Very poor customer service. I own a Roberns cabinet that I purchased a while back at a location that is no longer in business and one of the hinges in the cabinet broke. I emailed the company but have not heard back so I thought maybe a rep/distributor would be able to help, after all it is just a replacement part. Went to this location was greeted by a young sales person I explained the situation and she said let me check with the manager. She returned and said that because we did not buy it there they could not help. Really?!! A rep/distributor of the product?!! The fact that the manager didnt even had the courtesy to come and say it himself, or even offer a let me see what I can do, is a sign they do not care to foster a relationship with a possible future customer.I guess when we redo our bathroom in the near future that is one store we wont be visiting.

When we recently remodeled our bathroom, we absolutely loved working with everyone in the Kohler Signature Store in Wauwatosa. And now, we absolutely love our modern new Kohler bathroom!

I recently had the need to remodel our master bathroom. I love the quality of Kohler products and knew that’s what I wanted for my bathroom. I had been to the Kohler design center in Kohler Wisconsin which is beautiful but further than I wanted to drive on a Sunday. When I googled Kohler, the Signature store came up in the search. I decided to give it a try. The store front is small, which is deceiving, because when you walk in, it’s like entering the land of OZ! It’s beautiful and impressive! There are several vignettes to browse as well as showrooms with sinks, faucets, toilets, shower sets, vanities, and even kitchens! They also have a shower display where you can actually experience the feel of the spray your shower head will have. The staff is helpful and very knowledgeable. They do discount their products to be very competitive. In fact the discount I received was as good as the discount the contractor was offering and within a few dollars of Amazon and big box store pricing with a better warranty! This store is more than a great place to visit. It’s a place to go to make your bathroom and kitchen dreams come true!

My husband and I are remodeling a full bathroom in our home so we stopped in the Kohler store for inspiration. We were immediately greeted by Ryan. He was so friendly and beyond knowledgeable!We ended up purchasing a rain shower, hand held sprayer, a bath tub, and all of the accessories as well.We both loved the entire experience from start to finish with Ryan and will be back to do our half bath in the near future! He was so efficient and also fun to work with :)We are working with Lauren now for our orders and she is also lovely to work with!Our entire experience is a 10 out of 10!

Incredibly good service and terrific selection. Each product is displayed in a way such that you can make your selection in confidence.

We spent about 15 to 30 minutes in the store. We needed a toilet, free standing soaking tub,rain shower head, hand held shower, three body sprays and a bathroom sink faucet. There was a man working there talking to another couple. He never acknowledged us, not even to say hello or that he was busy. We walked around, took pics and are now heading to Lowes where we hope we arent invisible. Two stars because the showroom was beautiful and well marked.I’m adding to my original review which gave the score to stars to improving it to four stars. I really respect taking ownership of the situation and offering to rectify it. Unfortunately I’ve already purchased the tub, toilet, rain shower head, body sprays and sink faucet. Thank you again. We will be back.

All I have to say is perfect timing. I saw the new TonePull-down single-handle kitchen sink faucet in the beautiful color matte black with moderne brass 😍 I am in the middle of remodeling my kitchen and I was like I must have this faucet it’s beautiful. I made a comment on Kohler IG that I needed this faucet! Ryan replied and said he could get for me even though it hasn’t hit his store shelves yet. After a quick exchange over email and a call to seal the deal, a week later this beautiful faucet arrived 📦. Ryan was super helpful and friendly. I will definitely reach out to him again even though I live in Califorina. Thank you Ryan for this great experience!

I love the Kohler Signature Store. Megan was wonderful guiding me with my bathroom renovation plan. Her suggestions were very helpful. I was easily able to make my choices from the huge selection available. Much better than from pictures or a catalog. More recently, Ryan and Francesca helped with last minute additions to my order. Product delivery was very timely. I highly recommend this store for your next kitchen or bath project.

We just finished ordering an entire master bathroom (remodel) with Ryan at the Wauwatosa Kohler signature store. He was absolutely spot on with all aspects of our purchasing experience. He was efficient, fun, creative, and his response time was unbelievable. In addition he worked within our budget and we really appreciated the no pressure approach to purchasing items. Manager extremely helpful. My suggestion is to use the large screen to show other items that are not in the showroom. I think sales would increase significantly.

Visited this showroom 10/2020 and worked with Amber who was fantastic. She answered every question, provided quotes, steered us in the right direction for all of our kitchen and bathroom needs. I would work with here on anything!

The store is beautiful and it is such a help to be able to sit in tubs, walk into showers and really feel the faucets and other fixtures. Amber helped us make important decisions and had so much information that made it easy to choose just the right items. It was a fun afternoon. Would definitely recommend going there - ask for Amber!

Ryan Houge at the Kohler Signature store is AMAZING to work with. His level of communication is just awesome! He makes it seem like yours is the only project that he is working on--he is THAT attentive and detail oriented. Doing a build project in the middle of a pandemic has been challenging but Ryan makes it all happen behind the scenes. I have a ton of confidence that Kohler will stand behind their products and if I have any problems, they will make it right! Ive had such great experiences with Kohler Signature Store by First Supply! Recently, Amber has been such a responsive and fantastic resource for my upcoming bathroom remodel. Always willing to answer questions and share her opinion on my product choices. Shes been an excellent 2nd set of eyes for me! I would recommend this store, and Amber, to anyone especially those at the early stages of their design.

Wonderful experience! I stopped in to purchase fixtures and accessories for a bathroom remodel job and was delighted with the welcoming personalities in the store. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Very nice to see people working as a team rather than individually. When I stopped in on another day, the person I was working with (Katie) wasnt there; however, the others (Brett & Cori) were readily available and willing to assist. They were especially personable and their prices were very competitive. As a contractor it was very painless setting up an account.

She was super patient with all of my questions and I will definitely refer anyone to her! We needed to pick out fixtures for remodeling our master and guest bathrooms. The choices can be overwhelming. We had done some online research and looked at other stores before visiting the Kohler Store. We instantly felt comfortable due to the warm welcome upon entering the store. We browsed around for awhile and felt no pressure. When we were ready we consulted with Sarah who did a great job of guiding us through our selections. After the order was placed she immediately contacted us to give us an availability and expected delivery time. The prices were very competitive and the service outstanding!

Walked in and asked for help on our Shower project. Francesca was very helpful showing and demonstrating the new Kohler shower faucet models. She asked the right questions and gave us space to decide on the right fit for us. Very good service. All business with a smile.

Having done some research online before I went to this Kohler store, it was good to see so many products and ideas in person. Katie did a great job of helping me find what I was looking for and complete my bathroom remodel. She was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. We remodeled a bathroom in our Brookfield home. Ryan H was very helpful in the entire process. I am indecisive and extremely particular. Ryan handled it with ease. He was prompt in responding to my emails and even responded on some of his days off to make me feel more comfortable. I feel as though I can email Ryan any questions or concerns I have. We will be remodeling our kitchen and 2nd bathroom and I want nothing but Kohler. I will be back to see Ryan!

Cannot dissuade you more. We paid for their design services only to end the entire fiasco with literally nothing. They finally provided a competent designer (the first one quit after not incorporating the exact measurements we provided or design ideas we discussed, the second one was new and slow) who got me excited about the plan, then they would not give us the plan because they said we had gone over our time limit (which we didnt know existed) and that we werent using all of their products (which we didnt know was required at the outset). Horrible, horrible experience.

We went into the Kohler Store looking for a new kitchen faucet! Ryan the store manager helped us pick out the perfect faucet at the right price point. Would highly recommend for any small or large renovation! We will be going back next fall for help with our master bath remodel. Kohler has all the products you need for any kitchen or bath projects! For now, we are loving our new Cruette faucet!

After a dizzy day of shopping the big box stores looking for a new kitchen sink and faucet our last stop was the Kohler Signature store on North Mayfair Rd in Wauwatosa. The front desk guided us to the kitchen sink faucet area. Soon Amber, a design and sales associate, asked us if we had any questions. We reviewed sink and faucet options in the store and also on Kohlers website. The same afternoon we received several price quotes and suggestions via e-mail. Today we ordered our sink, faucet and accessory package. Thank you Amber! Note: the pricing was very competitive or matched the big box stores on Kohler products.

We had a wonderful experience with Bret and Drew while we were searching for everything we needed for our bathroom remodels. They were very helpful in helping us determine what we will need along with helping us decide what do to for our shower layout, etc. Great store and customer service all around.

Nice people, nice service

I went to the Kohler Signature by myself to get ideas for fixtures for my bathroom remodel. When I entered the store, I was enthusiastically greeted by the sales consultants. Megan immediately showed me around the store, and answered all my questions with aplomb. I began to have a feeling of confidence in the selection process. The store is staffed by personnel that have extensive experience in quality fixtures for ones bathroom or kitchen. My first impression of the sore was a good one. I was there for over an hour and one half. Megan explained all the differences in the fixtures and narrowed the selection to two types of Kohler styles. I also would like to commend Katie and Brett for their assistance.Also, the store is designed in a very intuitive manner. Its displays were elegant, and looked like those in interior design magazines. Its faucets were easily accessible. Finally, the store is unique. It has a glass enclosed area were shower faucets are located. This allowed me to test the different types of shower heads and the amount and force of the water of the shower head.Within one week of my initial visit, I returned to the store with my consultant Lynee of the QRS Group. Lynne was able to concentrate on advising me to make the correct selections to compliment the bathroom remodel. Thus I avoided needless time consuming visits to other stores. My purchase of fixtures at the Kohler Signature Store by First Supply contributed to the creation of a very elegant bathroom.In summary, I was very happy with my purchase of fixtures. In fact, I needed a faucet for my downstairs powder room and kitchen. I ordered them late in the day from Megan and Katie. The next morning I picked them up at their Oak Creek distribution center. Their commitment to hiring very knowledgeable employees and to having great customer service is what elevates the Kohler Signature Store by First Supply to a commitment to excellence.

The sales lady was very curt and in no mood to provide service for a Kohler related question. I would recommend going to another store, which I did and received excellent service.

We purchased a large apron sink less than a year ago. I called to discuss the chips that have happened from normal use. They informed me they were not actually a Kohler company and that I had to call the 800 number. She didnt have any product knowledge or offer to find someone to help me. Then called Kohler 800 support and get put on hold forever until I finally gave up. Very poor service.

Beautiful items in a beautiful store, just out of my price point.

Buyer beware great product terrible service. I know its Kohler but this service is terrible. I went this service to save us time and steamline the process. They make great product but have no business handling orders for large projects. Half the the order was the wrong product or wrong color from what we ordered. It was a complete hassell to have them get us the product that we actually order. Delayed our bathroom project timeline over 3 months because of their inability to order the correct SKU number and send us what we actually ordered. I should have listened to there 2 star rating.
