If you havent been what are you waiting for. Hopefully we get out of COVID so you can get the full experience. Its a higher end store but worth every penny. But please dont let that stop you! If you want to get just nice house warming gifts, this is the place. If you love to cook this is for you! If you like nice things and the proper tool (for kitchen) this is for you. If you cant cook this is for you! Friendly staff always never a bad experience. I recommend the mulling spices. The peppermint bark! The gravy! And they have it where you can go online, and order a meal using their products for 4 or 12 people. Whatever you need! Lets go William Sonoma! Like the boss you are! πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ₯°

The products they sell are fantastic! Quality and superior products is what they have. The problem I had is the William-Sonoma Website said they had something in store that I wanted to buy β€œZwilling J. A. Henckels”. I thought great I’ll go and see how it feels in person. The lady working there said β€œoh I’ll go grab them for you” comes back with two brands of something else. Needless to say they didn’t have the product I came there for which their website said they have them. She said she couldn’t find them. I ended up buying something else and I spent more money than I intended to. Which for them is a win and for myself it’s a life lesson. Avoid the store and purchase online. Because I know I’ll get what I want.

Very disappointing service and prices are sometimes ridiculously high. Also, I had tried to return a small and unopened, still cap sealed hickory smoked salt in its original condition. I was met with the snarkiest store associates attitude (and from the day before). Naturally, it wasnt the sales associate fault for hard selling me the wrong item. No one of course takes any responsibility for their actions anymore. Their policy is after the fact. NO RETURNS on any food items printed on the receipt after youve paid of course! You have to dig, look and ask again and again to see this policy that I vehemently disagreed with. Bottom line is they dont care. Not sure I want to patronize a customer unfriendly place like they are for my hard earned money.

If you have an option on another location, choose it. Staff is rude. Closes everything down before the store closes and then acts frustrated when people are line because only one register is up. Just avoid it.

Great store with a large selection of kitchen goods. The service was awful. I guess I didnt fit into the dress code / type of customer they look for. We had a basket of of goods, around $300, couldnt get anyone to even acknowledge us. So I set it down and left. Would love to come back for a Pretty Women moment. I suggest you stop looking down your nose at people and try a little kindness.

Quite possibly the worst customer service. This is a specialty store and should have good to great customer service, and it has neither. There are too many other shops that sell identical or similar items to put up with this place and their nonsense.

I had been there several months before and was treated like a child by this older woman with greyish hair working the floor and vowed never to go back. Well I should have listened because I decided to give them another try and guess who was still working there. Yup... I have never been treated so poorly! Im guessing because Im in my mid 20s she assumed I did not have the money to afford anything and therefore was not worth her time. I came in and fully planned to make several big purchases for my new house and instead was insulted, then dismissed. Worst customer service ever!!! The only thing that saved it was Austin. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Now I am between purchasing what I planned to so that he can get the credit, and refusing to support a store that allows such unprofessional and insulting behavior from any of its employees. I would stay clear of that location if I were you, but if you do happen to go ask for Austin.

Rude employee! I went into to buy a pot/pan set because I decided to return a set I paid for that was with over $2,500. When I was approached by an older lady with short grey hair and glasses she instantly prejudged me. I was wearing jeans and a jacket, relaxing on my Sunday, and I look young. As I began to ask questions about the old product I had bought (stated above) she proceeded to say β€œthat sounds like something you get from a flee market.” While processing what she just said, she asked if I was with this older guy and his young son next to me. I said no and then she proceeds to shoo me away, with hand motions, as though I am inferior or not worth her time, and moves on to speak with the older gentleman instead of me. I have never felt so disrespected by someone in my entire life! I make 5X more than she could ever make working there, but yet she thinks I’m not worth anything.After she left, I proceeded to look around without her help.Austin, another store employee then approached me and asked if I would like help. Austin was so amazing. He was very knowledgeable about all the products I asked about. If you end up shopping at this location, ask for him specifically because he actually treats people with the respect they deserve. I plan to purchase the set I was looking at which was 1,500, and giving the credit to him. I feel bad that he has to work alongside such ungodly people. I give this location a one star because of the lady stated above. She is many words deemed too inappropriate to share on a review.

No wonder they’re going out of business. Came in to buy a $1200 Delonghi instead of getting it on amazon. Spent 10 minutes in the store and no one helped me. Went around the corner after 10 min and the store workers were talking amongst themselves. They don’t deserve your business. Took some photos in store of the ones I liked and will buy it online from a different store.

Not just poor customer service...terrible! Today, a manager and an employee hid behind a display and mocked me while I waited by the cash register for at least one of them to acknowledge me. All I had was a simple question, and neither of them could take the time to ask what I needed. I will not be coming back.

Just went to do my registry at the William Sonoma in Mayfair mall. Austin was amazing and had extensive knowledge on their knive sets. Best customer service! I would highly recommend shopping at this location.

When I went to make a return for something I bought online the associate who was pleasant actually generated a situation where it looked like I was mailing back the return so a few days later I have a charge on my card for $5.50??? Come to find out its for a shipping label. A shipping label I did not use because I returned the item to the store. I am having a whole other issue right now with this company and a return that was made being credited to my card which they told me it would be. Instead I receive a merchandise card in the mail after being told it was put back on my card. Now nobody seems to know or CARE to fix this. Im so frustrated and disappointed at being told by 3 separate people things that are not true.

They recently moved locations and honestly I think theyve gotten worse since the move/revamp. None of the employees seemed to care if we needed help and actually pretty actively ignored us. Selection was only so-so, and in true Williams Sonoma fashion, was painfully overpriced. It wasnt as though it was a terrible experience, but it certainly doesnt make you feel like coming back to shop there when the time comes to buy an overpriced blender.
