Jury is out on how we will like our wheelchair, because we cant seem to take delivery of it. This company is definitely a case of dont call us; well call you because if you do the latter, no matter how early you call, you can and likely will sit on hold for an hour or more. And they do not return messages. Were not even demanding delivery — just asking for a realistic delivery date. That is non-existent customer service.
I brought in my wifes damaged walker and a nice African-American gentleman immediately began working on it. After a half hour he had it totally repaired to my satisfaction. My wife was delighted to be able to use it for the first day of State Fair. (I dont understand all of the negative reviews. These people must have been already having bad days.)

It took some time from my son having his meeting at hospital for initial one on one until delivery of power wheel chair but, once Darryl called with delivery time... Darryl spent several hours setting the chair up and making sure it was a correct fit for Scott. Scott was impressed with Darryls expertise and kindness. He explained things thoroughly and expressed how Scotts former chair really was not correct for him, something Scott already knew from experience trying to make it work for him. Thank you Darryl for making the beginning of the new year truly a happy one!
They helped get my grandmothers wheelchair fixed without an appointment or the wheelchair being purchased from their company. The repair of this wheelchair meant the world to my family and me to transport our elderly grandmother without fear Of a fall.
National Seating and Mobility is a pretty great place. Chris is always very through and detailed when repairing my motorize wheelchair. He ensures that after repairs are done, I am able to use it effectively to enhance my independence both at home and work.

Do not bother using this company for your equipment needs. The salesperson does not process orders, does not return phone calls and does not follow-up on orders. In a business which specializes in products for disabled people, this company is completely indifferent to their needs.
Chris does great work! He goes above and beyond to make sure the client’s needs are met. He also makes sure they are comfortable and treats them with respect.

Justin is an amazing person on the inside and it shows outwardly. The fact that a total stranger cared so much about what I wanted for my daughter and her comfort bought tears to my eyes. Magiks 1st birthday was amazing!!! And the chair/stroller prepared for her made it possible for her guest to interact with her, whereas otherwise shed have been staring at the ceiling the entire party. Deeply incompetent and deceptive, they flat-out lied about how long it would take them to get parts. And were then extremely rude and arrogant when contacted on this issue, constantly seeking to shift the blame to other people, and being very condescending.
I don’t think they take their job serious when it involves the safety of their customers. Especially when they blame the consumer for their wrong doing. Had several issues on the staff not being properly trained and able to do their job correctly or at all. Issues on the items never getting ordered and product being installed incorrectly. Warning to others.

At the time I wrote this there is only one review and its bad. Obviously I cant speak to whatever happened there however I can say for my wife and I that NSM has always been the place to come to service her wheelchair for several years now. I currently am in getting her chair serviced and didnt call ahead or make an appointment. I got seen within 10 minutes. The friendly lady at the desk gave me something to drink. They have already helped resolve one of the two mechanical issues I came in for. The other is currently being worked on. Its been improved but we need to order a new caster it seems.I would say that NSM will treat anyones needs just fine. They have always met our needs. Be reasonable. They are busy too.We have come here for years and I cant just stand seeing a single review and it being a bad one as the only thing on Google speaking to this business. Thats why I wrote this. Because people base decisions off of reviews. If we werent long time customers and I saw that one bad review...who knows I might not come here. I dont typically do many of these types of reviews. Also, they are working on my wifes chair so I had the time. NSM, Thank you for the help today.
This company is one to avoid. They are slow to process and make a lot of excuses. Cant believe they work with handicapped.
Been ordering are sons medical equipment for 3 years. And are always very friendly. Always answer all are questions and concerns.
Doesnt return calls and doesnt like to go to nursing home
