had to deal with damage from an accident. They took me through timeline of the whole process, thoroughly explained the breakdown of costs, and were open to all my questions. I was happily surprised to find that they cleaned my car, inside and out, after the repairs, which Im very thankful for.
Very great customer service. They fixed everything as promised and made my car new again like the day I bought it. They stand behind their words. There was an issue with the AC in my car I brought it back to them to check it out free of charge. I would bring my car back if I ever need maintenance work. I 100% recommend this auto shop to others as well.

They did such a nice job fixing up some minor damage to my car, and it was very affordable. Not only that, when I picked up my car it had been cleaned top to bottom, inside and out. I would definitely go back there for any auto body needs!
After getting into a minor accident, I was not looking forward to dealing with a body shop. Though my insurance website - Milwaukee Collusion Service Carstar was on top of the list and local to me. I sent an email after closing time on a Friday. later that evening I received a call. knowing that they were closed I was planning on setting up a drop off on Monday. The person that called said she was still working on paperwork at the office and offered to stick around if I wanted to drop it off tonight and keep it in the garage. She was already there 2 hours after they closed and still offered this was just the start of their customer service. She was very helpful when I arrived. Since they have a partnership with my insurance company (ERIE) they could expedite the process since they have adjusters in-house. This alone saved a step. I didnt have to work on getting multiple quotes. Insurance pays them directly. Easy for me, I didnt have to worry about $$$, I just have to sit back and wait for the repairs. Once the adjust went over the car he invited me back and showed me the damage and what they need to do and how long it would take. I didnt have rental on my insurance. They had a shop car that they let me use free of charge for over a week. That was huge and saved me a couple hundred dollars. All of the people that I worked with were great. Friendly and transparent during the whole process. They answered all of my questions and even took me into the garage to show and explain every line item. Even showed me things that they looked at and checked out good. Once I received the car back, I noticed that they detailed the inside. It was like getting a new car back. They are a family owned business. Husband and wife were both working in the office. I would highly recommend them based on my experience. Nobody wants to get into an accident, nor have to deal with the aftermath. Milwaukee Collusion Service Carstar made it a pain-free experience.
Great place to go to have your car repaired! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and can answer any of your questions. Before you know it your car is back to new!

Could not recommend this group enough. They did an excellent job with our repair/bodywork, left the interior of the car cleaner than when we dropped it off, and went above and beyond every step of the way. Great communication as well throughout the whole process.
My repair was very satisfactory. Chris and Deb were courteous and tolerant to me and my anxiety about the required repairs.
