Good ice cream and service. You can get better ice cream from other shops, but the location to enjoy it is the best. Great place for kids.

Even though the store was busy, the ladies working moved the line through quickly. The service was great and so were the two ladies working - super helpful and smiley. Will stop again.

I have not had Baskin-Robbins ice cream in years. Chocolate Chip Hot Fudge Sundae brought back memories from high school. Great customer service, free samples, and feasible prices.

This Baskin Robbins is still fully operational! The two employees were very nice and welcoming! And everyone should try the new Oreo cold brew flavor.. It’s amazing!

We went here because we read online that this business hire 14 year old. Took my granddaughter and she questioned what was the age of hiring, the lady replied 16. It was not what she said but how she said it. She said it an condescending way and walked away, didnt was she ordering something. Acted like it was a bother. After leaving and discussing the matter, we both commented that questions like these are part of customer service and answering questions rude and showing not so good facial expressions doesnt make anyone feel like they want to work at that establishment. Just some feedback. Our ice cream was good.

I called and place a birthday cake order one week prior to the date I wanted it for 4/20/2021 at noon. I called in the order to make sure that the Carmelectric Cake half sheet chocolate cake, chocolate chip ice cream with lots of pecans, just like the picture showed had pecans all over and was done just like I wanted. I arrived to pick up at 2pm and the cake was not done. The lady which was nice to me looked everywhere for my order and realize someone put it on next week pile of cakes to be made. She offer to make it but obviously it wouldnt be done till an hour or so later. I really wanted the cake so said fine. She said she would give me a discount which is ok. But this place is out of the way plus is my bf birthday we had plans which now had to get pushed and the cake was suppose to be a surprise. He ended up having to pick up his own cake. Then when I went to pick up they didnt mark it as prepaid so they ask to pay again which thank God I didnt have receipt but the same lady was there. Then when I open the cake it only had 3 pecans just 3. The main reason I got the cake which I had explain when I called was because of all the pecans it brought. So I told the lady and she added a couple more. I spend 2hours getting a cake going back and forth its just ridiculous, specially when I order an entire week ahead. Not worth it.

Usually I have a good outcome herebut today it was different workers paid for 2 scoops when I got home it more like half of one scoop. I feel cheated.

I uber eats this for 2 scoops in a cone and the ice cream was good dont get me wrong but I paid 20 dollars and they didnt even include my cone. Very sad when you are paying premium Price.

This location has been here forever! One of the only businesses still around from my childhood. I think the village thrives because if it. My only complaint would be prices as they relate to serving size. A one scoop in a bowl is almost $4. It’s a really REALLY small portion for the price. Even the cones are really small for one scoop. They don’t push any ice cream into the cone. They just make a very small scoop and it sits atop a dry cone. We usually just like taking a walk from our place there and the ice cream is a little treat we earn for the long walk. If they could do a little better on the portion size I’d give them the last 2 stars.

Tonight I left Baskin Robbins in tears. They were happy tears.Over 25 years ago, I started working at Basin Robbins in Wauwatosa. It was 1995--the first year that the store was open under its current ownership. The owners name was Cheryl.Cheryl taught me so many things during the time I worked there. I have many fond memories from my time at Baskin Robbins thanks to Cheryls kindness and generosity. I have always appreciated what she did for me in my life.After I stopped working for Baskin Robbins in 2001, I have always made an effort to visit Baskin Robbins whenever I am in the area. To this day, Cheryl still owns the store. Debbie, her manager, has also been there for well over twenty years.Today I was in need of a birthday cake for my son. It was very short notice--two hours to be precise. This happened because my sons grandparents wanted to celebrate with him, and they couldnt on his actually birthday. So, I was tasked with getting a cake with not a lot of time to work with. I knew just who to call. I called and asked for Debbie and asked if she could make an Elmo cake for my son. Within the allotted two hour window, Debbie made the cake from scratch (Debbie, you are amazing. Thank you!).Later at night, I drove from Fox Point to come pick up the cake. When I got there, I told the young lady working there that I was there to pick up a cake. After getting my name, she went to grab the cake, and she also passed me a note. The note was from Cheryl.Cheryl wrote that the cake was on her and all that she asked in return was that I come visit her when she was working at the shop. Still twenty five years later, Cheryl is still caring for me. I broke into tears.Cheryl, I will never forget you. I cannot thank you enough for all that you have done for me over the years. And if you are a prospective customer, thanks for reading my note. Also, please patronize this store and help support a family-owned business that has been in operation for over twenty-five years.

An excellent source of any time of the year ice cream and treats. They have dairy free options so even someone who is lactose intolerant like me can enjoy. Perfect to have while strolling around the area and walking by the river. Portions are huge!

It sounds like a small thing, but the banana split should have whipped cream and cherries if its shown in the picture. Three times in a row Ive been disappointed with no whipped cream and cherries on my sundae. Just that finishing touch thats missing.

Best Ice Cream

Came here around 6:45ish 2/9/2020 and there was a guy and girl working. They were super pleasant and helpful. I was on the phone with my mom (I was a I frustrated trying to place her order) but they were extremely patient and even kind of help me order her food. I never eat icecream, as a matter of fact I hate sugar so it was great they kind of gave me little recommendations. Thank you guys!

Yummy collection of flavors here! Also they have fun cones! Love that all or most of the employees are students! They have a great attitude and they are fun to talk to. I love going here on a quick date or with little kids because the atmosphere is bright and cheery but with a modern touch.

Wasn’t greeted at all upon walking in then I was left standing at the register for an additional 10mins before either of the TWO available employees even acknowledged me. Also, there were no other customers in the store at all, therefore, this type of customer neglect was unacceptable.

Staff (the young white lady) seemed a bit racist. Reluctant to give my family and I good service but when other customers came in she appeared more attentive to them. Wont be returning to this location sadly. We were not greeted when we walked in and when I said thanks after finishing our ice cream and walking out there was no response. Very sad really. Even Mcdonalds tells you to have a nice day after giving you food.

I sent my boyfriend on a slow Thursday night to Baskins Robbins on state to get me the new Bourban pecan ice cream sundae. I saw the advertisement on the web site. The state location has a big advert on the window. Still the employee had no clue how to make it Orr what the sundae was. She even asked my boyfriend how to make it and acted like she never heard of it!! Come on Baskin Robbins you’ve been my favorite since I was 10! You have to do better!
