I love Vera Bradley and have several, however, I was very disappointed in my last transaction! I went during the 30% off the store sale and purchased the On The Go Medium crossbody in the new performance twill in black! I was there on a Sunday, the last day of the sale. When I got it home and got all my things in it I found it a bit to small! Working in Retail myself, and being the week before Christmas, I was working extended hours as well, so could not get back to VB until Thursday, which was four days later! I wanted to purchase the Carson Shoulder Bag which was 25$ more but the clerk would not honor the original sale price from 4 days earlier! VERY DISSAPOINTING!

Service and staff was great, but some designs only had a few bag styles
