Nice staff. This is where I come for my converse shoes. They always have a new selection

Good selection. Exceptionally helpful staff person. We normally by online but since we were there we stopped in. The staffs attention and helpfulness sold us. I finally learned at 50 yrs old how to lace my shoes and make them slip ons.

I went to this store with the intention to buy - the customer service at first was amazing she was very helpful. We got my shoe & went up to register. BUT once it was clear that she had my sale her & another worker started talking very unprofessional, ex: “F*** the rest of the day I got my goal in what you got” & “after this sale I’m in my bonus so all I wanted was this” like whaaat!?! Hello! Still standing here! I’ve done commission so I know it can be tough but you never let the customer know that & especially in that way. The manager walked up & joined them in the foolish unprofessional conversation... I left, with the shoes, but truly wanted to return them all because of how they acted but I wont go back in the store.

Wonderful staff very helpful and great with kids of all ages. New styles and fun atmosphere. Best store in the waterloo mall for shoes. Great prices.

Did not have the shoes we wanted in stock and the girl was very unfriendly.

This was the worst customer service experience i ever had. The staff was completely inconsiderate and left me several times while i was asking for shoe sizes to help other customers, and then never returned with my shoe sizes. I was very patient and they treated me very rudely. I left and will never return

Its always a great experience with Journeys. This is my go-to for my entire households shoes.... I recieve Journeys coupons often & thats a huge plus.

They seem to always have my size. Even if I have to go to kids journey.

One word: Garbage. Period.They nearly always have the same selection of shoes in limited sizes, and the employees are high-school aged kids who would much rather fraternize amongst each other than assist customers.

Team was friendly and helpful. Could use better chairs.

They do not sell shirts for people over xl and very low quality on items and too over priced the customer service could have been better could get all this stuff through Amazon for way cheaper

No acknowledgement of customers waiting, really needs to work on customer service skills. They lost my business.

Had a horrible experience with one of the employees named Logan, made me feel like I was looked down upon, and treated me with major attitude when I asked for help with sizing. -5 stars if I could just because of this encounter.

Jer if thats her name.. (manager) is the most unprofessional example of leadership, journeys made a mistake by sending me the wrong size from an online purchase. I was told to go into any store for an even exchange. They way she handled the situation was very nasty. I would not be shopping here again!!

After writing a reveiw about my experience here I received a satisfactory response and the problem was solved. ☺ Thank you Journeys. I will be back for more shoes soon.

Prices that you see dont match the same types of shoes

The shoes are really costly and the employees are always on phone. None of the employees are ready to assist and they really dont know much about the shoes they sell.
