This mall is a pretty laid back place to shop. Ive never had any issues here although theyve had many crime issues in the past. They set a few different rules to help with crime including the age limit that you need to be with an adult until. I believe they close a lot earlier now than before. Not staying open as late on weekends especially. I would recommend this mall.
Very nice large mall! I only went here the one time back in March, but had a lot of fun walking around all day. Didnt buy anything, but did see a movie and had lunch. Very good selection and I hope I can visit again someday.
Honestly the seats are cramped as hell and sound is a bit soft. Even in the IMAX. Your better off driving to the falls and seeing it out there.
Tired, old style shopping mall with terrible reputation with shoplifting, and large groups of gang related troublemakers. I give the security staff A for effort, but the 18 to 25 year old hip-hop crowd overwhelms them at times and retailers are afraid to prosecute shoplifters for fear of being labeled.
A nice clean cinema to go go watch your favorite shows and upcoming new ones. They have plenty of snacks and drinks to eat. They are also reasonably priced.
The mall was clean. Not alot of traffic during the week. Food court has loads of options. This is my go-to mall. Would give 5 stars if the movie theater was open.
Whats good here? Well, Id say the IMAX if they would clean either the projector or the glass window at the projection booth once in a while. A blur is quite obvious in darker scenes of some movies..

A lot of stores that I used to love n go there for are now closed and moved elsewhere. A lot of new stores opened. Too many kids soliciting. Dont bother going to the movie theater there if u want to enjoy a movie. Eating there in the food court the same. Too much crime n issues in that mall n area. Wont be surprised if it shuts down like Northridge and the one downtown. The reason why we cant have nothing nice in mke... you already know.

I dont like the malls new hours why display you open at 10am and close at 8pm if half the stores in the mall have their own hours and dont open until after 11am? Also I see a lot of saturation of the same items I understand the mall needs to make money but I dont understand the need for 5 different pop up shops selling the same thing the actual store spaces are selling it looks so cheap. The displays look thrown together and in need of a visual merchandiser. Seems like it will hurt the actual store spaces and force them to close down if someone is outside their store selling the same items for less. Other than that I love the mall its the best out of south ridge and brookfield for sure. But if things dont change it will soon look like south ridge = flea market.
Bought two great pair of glasses at Lens Crafter. Tried to work out a deal with them, but it didnt work. Got them anyway. After all, you only live once. So enjoy life!!!

I would not recommend Potato Master in the food court. The cashier is not friendly at all, she or he is disrespectful and rude. There was a line behind us and the cashier was the same with everyone. This place should hire employees that want to work and aren’t disrespectful to their customers and hire people with customer service skills. We were approaching the food counter and the cashier kept yelling at us to order our food, throughout the ordering process she kept cussing and mumbling under her or his breath. Please don’t waste your money here it’s not worth it.

Went every Tuesday for quite a while with a 90 something woman! Everyone we met was gracious and friendly. Loved the big screen and being able to sit as close as we wanted
Mayfair is the nicest mall here in Milwaukee area if youre visiting from out of town I recommend, decent resturant and dining options on site
I like to go the the mall during the early part of day. This way I can get in and handle my business and get out. Most importantly, there are little to no kids/teenagers. We had a great experience this time.

It was a very pleasant shopping trip. I went with my family to look around and do some shopping. The stores did a good job at social distancing and keeping the mall and all the stores very clean.

It is pretty full of different types of stores. I like the look of the place and it promotes a sense of exploration in how the stores are laid out. What I dislike is that online things will be promoted as being available but out of stock when in store. I also do not enjoy the type of employees that are always having an attitude ( trendy stores have this more often) . Overall a good experience whenever I go.

Regardless of some others opinions of their negative experiences at Mayfair Mall, I have always enjoyed shopping here with friends and family. The security and management of the mall have worked hard too keep the young kids that were coming here just to start trouble, out. It is a nice mall with plenty of different varieties of stores and they keep the mall nice and clean as well! There is plenty of choices for different foods in the food court. And there is even a nice AMC movie theater inside.
Many stores to shop. Clothing stores, shoe stores, jewelry stores, phones, accessories, food court, so much but I did take a hell of a lot of pictures. Oh and a movie theater (AMC) which is why I was there in the first place. Lounge areas, back rub chairs, all kinds of things. Well designed in my opinion.

I’ve been going to Mayfair Mall since you could ice skate there. Sadly, Wauwatosa “leadership” has tarnished a once great mall. The undesirables have been given free reign and deter those actually shopping from an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, unless things change, this mall will fail.
Stop at Macys to pick up items that I ordered online,. First time there I wasnt sure where to pick up my items. The ladies in the online pickup area have great customer service skills. There was a young man in the athletic shoe department very poor customer service skills.
Its been years....I means years since I was last at Mayfair. The mall seem alot bigger and is definetly alot cooler than back in he day...lol

This mall used to be much better and had more varied retail options. Even Macys located at Mayfair used to be nicer and had better service. It has gone downhill quite a bit within the last 10 years or so. Due to exaggerated fear of COVID-19, there are strict social distancing rules imposed, and most stores arent operational anymore. I also cannot help mentioning some rather rowdy and extremely unpleasant low-class inner-city youth that tends to gravitate towards this mall. At times, it feels like Detroit or East St. Louis. Not exactly the type of individuals that Id want to associate with. I havent been to this mall for many months exactly due to this reason. Unsurprisingly, Wauwatosa Police heavily patrol the area every single weekend day. Youd wonder why?

I went to watch a movie for my b-day. I also walk around window shopping. Both nail shops had a 45 minutes wait time. The hair salon had me waiting 10 min. before they ask if i needed anything. It was long lines in a few stores because of the rules of cov19. And the eating area was crowded as well as having long lines and slow at that.
Still one of favorites mall to stop in shop and look around.
Some stores I just ignored because I dont have the money for or their plus size departments always disappoint. I did enjoy the layout definitely better than other malls Ive been to.
