Great customer service, wonderful collections of many books! Every category you can think of they have. Offers sales, toy section, digital tablet section, music, and Starbucks inside the store. Best gift to give, is always a Barnes and Noble gift card.

Something so amazing about visiting a book store. I found what looked like good books for a gift on-sale...bonus! Then I sat and read for a little bit myself. Relaxing. One other thing I love is the childrens area here too. Great way to get kids hooked on reading at a young age!

Barnes and Noble in Mayfair mall has much of what you expect from a big box mall bookstore. Plenty of selection for the avid reader. The coffeeshop is a nice place to meet someone or take a break from the rigors of malldom. Great to have 2 floors of books, and, to my mind, better to buy from a retailer who has a physical presence. Staff has always been helpful.

Barnes & Noble is amazing as always. And Starbucks being in there just makes it 10× better!

My grandchildren love the experience of shopping at a book store. Starbucks is a plus inside the store. We Love it. I enjoy the fact that to my grandchildren its the Biggest Library. 😆

Didnt buy anything this trip. A lot of books put on my wishlist though! Didnt run into any staff throughout the store, but everything was tidy and organized.

The youñg lady was very polite, informative, even though we were on our way to Chicos. We did stop and check out the books, since books are my passion.

I went to buy a dictionary/thesaurus for my mom and there was a scarce selection, which I get cuz Google is the new dictionary. But when I asked the girl at the counter if there was a big difference between the 2 options I had picked her response was Im not sure I dont read dictionaries very often. As if you have to read one to know. Maybe just be knowledgeable of what is in the store you work at? Or ask another associate?

Basically like the last Barnes and noble even in the area it feels like. The selection is good and they usually have the new books right on the release date which is nice. The one weird thing is you cant always use Starbucks cards at the Starbucks inside bc its technically a BN or something

One of the best Barnes and nobles Ive been to! They have two floors jam packed with awesome books for sale. The staff was super friendly and accommodating as well. Definitely worth a stop!

Order books and when I got there, I went to the service deck and no one came to help me.15 min waited. Only one cashier and long line of people waiting to pay. I ask her if anyone else working today. She had been calling for help. She called for help at the service deck. I went back to the deck and waited, finally someone came. I said you must short staff. She no giggling were all upstairs. I saw people got tired of waiting and left. Poor management

They carry a great selection of fashion, style, art, & design magazines. i-D, The FACE, International versions of VOGUE, ArtForum, etc.

I love shopping and B&N! They have an amazing selection of books. It was great to see their diverse selection for even children. We went in to buy a book for our sons first Easter and walked out with three! Customer service was very fast at the checkout too!

Great selection, easy browsing. Their escalators were being repaired and they had no signage for how to get downstairs.

Always love this place. Digital is convenient,but print is better! You never know if the internet will go off. Plus,you have physical proof of your purchase. During the pandemic the staff remind people to wear their masks correctly while in the store,while still having a friendly professional attitude. Lets be safe out there!

It has been a long time since I set foot in a bookstore (thanks, COVID and Amazon). I was very happy to see this place crowded. The book selection was good. Excellent anime and graphic novel section. Only 4 stars because it was a bit under-staffed and the line to check out was long.

This Store was clean, had plenty of stock and was continuing to follow Covid protocol at the time of my visit. My only warning is if buying a childs book as a gift make sure to read all of the book before purchasing, as of late there strange writings in childrens books. A Starbucks Cafe is also tucked into this store.

They can order the books for you if you cannot find it at Barnes & nobles and very respectful and clean they have a coffee shop inside as well

Ill never not love a good bookstore. And the blind date with a book selection is a wonderful way to find a new story.

Was told the had plenty books by Anthony Bourdain in the cooking section. There were none. I asked someone else when I was standing in the cooking section. They looked on the hand held devices and said no.Wasting my time going upper level to even look.

Not sure why this is an outlet store they have the same stuff as the regular stores... No real discount at all. At least they were counting and limiting the number of people allowed in store.

I was irritated with myself. I went on line for a Scrabble game and they said Barnes and Noble had them right??? Wrong..only the Scrabble dictionary and Scrabble history books and so forth..but its a lovely store yet they would have made my day if they had carried games to go with their books..I wouldve appreciated their attention to detail since they sold other stuff and Scrabble is Such A Popular Game.

The place was clean organized and friendly employees they have so many books,games and a little cafe you can order some cookies and Im not sure what else thats you to find out while you read a book

They where helpful took me to find my blood within 5mim8and worded me ones they didnt have I was in and out within 15mins

Very nice store. You can get just about any book imaginable there. My go to place when I want to splurge on a new book.

I love that they carry Kpop albums and merchandise. They are one of the only places I can actually get those items from without having to order online which usually involves a lot of shipping charges.
