I am extremely disappointed in the service and quality of ReadyRefresh. The products are poorly built and barely maintained, and the people working for the company do not care who is inconvenienced. This will be the fifth broken water cooler this year, and now whoever handles the delivery and service of these products has completely wasted my day. I had a ridiculous window of time scheduled for a replacement water cooler to come- 8am to 5pm- and entire work day- only for the replacement to never show up. I was never called or informed of the situation. I called up ReadyRefresh to be told the equipment had broken on the delivery truck, and they would have to come Monday instead. Again, I was never called or informed about this. I wasted an entire work day waiting around for this person to show up. The first issue we had with ReadyRefresh, the cooler was leaking all over our kitchen floor. Someone came to replace it, and broke the cooler while he was putting it in! He came back with a third replacement, and broke it AGAIN. We are now on our fifth cooler, which has stopped producing cold water and only pours out hot. Evidently, the sixth cooler has been damaged in transit, so we will have to wait AGAIN for YET ANOTHER broken water cooler. This is beyond ridiculous. The only way for me to feel right about this would be a refund in the amount of my money and time wasted. Terrible products and terrible service. Zero respect or common courtesy.

Iam disappointed I was with this company for over 6or7 years then all of a sudden they sent me over to another company first the prices sky rocket .a 5 gallon of water was 5dollars and change now almost 9dollars its terrible .they claim they moved but they didnt. The knew company doesnt sell any juices or nothing .👎

We have been a customer for about 6 months, and we have no issues with Ready Refresh products or service. Our deliveries come as scheduled, and the spring water is great tasting and the proper ph. I was surprised by the other negative review left, as we have absolutely no problem with our cooler. Perhaps it is the particular locale that has the bad service, but here in the Waukesha WI service area I am very happy.

Beware.. I only own them $41.00 and told them to take it out of my bank account gave them all my info so they one took $20 and the rest supposed to come out the next pay day. I thought they took it out and did not here form them until today a Collection Agency Call me saying I own them $81.00 . That’s a lie they trying to get extra money from me . I will never do business with this people anymore..

I have rescheduled several times to pick up empty bottles. Called 4 times and given a new date each time. RIDICULOUS! Cancelling service all together. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 versus any stars.
