The store is good for the goods it carries. Otherwise service is extremely poor. I opened a red card and the associate had no clue how to go about it. After some coaxing from someone else still nothing came out of it as she finished with the transaction before approval process and asked us to wait for 10 days to get the card in the mail. I used a regular card to make the large purchase and when asked about the 5% rewards and how to claim it she had no clue. This is the first time ever that I have had extremely poor service when opening a new credit card.

Damaure, a cashier at the Target on 124th and Capitol, is the kindest, friendliest, most genuine employee I have come across in a very long time. My family seeks out his register when he’s working. If other registers were open and he had a long line, I would happily wait in his. He genuinely seems like he enjoys what he does. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

Quick service and friendly staff--Target continues to have the best drive-up service of all the big box stores. They respond quickly, they have your stuff ready to go, and youre in and out in under 5 minutes usually.

Always spend more then I anticipate. They always have everything I need for everyone in the family... Myself, my fiance, my two sons, my daughter. They have everything I need for my house.... Comforter sets, towels, pillows, toys for kids, clothes, pajamas, headphones for my fiance, feminine products, a pharmacy where I can get my sons diabetic supplies and even groceries. They even have a mini restaurant that sells hot food Incase we get hungry while shopping. And they have a starbucks. Its like a one stop shop. However the employees are always racially profiling me and my sister. One time the security guard made me scan my purse twice because he said he didnt SEE ME scan it the first time smh

I found what I was looking for and the pick up process was smooth.

Overall not very impressive.To make things worse, after getting home I realized that the cashier never placed two of my items in the bag. This is why I have begun to use the self checkout - which is disappointing as a customer. Why even hire cashiers.

Third time I have left this target and they have forgotten to put the bag of stuff I bought in my cart. I get home and realize I am missing two bags full of items. I called down to the store and they were apologetic. The lady then says I need to come get the stuff ( I already paid for ) tonight otherwise they will accidentally put it back on the shelves. She said if they do put it away to just go find it again in the store and bring it to customer service desk. I’m confused as to why they can’t just hold my items I bought till I can come back and get them tomorrow.

The person at the register was very patient and kind to the woman ahead of me in line. In fact a lot of the information about how to scan your items while shopping was completely new information for me and she was able to assist 2 guests at once, She explained the whole process of uploading the app and answered all of our questions patiently.

Quick polite service. Great prices. Customer service counter was a completely different experience than what I have at Walmart. Target knows how to get it right!!

Efficiency of the store, cleanliness of store and ability to find needed items quickly.

They always seem to have what I need and more. The check out staff always is always courteous. I go there often. At least once a week.

The drive up service is pretty solid. It’s relatively quick and they get things right on the order. It’s less great shopping inside. Sometimes it’s good, but there’s plenty of times when lines are long and it feels like they aren’t optimizing as well as they could.

I found my experience to be a welcomed ease. I didnt have much time. I found it easy to find everything I needed. That in which I couldnt I received assistance in obtaining. I find this to be the norm as whenever I shop at Target. Even when the store is packed. Theres always enough workers, and I dont find myself stuck in line. I enjoy doing my shopping at Target.

The store is an okay store. Items are typically available but the women under garment section is pretty unorganized. The store has a good dvd section if ur a movie fan. It also has lots of baby stuff and furniture. The hair dye section is pretty big and has lots of colors and brands. They have an alchol beverage section as well. The customer service is excellent

Employees were cranky and snapping at customers and each other. Management needs to do a much better job of taking care of employees. Its obviously a very stressful time and season, employees would not be behaving that way if management actually supported them. If management is stressed then the corporation needs to do a better job of supporting all their employees. Basically, employees need to be better taken care of, they cant help customers to the best of their abilities if they have no support from management.

I always love shopping at Target. Their app makes it fun. I ordered my items for curbside pick up, and boy are they fast! I parked, and my items were in the car seconds later.

Had the worst experience in ordering online and picking up the items in store. Online it states that your items will be ready in a 2 hour period. Once you place the order it holds the funds in your account until pick up then you are charge. Fully aware of this process. I go to the store because of course I forgot to add something and didn’t want to prolong my current order. I shop and at this time I am now at my 2 hour period. So I go to the customer service desk to ask for a ETA on my order to, then be informed that they are over a 100 orders in and have not started on my order. Now I have to wait 3 days for the funds to be released and the items that were on my list were not in store for pick up! I am highly disappointed in my experience shopping at this Target today. The manager had no resolution to the problem and no understanding for the inconvenience. My perception of him was that it was not his issue. The site should have a update when it’s behind on orders so people won’t waste time doing that and there needs to be a bigger team that can fulfill online orders. It’s the holiday staffing should account for the increase of shoppers.

With all the coldness, masks and distancing, I was assisted by a young woman who even helped me use the app on my phone .She was very patient, pleasant and kind. I was also pleased that the pickup products were well organized and finding my package was effortless. I would definitely do this again as it saved me time and really raised my opinion of Target customer service.

Convnient location good selection and prices

The store is very clean and I feel safe in light of Covid shopping here. Store representatives are visible cleaning cart handles. Hand sanitizer and extra face masks are in stock at the entryway. Store flow is good and there was plenty of space to maintain social distancing. Store also was well stocked with the items I was looking for, and shelves and endcaps were attractively and neatly displayed. The gentleman who checked me out was so pleasant and helpful. He even placed most of my bags in the cart for me. He was customer service oriented and it was evident that he enjoyed his work. He was efficient and an excellent Target representative.

Usually my go to target and I can find some items I need from there. My only issue is they really need to stock up around the electronic/photo isle. They never have Polaroid films stocked up.

Today was one of the worst experiences and my Sunday started off horribly because of it. First off, this Target never has enough Nachos Lunchables when they are on sale and it is very frustrating. Second, the coolers near the registers were not full and there was no Sprite or Diet Sprite or Diet 7up. Thirdly, there were no cashiers working. It was all self-checkout. When I plan to go grocery shopping on a Sunday morning and I have a lot of stuff self-checkout does not really work. It is a small area and takes too long. This was made worse when I asked and they said they did not have any morning cashiers. When I look around I saw at least 5 people doing nothing including a couple people at the return desk, with no customers in line, and 2 people chatting with a clipboard. It was exacerbated when I called from my car to ask for the store number but no one answered the phone. This was very disappointed. I should have taken it as a sign when I could not find my Target card this morning. I was going to call and replace it but after this morning I am not sure when or if I will return.

Because I was only there for an Eggnog Latte since McDonalds didnt have Eggnog shakes this Season. It didnt taste at all like eggnog, not even close. I am Lactose intolerant, but each year I will bego it just to have my 1 Eggnog shake from McDonalds. Starbucks never AGAIN. I paid $5.35 for sheer disappointment.

Fruit and vegetables taste really good and very affordable. I live closer to Whole Foods but will go to Target to get my fresh fruit and veggies.

Store policies differ from Corp policies. I was gifted items for my son’s birthday and went into make a return with a picture of the receipt and was told a physical receipt was needed. I contacted Corp before to make sure this would be okay and was told that the screenshot was okay as long as they can pull the receipt number and if I explained it was a gift. I planned on rebuying the items available online only (and so I could take advantage of my RedCard discount), but not anymore.

I wish I could select no stars, after todays experience. I purchased several items at this store on 5-30-19. I returned on 6-3-19 to the same store, and attempted to return 2 of the 7 items I purchased. I was never greeted or even acknowledged by the CS person, because she was too busy having a personal conversation with another employee. She returned one item, and said the second item was not on my receipt or even in their inventory. She talked to 3 people, and after 15 min. Of waiting around and each other and making their own conclusions, a second woman stated I never purchased the pants there. I asked how she came to that conclusion, and she stated she had checked the cameras. I question her seeing the pants on camera, and she stated she never did. That the cashier careful placed all items in my bag, including an item I never purchased, but rather price checked. The so called manager walked off, and left me talking after attempting to resolve this issue and understand how she would not see the items I purchased so clearly, except for the item I wanted to return. I did not take the item with out paying for it, and I never shop at any other target store. I will no longer do business with you, after experiencing a handful of worthless employees who degraded me and disrespected me by sarcastically wishing me a good day and laughing at me on my way out the door.

I really enjoy coming to Target. It is my favorite store. I also come there for everything . I am always mentioning Target to all of my family member because you guys are so awesome.

From the moment we stepped into the door everyone we had come in contact with at Target was very friendly. We do not get this at every Target all the time, and I know how difficult the holiday season can be in retail so I was very happy to be treated so wonderfully.

I was greated multiple times by staff with a hey or hello. My cashier was very friendly, he is quite old but still dapper and has as much energy as I myself which is 29 years old. The store is always stocked and very neat looking. It is the best target around the greater Milwaukee area.

Ive been shopping at this location due to a new job. Sometimes Im weary of starting to frequent a new location of a store I love. This is quite the opposite. The Customer Service is on point! Today I had to go back to Target because a cashier did not put an item I bought into my bag in the checkout line. What I was expecting to be a headache actually turned out to be a great final chapter to a weird situation. I have had nothing but helpful and VERY accommodating employee interactions. My first time in the checkout line and there was an elderly lady in a wheelchair in front of me, she had a very hard time reaching to the counter...BUT the cashier actually came around and helped her, took her money, and then came back around to hand her her receipt, items, and change. WOW was all I could think. What a great first experience. Im sure the people behind me just thought about how slow the line was moving, but for someone like me who has been in the service industry for years I was blown away. I even filled out the online survey, which Ive never done for any store, and I wrote this review. Some experiences are worth sharing and this is definitely one.

I give it 5 stars because my wife loves this place. Perhaps because of the great prices and lots of merchandise for the home and kids. Nothing exciting for me but they do have the cleanest shopping baskets Ive ever seen. So clean, Ive noticed they clean their shopping carts and floors too and better than most stores. I now compare other stores to Target to measure their level of cleanliness. Target is clearly on top!

Dont be fooled. Store is messy.Worst service for pick up ever!!!! They took my money but didnt say item was unavailable until after pick up i got email saying it sold out!! I was banking on the gift for my 4yr old bday gift. Then i asked for refund they didnt do it. They suggested it was not there fault. It was online so ot was target.com fault. Target .com blamed the store. No one wanted to refund for my item. They clearly took$ 13.49. And said no we didnt. Bank said otherwise. My bank gave my money back. So thnks for nothing target terrible

As of lately I’ve been less than pleased with this location. Seems like every time I visit there’s a decline in the stores upkeep and customer service.

Our cash rep, he is always a delight. I wish I could remember his name. Always has a smile and warm greeting. He always keeps us updated on the features of the red card and other ways we can save.
