The worse store in Milwaukee. I give them minus 5. They said they put a new floor in. I thought the store was going out of business. Shelves are empty. It seem like you would hire a night crew to put your store together.

It was 3:00 in the afternoon and Family Dollar was not open. I was told that it was closed early most of the week. That is an inconvenience for the families in the neighborhood. I just moved in the area and wanted to pop in to get a few items for cleaning.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS FINE BUT THE FAMILY DOLLAR STORES NEEDS TO BE CLEANED UP...ITS TOO CLUTTERY...A LAWSUIT WAITING TO HAPPENED...ITS ALL OF THEM IN MY AREA...

Couldnt find majority of the items and very unorganized

The store is very cluttered and it was also in disarray. The floor was extremely dirty and it looked like it hadnt been mopped in weeks. It took about 15 minutes to checkout. There was only one cashier working. Customers were complaining about the wait. The cashier tried her best to apologize for the wait. It was an awful experience! The residents in that community deserve better!!!!

Young lady at the Rochester between 1 and 2 is very rude

I go here a lot and i plan on going today!! Its great for slime lovers and littles kids like me. Im 12 and i grew up around here so im familiar with it.

Its too small and nasty. Everytime I go they never have change to break big bills. The store is never clean the employees be eating their food at the registers just rude.

Store is a dump. Employees are rude, rather talk to each other than greet you. Store needs better management. People who work. And they want $15.00 min wage. A joke!

Arguing customers, manager left the cashier to handle situation. Customer upset and then went car to get weapon. Stuff cluttered on floors did organized not safe for you to walk down aisle it is a mess

I go to this store because its convenience, but the staff is rude inpatient and very unhelpful at times I go to another family dollar because Im truly starting to dread going there. Last week I cashed in a $50.00 and the cashier put in that I gave her a $20.00 . I definitely went right back in and approached her and she didnt give me eye contact when I was talking to her... in all she told me to look at my receipt and I never had a $20.00 Just a $50.00 outrageous unbelievable she looked like hell so I let it go but it still bothers me. I truly hate the staff at that store knot one descent worker since Ive been going, and thats been for a couple of yrs. Now since that incident and the old cashier/manager is back I Will travel knot worth getting ripped off and treated beyond rude and the male clerks are never helpful to buisy trying to look cool. Hopley they get better staff or close down. To Ghetto.....

This location is well stocked especially at the beginning of the seasons.

It was boxes everywhere through out the store. It took a lot of time trying to find my things.

What you would expect from Family Dollar... Wide selection of merchandise, decent prices, but always lines.
